I had a new stove delivered and only cooktop worked. They brought another today and nothing worked. Determined had to be home electric problem. Called Baileys at 8:55 in the morning, they were here and problem solved by 10:15-loose wire in receptacle. Amazing, friendly people and I would call them again in a heartbeat! Going to spread the word, actually already have! A week before Thanksgiving and I would have had a disaster with no stove. Thank you all at Bailey Electric, you’re the best!

I was having a problem with my microwave yesterday morning, kept shutting off and I figured it was the breaker that was broken. So I called Baileys Electric and Brittany was so sweet and kind. She said she would call me back in a bit and let me know if they could come out. She called back in an hr or so and she she talked to the boss and said it was the microwave that is bad. So she saved me a 135.00 service call. Thanks so much. Honest company and Brittany is AWESOME

Contacted Bailey Electric because the AC and water heater werent turning on. The house is just over a year old and the contractor who installed electric couldnt come out for 3 days and wanted to charge a crazy amount. Dennis arrived within an hour and come to find out the contractor who installed the main panel never tightened the main lugs. Thanks again to Baily Electric and Dennis for being reliable and honest people. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bailey Electric is a class act! I work for a local electric utility in Citrus County. A member of my utility was in a difficult situation financially and needed repairs done. Dennis Bailey (owner) came to the residence knowing this person had no money to pay for repairs. He made the repairs no questions asked. His office mgr told me on the phone that they won’t let someone go without power if they can help it. This type of business model is exactly what is needed in our area. I will always be recommending Bailey Electric from now on! Great job Dennis and staff!

They were very professional, responsive, and on time. They did all the work with me being in another state, but kept me informed of everything through phone and email. On Sunday we had our meter pole looking like the leaning tower of Pisa. Electric company doesnt maintain that pole. Had to find an electrician to fix the problem. We called someone first only to be told they would do it on Monday. The power company had already disconnected the power andthat would have left is without AC lights or waterHappy to have found Bailey Electric. Made the call and received a quick response. He was here with in an hour. Replaced the pole and the panel box and had the permit and scheduled for inspection. Job well done. Would happily recommend.

Replaced a panel and a pole for a price I wont disclose because I have paid twice as much to replace just the box. These guys did some serious work well into the night. When WREC showed up to reconnect I heard the guy on the phone say if it was anyone else but Baileys I would say No, but they hooked it up. I called several other electricians. Was put on hold for 20+ minutes or they didnt answer or went to a machine. If no one answers the phone why would I use them? When you need power you need power now. I also liked that I could hear I believe it was Jana saying What do we have to do so that he never has this problem again. I have had others look at it and adjust it to work for a while. In the end it just a waste. get it fixed right the first time. These guys really worked hard and the office made sure everything was done right. Would definitely recommend because no one else answers.

I called Bailey after my house got struck by lightning . They came out the same day to assess the damage and come up with a plan . Checked the whole house and got most things back on line . Then put me on the schedule for the rest of repairs . They came back out and completed everything . The owner personally came out also during this period to check on progress and see if I had any questions . They are great , extremely knowledgeable, and very fair price . I would highly recommend them for any of electrical repairs or additions .

That my friends is hard to find these days. No up selling with Bailey.The guys who came were young, Very young but professional, respectful of me and my property and took pride in their work. My neighbor’s tree fell on my house taking out my electrical box Yesterday (on the 4th of July). I was without electric and water water due to me having well water. I called Baileys Electrical the next morning and spoke to Mrs. Bailey and she asked why did I wait to call that they would have sent someone out yesterday. She sounded concerned and was very informative as to when I should expect the electricians. They sent out the best of the best. Dustin and Dustin went way and beyond and were very efficient in analyzing the damage. They quickly had me up and running in no time. When I signed for the bill it just made my day even better. It was WAY cheaper than I had expected. To know that there is still honest people that don’t want to take advantage of you and rip you off is very comforting. I highly recommend this company. They genuinely care 100%. Even my pig Bailey loved them❤️
