    Lukim is finishing up a job at our home, and I have been SO happy from the projects beginning through the end.We’ve seen many workers throughout the process and have appreciated the personable touches with each and everyone.John, who wrote our quote, did all the legwork of finding a door that fit my wishes. What a relief to not have to do the shopping ourselves!It was a beautiful choice!Amy- phenomenal! She was so kind about working around the kiddos and letting them watch. Her color matching skills are top notch,Ken is a get in and get it done kind of guy.     Great experience dealing with Lukim Construction. The estimator John was so knowledgeable and thorough, gave us confidence that we were in good hands with this company.     It took five months to find a competent contractor to repair my home, but it was worth the time and effort. With help from otherbusinesses, I found Lukim Construction of Lisle, NY.     Replaced a very old roof. Was very happy with Lukim. Cleanup after was spotless and had been my greatest worry. Ive had several neighbors (and a passing bus driver) tell me how good the new roof looks. Very easy to work with.

    Lukim Construction installed a new roof on our home. The install was completed in one day and the guys were amazing. They also installed a new garage door as well as window shutters. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Lukim Construction. Prices are fair and the roof guarantee is unbeatable!

    The owners and the workers are just great. Everyone is polite, courteous, efficient. My experience with the initial quote was fantastic: John is very professional and knowledgeable, and I knew I would be in good hands working with this company. I had some technical questions for him, and he had perfect answers for all of them. The pricing was very reasonable, and given that is was in the same ball park as some of their competitors, my choice to work with Lukim was clear from the onset.I have a big roof on the house, the workers worked very efficiently and as a nice unified team to do a great job. They were careful with covering the surrounding landscape around the house prior to taking down the original roofing so as not to damage the property. They were mindful of cleanliness which was great, as roofing jobs tend to be messy with nails and pieces of shingles ending up everywhere - not with them.Thank you again for a fantastic job!

    We had a great experience with using Lukim Construction for our roof replacement. The work was done in a timely, efficient, and meticulous manner. We had a little drywall damage on the interior of our house from the skylights being replaced and they had someone on site the next day to repair it for us making it look better than it did before! I would highly recommend their services.

    Second time to hire Lukim Construction and not an ounce of doubt they would be on the top of my list to hire again for future projects. John paid attention to all the details. The fascia and soffit look great, the missing exterior woodwork was replaced beautifully, and I greatly appreciate the thoughtfulness of leaving a measured and painted small piece to use for the one last patch (once the bees are removed!). Always a pleasure to work with Kim. Thank you for a positive experience from beginning to end.

    We had urgent need for a roof and gutters replacement. They came immediately (on the week of Thanksgiving!) and the person made tons of photos and explained to us in details what needed to be done with an estimate that was pretty good compared to others we got. They came to do the work less than two weeks after, stated until late to finish in one day. Great job, amazing communication. We really love the new roof and it seems to be a very very good job overall. Will definitely use them again!

    From my first contact to paying the bill, the receptionist, estimator, construction crew, and administrative staff were all courteous, professional, and efficient. The cost was not the lowest estimate we received, but the warranty on the materials and careful workmanship was worth the difference.The construction crew was exceptionally hard working and conscientious. They stayed until 9pm to secure our roof for the night. They installed the new shingles the next day and were meticulous about cleaning up.Thank you Kim and Luke!

    From start to finish, Lukim Construction was absolutely fantastic to work with. It’s a family owned business by Luke and Kim, hence the name Lukim. Lol. From the moment I contacted Luke for an estimate, they were super friendly, extremely thorough and kept us informed from start to finish. One of their associates John was at our home the day after I called for a detailed estimate on replacing our roof and installing a new ceiling in our sunroom. We knew exactly what the costs involved would be and the work was completed in full in only 2 days! And after completing the project, the yard was so clean you would never even know any work was done. I can’t say enough good things about Lukim Construction and I would recommend them for any type of construction project at your home.

    We live in North Lansing and weren’t sure if Lukim Construction would take a job this far north. However, when we called for their free quote, their representative arrived within a day. After several quotes from various contractors, we chose Lukim Construction. We were delighted with the high quality of work done at a reasonable price. They worked with us, listened to our requests and provided expert advice.At the beginning of the roofing process we had the opportunity to visit with a young, articulate carpenter who had brought equipment to our property in preparation for the job. He took the time to give us insight into the inner workings of the company. Owners Luke and Kim foster a professional, industrious working environment that enhances the positive working relationships of their team of employees. We felt we benefitted from the level of expertise and cooperation that was evident in observing the team work of their hard-working crew.Once the old shingles were removed, boards had to be replaced on the old roof. However, we were updated and kept informed with the final price of the job coming close to the original quote. There were no surprises or unanswered questions. We are delighted with the work done and with the entire process of working with everyone at Lukim Construction.

    Luke and his team exceeded our expectations! They resided our house, rebuilt the deck roofing after a storm dropped 10 pine trees on our house.     LUKIM has done two jobs for us - both were excellent and we were extremely happy. The first job was placing wood floors in two bedrooms - perfect floors, the gentlemen they used were polite,clean, and very good.The second job was repairing the roof on our backyard shed and placing new shutters on the front of our house. The gentleman who did this work was also very nice, clean, and excellent workmanship. I have nothing but good to say regarding the jobs, time spent, and workmanship.

    I hired Luke and his crew to do a complete roofing project on my home that included tear off and the repair of a sagging valley. He came in with a bid that was thousands under another company, but most importantly Luke took to the time to come to my home personally several times before the job to ensure that the service was exactly what my family needed and wanted. The crew showed up every morning right on time and wasted no time getting to work, work that sometimes went later into the night than you might expect but I appreciated the effort that was shown. The roof gets compliments from all the neighbors. It was such a great experience that I hired Luke again for an interior painting project. He is always responsive to the needs of me and my family and always in touch about options moving forward or issues that might arise on a job. 10 out of 10. Would, and will, hire again.

    Absolutely in awe with the work they did for me. I had a very closed in kitchen that i wanted to open up with a window bar looking out into the dining and living room. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were extremly timely with the project. I also loved how they communicated SO well- with updates and pictures of my project and with questions if they had any. I also was very impressed that when i came home each night, MY HOUSE WAS JUST AS I LEFT IT! They did such a great job cleaning up after themselves, which to me was a big deal and not something most construction companies do. I will absolutely be using LUKIM construction again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a project done!
