I found out about KKS Services / Kemper Construction through our mutual marketing consultant Tony Castelli, owner of Sequitr Marketing. Every interaction with Tim Kemper and his team has been nothing short of professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Im currently engaged in a couple residential construction and home renovation projects, and Tims team has been so reliable. Its really refreshing to work with a company that doesnt rely solely on my vision, but offers up fresh ideas and meaningful solutions to some of the projects I have in place. Whether it was a basement renovation, or bathroom remodel, Tims team had the answers and the ability to get the job done! Thanks KKS!

I was considering construction contractors. I am hoping to do a bathroom renovation and a possible basement remodel.I called KKS contactors. I spoke with the owner Tim Kemper.As I have very little knowledge in the home construction remodel business I was looking for someone that would explain my options in detail.I found Tim Kemper to be patient and easy to talk with and understand.I know when it comes time to go forward with my remodeling projects Kemper Construction Services is on my short list of one.

I was thinking about getting my basement finished and my basement bathroom remodeled too. I had heard about KKS Services because I saw their sign on restaurant and bar remodels like Tin Roof and E+O so I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he answered all of my remodeling questions and was super insightful. He connected me with references and helped me get started. I would recommend Kemper Construction to anyone looking for home remodeling, and his restaurant remodeling has been used at some of my favorite places in Cincinnati and Northern Ky. Thanks Tim!
