    Primavera Builders exceeded our expectations with our home addition project, which included a new kitchen, living room, deck, and sunroom. Joe and Alex demonstrated outstanding professionalism and flexibility, consistently working around our schedules to minimize disruption to our daily lives.Communication was a particular strength — they were always responsive and accessible when questions or concerns arose. What truly impressed us was their ability to deliver the entire project on time and within the agreed budget, which is rare based on experiences of family.Highly recommended for any major home improvement project.

    I highly recommend Primavera Builders for your home project. Mine was smaller than most they are accustomed to doing, so I was concerned about the attention that would be paid to it, but we got the big project attention. They were there when they said they would be, kept us informed every step of the way, and everyone sent was very professional. Home projects no matter the size is stressful, but with Alexs and Joes attention to details, I didnt need to be my typical micromanager self on home projects; that was a great relief. I am extremely happy with the outcome, especially since their bid was lower than others AND there were no hidden costs at the end!

    I have worked with Primavera on several projects & they are the best! Alex & Joey work together to deliver very personalized service. Alex will always stay in touch throughout the project & if there are any issues he will step up and make it right. Each project with them was completed in the time frame they laid out and on budget.     I have used Primavera, both in my home and commercially, for some very large renovation projects. Joe and Alex Fonseca are true professionals and the quality of their work, and fair pricing structure, both stand out in an industry not always known for honesty. I had a large renovation project in one of my buildings and it needed to be done quickly in order to allow a new tenant to move in. Joe and Alex were able to start asap and had crews there every day moving the project along in record time. They finished it with time to spare and charged me a fair price. I would highly recommend them whether you are renovating a bathroom, retrofitting a warehouse or building a beautiful custom home. They are honest guys who wont disappoint you, just go look at one of their custom homes and you’ll see the quality.

    Primavera Builders were simply the best! While designing and discussing our kitchen Joe heard me and helped us create a kitchen that incorporated a dog station that is everything we needed for our 4 Collies!The workmanship was great,there were no hidden costs,and all the workers showed up and completed our kitchen in a timely fashion. We are excited to refer Primavera builders and will be doing other projects with them. I cannot say enough about them. It is truly a family business that prides itself in quality.

    Alex and Joe were the ideal builders for me and my home. My house is approx. 100 years old and had major challenges. However, their kindness, patience, talent, and speed helped make the process smoother and less stressful. They helped transition my small home into a lovely space with an open floor plan on the first floor adding a kitchen / family room and then upstairs my old bedroom became my walk-in closet (yes, it was tiny) and now I have a nice size bedroom and my OWN bathroom. I would hire them again for any additional work and definitely recommend them whether youre building a completely new home, building an addition as I did, or renovating. I am super happy with the work they did for me.

    Joe and Alex are currently assisting me to complete construction on my house. My experience with them has been fantastic - they have completed each task on time and with beautiful results. The kitchen, bathrooms, wood Floors, paint and trim work have all been spectacular! Cant wait to see the finished product! Thank you, Primavera!

    Full kitchen and bath renovation. Excellent quality and completed on time! Very organized process with good communication throughout, super nice people, and extremely knowledgeable. I used Primavera years ago and I was pleasantly suprised to see that it was pretty much the same workers all these years later.. it says a lot.

    Working with Primavera was a pleasure from start to finish. The guys came when they said they would (which is not always the case these days!) finished the work even more quickly than estimated, and did a fabulous job for a fair price.

    Primavera recently completed our kitchen and bathroom renovation. We could not be happier with the way it turned out. The price we paid was exactly what was originally quoted. They did not add on any hidden fees as they went along. The quality of the work was great. Alex and Joe were both very responsive any time I had a question. Their crews were neat and did not leave behind any messes. Anyone looking for someone to do a great job at a fair price should consider Primavera.

    Excellent experience from start to finish. Really pleasant to deal with. Prices were competitive.. not the cheapest, but inline. The quality of work was great. My only ask would be a more modern process to keep us updated on progress and timelines (maybe online?). Other than that I will use again and recommend highly.

    We had a wonderful experience with Primavera Builders who recently completed finishing the basement in our new construction townhouse. While our builder offered an option to finish the basement, they would not customize the space, which led us to explore other options and ultimately select Primavera. We worked extensively with Alex to put together a basement design that would give us a large office, a home gym half bathroom and extra storage. We iterated a number of designs until we were satisfied, and then he produced a detailed final proposal. Once the construction permits were obtained, coordination of the work shifted to Joe and the Primavera subcontractors. The team took extra care to protect our new floors to access the basement space, and got to work. Importantly, Joe was very communicative about when various activities would occur (basement prep/framing/rough ins/insulation etc etc) so we knew what to expect, and when. They showed up when they said they would, and their sub contractors did as well. All the work was completed with care, and to high standards, and the work site was kept clean.Working with a contractor can be frustrating and cause anxiety. There are always going to be questions or uncertainty, but both Alex and Joe were easily reached to answer questions. Inevitably, even with the best plans, we realized we wanted some minor changes. These were managed well, and the additional costs were explained before we made a final decision. It is, of course, important for the homeowner to understand that renovations require lots of advance planning, and limit deviations as much as possible, but when the inevitable issues that required changes came up, Alex and Joe managed them well, which is where they really earn their money!We are now a month into using the newly renovated space, and we are loving it. From design to initiation, execution of the contract and finishing of the work, Primavera were great to work with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to bring them in again!
