Had another plumber out earlier this week fighting the line for 6 hours and was unable to fix our issue. Called another plumber and they never showed up. Called Ford Plumbing and they responded to our service call within 15 minutes and set up an appointment for the next day. Within 30 minutes they had the sewer unclogged and had us able to use our house again. -

So my water heater went out a few days ago and I thought I could handle the install of the new one, but after my new lines popped off and water went everywhere two different times I called Ford. It was close to noon and I was worried I would be stuck without water until I could schedule a service call. Without A proper scheduled service appt he sent a guy out immediately that was in the area and the guy knew exactly what all was wrong with my botched attempt. He ran to get the parts and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. This was a relieving experience and Ford Plumbing worked like people just trying to help other people and they did the job right. -

I had a line break outside and no water. Jason came within 2 hours, worked in the heat to dig down and find the break, fixed it and put everything back beautifully. Reasonably priced. Efficient. Great job! Highly recommend! -

Called late in the day as we had no hot water. He was here in less than 90 minutes and fixed the problem. Plus gave us more information regarding the tankless hot water, placement and type than we had known before. Very professional, knowledgeable, and cost efficient! -

Jimmy repaired our septic system. We have had problems since we moved in in 2017. Previous repairs before our purchase were done badly. He took his time, replaced from the cleaniut to the solid tank. He was thorough and made sure it was done correctly. His pricing was so reasonable and we will definitelyl use him again in the future and recommend him to others. -
