My familyās home recently went through a pretty large hail storm. Matt V. came over the next day and did an extensive and thorough inspection on our roof. We werenāt so lucky as far as the roof goes, but we were lucky that Matt and the Legacy Roofing family had our backs. Matt walked us through the process with our insurance company to get a claim filed. When the adjuster came out to do his inspection, Matt came out as well to assist and ensure that all damage was correctly documented with USAA. The process couldnāt have gone any smoother. Mattās professionalism was apparent from first contact, and his passion for customer service was noted immediately. Real heartfelt character is seemingly harder to find these days, but Matt has it. He and his crew did a phenomenal job getting this new roof on in one day and it looks amazing! I wonāt hesitate to reach out to him if and when we get another Texas sized storm, and neither should you!Thank you Matt and the whole Legacy crew from the Lindseyās!! -

He keeps you updated through out thee process and keeps a difficult insurance process simple. Documenting my experience with Legacy Roofing. I had been having problems with getting my roof replaced through my insurance. I contacted Legacy Roofing to do some repairs on my 2 story house. Ethan Schmidt came out and checked everything out and recommended I go through my insurance to replace the roof. I started the process with Ethanās help and Ethan was involved with the inspector and kept me appraised of the whole process. Lo and behold the roof was approved. Ethan was very involved in our decision making on the roof and coordinating the work performed by the roofing team. The roof was replaced on a very hot and humid Texas summer day. Incredible work by all and they ensured that the cleanup was complete. I highly recommend Legacy Roofing if you need help. Iām sure all their reps are good but ask for Ethan. -

We had wind and hail damage on our roof that other roofing companies didnt want to mess with when they heard the name of our insurance company. Matt VanderTol with Legacy Roofing happened to drive by our house, saw some shingles missing, and offered a free roof inspection. He didnt blink an eye when we told him what other roofers said about our insurance company. Matt helped us throughout the entire claim process. He assisted with filing the claim, battling the insurance denial, setting up a roof appraisal, and all the other red tape that came along with finally getting our roof fully replaced and paid for. Super professional and nice people. Mike took the time to answer all my questions which was much appreciated as I am typically very careful and like to do my research first. Satellite dish took a chunk of the roof with it and they took the time to seal it up before they left so it wouldnt take on water until the rest of the work on the roof. -

I have a huge roof and I thought at the very least it would take 3 or 4 days to complete. They did the entire job in one day including cleaning up. The next day they returned to check every inch of the property to make sure all nails and anything else was cleaned up. They werenāt afraid to tackle any minor things that came up. Matt was my Sales Rep. He was super conscientious and a strong advocate for us in dealing with our insurance company.He called and texted me with every step of this process.
