Tom is honest, dependable and professional. His team performed a bunch of work in the crawl space to address sagging floors and replaced inadequate adjustable jacks.After a year the work was performed, I had a structural engineer come out to write up a report on my house as I am trying to sell it. The report made a couple of recommendations. I showed the recommendations to Tom and there was a differing opinion on the exact way to perform the work. Both ways of performing the work was correct but Tom as the honest man he is said he will perform the recommended work at no cost. Tom stands behind his work and makes sure his customers are taken care of. If I have any foundation or drainage issues with my next house, I will be hiring Tom to perform the work. Thank you for your honesty and integrity Tom!!!

We were absolutely thrilled with the work that T.H.E. Construction did for us. They reinforced a second floor Rec Room as well as remodeled the room itself. Tom searched tirelessly for matching wood floor to cover a small gap due to a closet that they tore out and the end result was flawless.They also installed a drain in our crawl space, a pump and humidifier and encapsulated the entire area.The crew, lead by Mitchell, was meticulous and partnered with us every step of the way. They were incredibly easy to work with, fairly priced, and have been fantastically responsive even after the job was completed.I would highly recommend them!

Tom and his crew were a breath of fresh air after having a bad experience with another “contractor”. His team came out prepared to do the work with the project manager on site. They communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve used him several times and given his name to neighbors.

I was looking at buying a house and T.H.E Construction was kind enough to come out and do a follow up inspection on some settlement cracks of the home I was looking to purchase to make sure there were no structural issues to worry about. After inspecting thoroughly, expecting a bill, informed me there was nothing to worry about and was also informed estimates were free so they didnt charge me a thing. Professional and honest!!

THE did an excellent job installing a vapor barrier in our crawl space. The cost and time conformed to their estimate although there were a few unforeseen problems. After several heavy rains, our basement is dry and we can use it for storage.
