    We are very happy with Crestwood Plumbing! They are a reliable plumbing contractor and do very professional work. Cliff Porter was our service technician and he and an associate came out and completed the work that we needed and he contacted us afterwards to made sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find that type of customer service in today’s world!

    This is our second experience with Crestwood Plumbing. As before, we could not be more pleased with Jake, Devin, and our office contact Shanda. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Jake and Devin installed our hot water heater in a very reasonable time, and were very clean and neat. And they had to take our heater upstairs, they put plastic on carpeting and there was no mess or a mark on anything.We were also impressed with their reasonable price.     I recently had an incident where a leaking shower drain, which was not discovered promptly, left me with standing water in the crawl space of a rental house I own. I spent all day Saturday pumping out as much water as I could but at the end of the day, I still had a slurry of mud and greywater in the crawl space. Called Crestwood Plumbing on Monday morning and Shanda told me she actually had someone in the area and could have them there within about an hour. I went over there to meet them and within 5 or 10 minutes of arriving, they pulled up behind me.I explained the situation and Chad B didnt hesitate to dive right into an absolutely deplorable crawl space, still nowhere near dry and having areas of standing water and mud. Within just a few moments of looking, he had found the source of the leak. As much as I hated to, I had to leave for work but got a call just a few hours later that the leak was fixed !I didnt get to see Chad after he was finished but I know that he had to have been in and out of there several times and, just being in there a few days prior, I was enough of a mess that I actually sprayed off my clothes with a garden hose before putting them in the washer. I have to assume that Chad didnt fare any better.I have used Crestwood Plumbing several times in the past and have NEVER been disappointed with their workmanship. Thank you for such prompt service, making a bad situation much better and, as always, you will be the first call I make !

    Chad and Tyler (I think that was his name) were amazing. They were professional and quick. Crestwood plumbing was able to come out without 48 hours, after my shower head pipe broke. I was quoted by Chris over the phone and they honored that quote. I will be having Chad replace my water heater in the next few weeks as well. They have made a customer for life.

    My kitchen sink would not drain, i had a previous company come out and try to get it unclogged with no success, i decided to call crestwood plumbing and im so glad i did! They were honest and knowledgeable. They were successful in getting my sink unclogged. If i ever have any issues in the future, i will definitely be calling them 1st!!!

    Crestwood Plumbing was the plumbing contractor for our new home seven years ago and they did a good job. There were some details that needed remediation and they corrected those issues when brought to their attention, even after the house was finished and occupied.They have been our regular plumber ever since, performing plumbing maintenance and repair as needed.The service has been prompt, courteous and efficient at a fair price.I recommend Crestwood Plumbing for new construction as well as maintenance and repair.

    Mark (Crestwood Plumbing) was on time and professional. He provided an estimate before beginning. Even though our stopped up sink took longer and required the use of more equipment than Mark thought, he continued working until the sink drain flowed freely. The bill was reasonable.
