    We recently contacted Casa Plumbing for what we thought was a minor problem with draining. Tony and his helper (Anthony) arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was not minor. It was a major blockage and would require replacement of drainage pipes. Tony explained everything very well and detailed. Highly recommend this company and Tony. He had great communication, showed up and got the job done! Thank you!

    Tony is very professional, responsive, responsible, and punctual. When I needed to replace a gas water heater, I contacted 8 plumbers/plumbing companies and was impressed by how responsive Tony was - he returned calls when I left voice messages, contacted me when he was running late, responded very quickly to my emails, and sent me a PDF file with quotes for the different water heaters we discussed (the only plumber to do so)! He was also very professional – he gave me his no-nonsense honest opinion about each type of water heater, patiently answered all my questions, and never pressured me to get a certain type of water heater. To top it off, he also had the best quote among all the plumbers, so it was an easy choice to hire him.On the day he replaced my water heater, he arrived at 8:05 AM with his son, well within the 8:00-8:30 window he had given me a few days earlier. Tony and his son worked very efficiently and finished the installation within a few hours. When I asked if he could connect the drain pan to the sump pump, which wasn’t originally in the contract, he said he would do it in the afternoon after finishing another project – and he returned within a few hours. I contacted him again a few days later to ask about the warranty and he again responded very quickly. I am really impressed with Tony’s professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

    Simply the best. Don’t bother calling anyone else. With Tony and his crew members, you will never have to worry about things being done correctly. Tony treats every client professionally, is always timely and what many of us need the most - prices his work fairly and affordably.He is a true expert, who also has comprehensive knowledge on the current codes, equipment & appliances, etc. He does excellent work and stands by it 100%.We have had many emergencies in this old house and Tony has come to the rescue (on such short notice!) every time.Don’t risk your biggest investment (your home) on someone else who doesn’t meet this criteria.

    Tony is the best! Recently moved to a new area and had to go through the motions to locate a new plumber. I saw all the great reviews and ultimately decided to call Casa plumbing when I had a septic emergency. Tony was able to walk me over getting the issue straightened out over the phone and was a life saver. Casa plumbing won my business with that one phone call and I have since had Tony do other jobs and he is honest, professional and a real good guy. The work is done right and I trust his suggestions with anything we have going on. 5 stars for sure!

    I contacted Casa Plumbing. Tony, the owner, responded almost immediately even though he was away on vacation. We set a date for him to come and give an estimate. He came - on time - was very professional and very reasonable. He ordered the parts he needed - he did the work - and again was very professional and neat.     If you are looking for a responsive, professional plumber who knows their trade and does quality work - stop reading now and call Tony! If you need more convincing then read on. Tony is the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with, ever! He returns calls, answers emails, and keeps in constant contact throughout the job-even through pandemics and supply shortages! He explains everything that can be done, what he can do, gives you options, and answers any questions you may have. I wish all contractors were as professional and upfront as he is. Plus, he cleans up after himself when the job is done! I called him for a mega-clog in my kitchen sink a few years ago. He showed up that day and did not give up until the clog was gone-it was massive!. Recently, when my ancient water heater started leaking, I knew exactly who to call-Tony! After he explained our options and he listened to and answered our concerns (which were many), we decided Tony was the one to convert us to a tankless water heater. He installed the new unit and sorted all the details that needed updating in one day! We are very happy with the tankless and with the great job Tony did.

    In our new next-normal (late 2021), it is challenging to find quality service equal to what we had prior to the pandemic; although understandable with all the societal pressures, it is frustrating when it is your own house. Let me stop you right here and say that Casa Plumbing is NOT such a company; they maintain the same quality and knowledge that you are used to prior to COVID-19. Tony is a Certified Master Plumber, and worked with me to find a suitable hot water heater for my small, awkward space. He arrived on time, and worked diligently to replace my water heater, as well as fix a couple of other items he proactively identified, saving future drama. Above all, Tony is a very patient individual: he answered my questions about available options, followed up on needed details, and I could also hear him patiently mentor his colleague on best practices to train others. My township quickly approved his work, so I am confident in what he is doing. When I need plumbing assistance again, he will be the first on my list. Oh, and he is great with cats, too. :)

    Casa plumbing Installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in our house. From our first meeting and during the installation Tony was on top of everything. He took care of the paperwork for the permit. He even fixed a leak in my sink at no charge. I have worked with many plumbers in the past and Casa is by far the best.     We hired a plumber to replace a shower head and a deverter in our bathroom, but he messed all up and refused to return to fix it. We searched for a plumber online and found Tony, who has very good reviews. We decided to try him since the sheetrock is open and it needs to get done. He came and redid all the piping and now we can finish our bathroom! Tony return our calls promptly and put us on his busy schedule, he knows what he is doing.     Absolutely a 5 start experience if you have to rate a water main break. The leak that was underground, somewhere between the street and the basement which kept the sump in the basement at full throttle. When I went to Tonys website and left a message, the reply was within 10 minutes. We spoke and he gave me advice as to what to do right away, what to look for, and we made arrangements for him to come look at the problem. Why is this so special? It was a Sunday morning and we were travelling out of state the next day.This leak required a call to township personnel on an emergency basis to turn the water off, mark the ground for digging, and get permits issued asap. Tony was able to provide me with definitive solution to this problem, a reasonable estimate for various ways to repair, and ultimately did the job just as he outlined in his contract. He kept in touch while we were away and we came back to a dry basement. He also provided me with his contractor number that allows me to forego sales tax on this type of work as it is exclusively home repair. I have never had anyone provide me with that before. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Tony !

And, not only do they respond... they show up when they say, they do amazing work, always neat and tidy, dont take shortcuts, and, never cost you your first born. They are very fair.     Discovered a leak in the pressure valve was dripping water in the basement. Called Tony from Casa plumbing based on reading reviews on goggle etc. he responded immediately to my phone call and came to the house within an hour of the call. He quickly determined the root cause of the leak which was a corrosive pressure valve.. replaced the valve which resolved the problem …will use Casa again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend the business based on this service call.

    We had a major flood in our basement a couple of months ago. My daughter found Casa Plumbing (Tony) on Facebook.Tony was a lifesaver. He set us up with a Home Restoration company that night and has helped us to replace the hot water heater, furnace and sump pump.Today I contacted him in a panic as we had no hot water. (The replaced hot water heater was still under warranty from two year prior so not his product)Tony came asap and relit the pilot for us. And taught us what to do if it happens again.
