    Gils experience, know-how, and kindness are unmatched. He cares about mountain locals and isnt willing to charge you for what you dont need. He replaced our main water line and guided us on how we can do some of the prep work to save on cost. Hes also helped us several times after that by giving honest advice freely. If you need any plumbing work, Id recommend Gilbert AcuΓ±a Plumbing without reservation.

    5 Star Service! Called in the morning and they were able to replace my water heater that morning. Very respectable of my property and did a great clean up of the work site. They even gave some great tips on maintaining the water heater for top performance.

    We had a sewage backup in our basement sink, and after trying ourselves to fix, we asked a neighbor for a recommendation and they said Gilbert was their go-to for their multiple rental properties.They arrived about 15 minutes after our call. If we hadnt directed them to work on the wrong pipe (oops!), they would have cleared the line in 30 min. Even with our mistake, they were here for just over an hour. Super fast response, experienced plumbers, and really nice guys. Would call them again for any plumbing issue.

    Gilbert is amazing! My parents water heater busted and they came out that evening to check it and installed a new one the next day!     Was a bit too expensive, but they came today when my water heater decided to flush itself all over the basement. Nice top of the line water heater. They brought everything up to code and dealt with a watery mess. The other plumbers in Crestline didnt even answer or return their phone calls. I feel like they owe me a free toilet install for what was charged, but again they came and got it done correctly!

    Had water backing up at my house. Called at 8 AM and expected to have to wait. They were at my house by 9:30 AM and unclogged the line. Very nice guys and got it done quickly.

    We woke up with no hot water, so we called and he came right over. He looked it over and said, Everything checks out so lets try rebooting it. Turned it off and 10 mins later turned it on and we had hot water. He DID NOT CHARGE us! Next time we had a faucet with a bad leak that had been cemented to the hose outside. He replaced it all and used his own hose to connect it to the pvc pipe. It took him only 40 mins cuz he is professional and has a great assistant. It is so great to have a plumber you can trust!

    Hands down the best plumbing business in the San Bernardino mountains...theyre punctual honest and very thorough in both explaining to you what the problem is and completing the jobs and never leave a job site unclean...I wont recommend any other plumbers nor do I have to cuz everyone I know calls them for ALL their plumbing needs.
