    I needed a new hot water heater and repair done to the flooring. Neighbors advised me to find someone online and have that person pick one up from HD.I wanted a real, reputable contractor who stood behind the product they selected and installed. Verde Valley Handyman was the only local to fit that description.They came out, provided an estimate and stated that the owner thought that the hot water heaters from Hughes Plumbing Supply in Cottonwood were better than anything from HD.November 1, Bobby installed the new hot water heater and did a great job with the flooring repair. Couldnt wait for the first shower! Only to have not hot water. Okay, wait until the next day giving it plenty of time to heat. Still minimal hot water. VVH sent several technicians, finally determining the fault to be the heater itself. This was where my concern for having one responsible party paid off!VVH replaced the defective heater with a different brand, at no additional cost to me. It was an fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you!

    I was extremely impressed with everyone involved in my floor repair. Everyone was very professional, always keeping me updated on the process. Thomas did an amazing job, even finishing a day early and the floor looks great. The cost ended up much less than what they estimated. I will recommend this company anytime.

    Verde Valley Handyman has been a God send! We hired them to replace our dining room window with french doors, to build a deck with pergola and replace our front door. They do excellent work, show up when they say they will and stay within their estimated cost.Lee, Richard, Joel and Bobby know their stuff! Matthew, the owner, is hands-on and involved in every project.

    Best contractor experience ever ! I hired Verde Handyman to carry out a patio-to-sunroom conversion after Id been ghosted by a couple of real builders. I was not disappointed. Matthew came to my home and after a detailed, unrushed discussion about the project design, possibilities and potential pitfalls he prepared a detailed proposal and estimate which met my expectations. Work started on schedule but demolition revealed some issues with the old structure. Not entirely unexpected but definitely unwelcome. However these were handled thoughtfully and competently by the crew. Possible solutions/cost impacts were discussed and the plan was revised accordingly. Yes, it ended up costing more than planned but the increase was fair and reasonable and - most importantly since work had already started - I never felt that I was between a rock and a hard place . In fact I always had the feeling that we were on the same team and wanting to do the best possible job within budget realities. Once the prep work was completed things really shone when John the builder got involved. Hes punctual, unflappable, very experienced and knowledgeable and was a mine of information and suggestions about lights, electrical, paint and floors - decisions that I had punted to later - which made everything go smoothly to completion. Im very happy with the finished project. I would use VV Handyman again in an instant and wholeheartedly recommend them.

    This company is hands down one of the best handyman service experiences. The office staff is amazing and the handyman fixed our shower fast and beautifully.

    Verde Valley Handyman proved to be an outstanding partner, from the beginning to end. The project that I hired them for included full house painting, new flooring (vinyl planks/tile), electrical, plumbing.I had a tight deadline and they delivered as promised. Very easy to work with (quite rare for a contractor), excellent in communication and keeping me up to date of the progress (I was actually on vacation that was planned 6 Mon ahead of the project, outside US).Highlights: (1) excellent attention to details, great quality on everything, (2) solution oriented (provided options for fireplace, brought water heater installation up to codes - build up the drainage pipe outside, flooring leveling), (3) adaptable and understanding of budget constraints, (4) upon project completion, the house was sparkling clean, no need for cleaning services, etc.I highly recommend them. Don’t expect a bargain though, they are not your typical handyman, more like a general contractor; know the value of their work, may seem a little pricey, but worth it.Matthew, the owner, is a pleasure to work with, who does an excellent job in managing a good group of professionals, David and Bobby, just to name a few.

    We had several projects we needed done on a house to get it ready to rent. Matthew and Bobby were very professioanl and sent pictures of the work in progress. They did a great job! I recommend them highly and will use them for any future projects we may have.

    Hired this company for drywall/ceiling repair. We had a water leak above our kitchen ceiling, which led to our ceiling sagging.. We couldnt be happier with the job that Tony, Bobby, and Craig did, our kitchen ceiling looks better than ever!! They showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again!!

    After remodeling our kitchen, we hired Verde Valley Handyman to reinstall the faucets and replace 13 outlets. Craig did a great job with faucets and Joshua was outstanding in jumping in to do the electrical work when Bobby and Chuck were unavailable. Junel has a delightful personality, Lee give her a raise! We are happy to use Verde Valley Handyman again.

    Joel did some work at our home doing some patching of walls, fixing screens, installing trim, and did two patch jobs on the sink and shower that were perfectly matched. We also had VVH install a TV wall mount. Recommend the quality of their work. Efficient and timely.

    Matthews work went well beyond our expectations, and we are very, very happy with the results of the project he did for us. We first had an in-depth discussion of what we wanted and Matthew took our ideas and made them better. Hi workmanship was top-notch, honestly some of the best if not the best of any of the handymen we have used over the years.He was on-time, stuck to the bid price, and, again, made several improvements to our ideas (always discussed with us ahead of time) that made the project even better than we expected. We will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend his services.

    These guys are good ! From the beginning they were helpful with my questions. The day before the guy called ahead of time to check that he did not need to bring materials for either job - but a happily he still came prepared as he did need to do something extra which he handled with ease. Prompt arrival, courteous, professional and friendly ... Im delighted with the quality of the job, which was completed with care but not slow ... Im already planning to call them for something else! Good value for money, no stress and a huge sense of ease that if they take something on, they can and will do it right! Highly recommended.

    There arent enough words to describe how amazing they are. From the first contact through planning and incredibly fast work, the entire team was reliable, professional, and kind. They took a water damaged bathroom and made it look like new! When we encountered unknown problems while repairing our house, they always took the time to explain and gave us alternatives for fixing new issues to fit our needs and budget.We had hired out repairs a few times with other companies with some disappointing results; not this time. Best experience ever. Hire these guys. You wont be disappointed.

    David came and did a host of small chores around the house that a home inspector had indicated needed attention. He was friendly, got the work done quickly and didnt cost an arm and a leg.     David Mikos visited the home, assessed and quoted on our door insulation projects. Junel, their Office Manager, called and set up an appointment for the following day and emailed a photograph of the Handyman, Joel Bridgeman, who appeared at the appointed time to replace door insulation, level thresholds and insure that all issues regarding the bid were completed and we, as customers, were satisfied. Will definitely use them in the future and applaud this unique, badly needed and quality organization. This organization is bonded and insured and guarantee their work and do not use sub contractors. Quality, Professionalism and Punctuality are fundamental to their concept and they stand behind their word. A truly unique organization and truly exceptional associates.
