Stephanie was great the entire process & our 2 installers were very professional & knowledgeable made sure we were comfortable with everything- couldn’t be happier! The Generator Tech workers Rick and Steve did an awesome job on my installation. They were prompt and very professional. They always kept me posted on the progress of their work and they were very knowledgeable about how they were going to get my installation completed. They were very neat in their work and they were very courteous and respectful of my home. Great installation by two great guys, and a job well done.

Had a great experience working with this company last Friday. Stephanie was very helpful when I called after my generator went down. She said that although they were a little backed up, she would keep my order on her desk just in case a tech gets back early in the next few days. At 3.00PM that same day she called to tell me somebody was available to come over. Aaron was our tech. Great guy. He explained every thing he was doing, and couldnt have been more thorough. I highly recommend this company. They fixed my problem on the day I called. Very friendly and professional from start to finish.

They just finished installing the 14 kw generator. Excellent job both techs were excellent and extremely competent. If you’re looking for a company to provide a generator look no further. When you call you are always greeted by a person not a machine. The techs were on time and completed job in 3.5 hours.

The install went super smooth, they were in and out of my house in a matter of hours and even worked through some awful rainy weather. What an excellent company! From the consultation to the estimate to todays install - perfectly flawless. In addition to the knowledge of all the technicians, they were the nicest group of guys weve ever had work at our home. They are efficient and extremely courteous. When they were done, Rick and Steve took plenty of time to walk us through everything we need to know about the generator and how it works. When they were done, there was not one piece of debris left behind. We cant recommend this firm enough. And, we dont want to forget to compliment the office staff - they have the same attitude towards professionalism and customer service!

I got tired of all the power outages in my area. I mean 17 times in less than a year! Power outages for a few minutes to hours and even two days. I looked into costs and finally decided on Generator Technologies to install the whole house back up generator. A nice clean installation. The work crew were very nice and professional and the owner/manager of the business was extremely nice and informative. We were very pleased to contract with this company. I was very happy about the service provided by Generator Technologies for me today!!! I called based on a neighbors account of observing white smoke coming from the unit!!! I ended up getting a thorough checkout of the engine, and an oil change!!! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and completed the service in about an hour!!!
