    E&V is a great company with awesome team members! This is the third item I had them install , a Modine garage gas heater (AC unit and new water heater previously).     We recently moved to Chenango County into a mobile home heated with propane. We tried another energy company for inital delivery closer to our address at the recommendaton of a neighbor but their customer service was poor.We switched to E &V Energy and the response was near immediate. Our tank set-up technician was Brandon and he was professional, patient, did a leak test, informed us about safe use of propane, and answered all of our questions. Brandon is a true asset to the company! E&V is highly recommended for your energy needs.

    Exemplary service from the three technicians assigned to install our HVAC system on a new build. Kudos to Mike S. Sopp, Keith Sherman, and Jim Swagler. Terrific guys to work with- -very professional, very competent, with good humor throughout. Some of the installation was extremely difficult under an older house with little room to move. Never a complaint, only the best results.Also, a shout out to Dan Moffitt who came to do the overall estimate and layout for the new heating and cooling plan for the house. Everything worked out perfectly and looks great. The outside of the house is as good-looking as the inside of the house! We’re very pleased.I would hire them all again in a second.Enfield, NY

    Just completed our Mitsubishi cooling/heating units install. Rich, our salesman, was very helpful in explaining the system overview, what we would need and answered all our questions no matter how small they might have been. Install was scheduled quickly, thankfully, with the heat we have been experiencing. Dave and Jon came and did a great install job explaining the process as they went along. They were professional, friendly, very courteous and cleaned up after each day before they left. Even though it’s only been one day since install, I can say we are so happy to have a cool safe home eliminating window AC units. I look forward to the future service work from E&V and would recommend them for this type of work. The whole process from initial phone call to full operation went seamlessly. Thank you to everyone.

    Nick was great. He explained everything & did a thorough cleaning of my fuel oil furnace that the company who originally installed wasnt going to cover anymore. Just as well, because Nick found several issues that they hadnt done right to begin with. He took photos as he progressed & showed me parts that were plugged with soot. Im was very impressed & will be using them from now on.

From meeting with Rich, our sales consultant, to the installation by Mike and Bob, everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with great respect for us as homeowners. I appreciated that E & V Energy was able to take care of getting all the rebates for us, and the price was more than reasonable.     I live in Virginia and was trying to help a friend out that ran out of fuel oil last night. I called three people and E & V was the only company that went out of their way to help me help a friend. They were courteous, friendly and beyond helpful.     They just installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split system. They were very receptive to our ideas of placement for the system, even when we had to change the plans a couple times.System is working well for both heating and cooling so far. Love the warrenty!We also have E&V supply our propane. They have always taken care any issues we have had.

    I had a very pressing problem with a rapidly deteriorating chimney. E& V took what was left of the old chimney and put up a triple wall chimney.     Great company. Called to keep me posted about guys coming for repairs, sales and installation. During installation Mike and Bob were concerned about making a mess. After reassuring them not to worry, they brought in a floor covering. When they were done we were not able to detect they had been there except that we had a nice cool home with a new airconditioning unit. Great company.
