I have coffee shops and my refrigerator went out and we called Boone and he was right on it. He was on another job but he took the time to walk us through the steps and figure out the problem and got the problem solved. Amazing person and an amazing company. I would give this 10 stars if I was able to.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!I had setpoint come out to my place of business when my air conditioning in my shop went out. That day was forecasted to be over 90 degrees and in my line of work it is imperative to keep the inside of my shop cool and comfortable for my clients and for my products. Not only was his response time amazing but he was on time, extremely hard working and detailed in explaining what was happening and he had us up and running before it was even hot!. I will definitely be using Boone for any future service calls and will highly recommend him to my fellow business owners and homeowners!

Set point will be the only 1 we call boon is awesome and honest state of the art work we called other companys and and would not help us 1 company wanted 200 thousand dollars boon did way under that and a professional job we are elder folks we will freezer before we call any body eyes but we are fine now that KS to setpoint boon you are awesome ty
