Jake and team designed and installed a patio for us that included beautiful paver stones, a retaining wall, and a natural stone walkway. They also sanded and painted our deck. We couldnt be happier with the end result, which was a function of great planning, a collaborative and consultative approach to design and picking out materials, and great communication along the way. They delivered on-time (actually a couple days early) and on budget. I highly recommend DeChellis Contracting LLC!

DeChellis did a fantastic job with reasonable pricing for high quality work on my 80 year-old house. Jake and his crew were ALL knowledgeable, skilled, timely, focused, and the jobs were professionally/excellently completed. Custom basement door installation/framing into raw cinderblock (excellent); Kitchen door reframing (complex job with a lot of hidden dry-rot to fix, reframe, install storm door and again excellent job); two very old window frames removed and fully re-framed (again much dry-rot and ancient frames to completely re-do - excellent work); several glass-block windows installed/mortared in the basement; and new basement stairs installed - all great work. I will certainly use DeChellis again (we are already discussing new jobs), and will certainly refer.

We recently had our porch floor finished with brick pavers by Dechellis Contracting. They surrounded the wooden posts with natural stones. The workmanship was topnotch and creative. The job was done in a timely matter. I highly recommend DeChellis

Jake and his team were incredible installing a 70 retaining wall across our entire backyard. It was a last minute addition to our backyard pool project, and Jake was quick to respond to my inquiry, give an estimate and stop out to see our yard. he was able to schedule us ahead of the pool instalation date. We are extremely happy with the final result as well as their work ethic, cleanliness, and communication. They even power washed our driveway clean when they finished their work. Extremely impressed and highly recommend!
