I will NEVER use another heating and cooling company other than orrs! Glenn didnt have a brand new part to fix my furnace but it will be in on Tuesday (today is friday)! HOWEVER he did get it up and going to get us by until then! plus the other company quoted me over double the parts cost and didnt offer a quick fix until we could get something done... Needless to say were very happy campers right now!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ORR HEATING AND COOLING AND MY BESTIE FOR GETTING ME IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!

I have known Glenn for many years and have always heard great things about his business from lots of folks around SW Iowa. When my brother in law’s AC hit the skids, they called a big name company who quoted them $10,000 for a new system. I knew this was highway robbery. So I called Glenn to see if he could take a look. He was outraged at the quote. Mind you, my family lives in Ankeny and that’s not Glenn’s service area, but right away after hearing the story, Glenn and one of his guys said they could do it on the weekend.That speaks to the core of Glenn’s integrity, honesty and willingness to meet his customers where they are to help them. And that’s aces in my book.

I have always been really happy with Orr H & C! They have come after hours several times, and they have done what is needed to get our AC and heating back up and going. I have tried other places in town and will stick with Orr.

I had new furnace, ac unit, plumbing, and sump pump installed. They showed up on time and were extreamly polite and professional. The Orr team was very careful about my property. They laid coverings over my rugs and put back anything they moved. They cleaned up after themselves and stopped to explain any questions I had during the project. The team was considerate with working around my dogs. Before they left they walked me through everything theyd done and made sure I was happy with their work. This was the best customer service Ive ever had! They deserve 10 stars for going above and beyond in every aspect.
