Highly recommend!!! I had a weird idea to build a closet out of bookshelves under my stairs, they found a way to make it all work even better than I ever imagined! Not only that, but they were timely, effective and extremely kind. Every day after they finished working they’d take the time to sweep and leave the space organized and clean. They went above and beyond with my project and even did a few extra things I hadn’t asked for to make it look even better. They were absolutely wonderful! -

I hired C&G A-Plus Interior Remodeling to install custom wallpaper on a large wall in my entryway on the recommendation of a friend, and I couldnt be happier with the choice.Prior to the installation, David was incredibly responsive on email; he made gathering all the documents my buildings co-op board required seamless. Scheduling the installation was also quick and easy—they were able to fit us into their schedule less than a week after receiving the green light from our building.On the day of the installation, the installer (Carlos, I believe?) and his team member were punctual and friendly. (They also wore masks as a precaution for COVID-19 all day, which we didnt explicitly ask for but was much appreciated.) They took the time to properly patch, prep, and prime the wall, and then did a meticulous job with the wallpaper—the seams between panels are nearly invisible, and they went the extra mile to paper our light-switch covers as well.I highly recommend C&G, and will likely hire them again for future projects. -

Great experience. Pros at everything they do. The work I had done was incredibly complex and intricate - from custom lighting and doorknobs to soundproofing walls and building out stairs/railings. This was a very tough job and they went above and beyond to figure it all out. Couldnt be happier with the results. -

Carlos and team did an excellent job of our bathroom and kitchen remodeling and upgrade. They also upgraded a list other things in our pre war apartment including painting, floors and other fix-it items. This is the second time Ive used Carlos. We first used them about 10 years ago and were happy with the work they did then too. They are very professional and honest (which is not a word I always associate with contractors). I felt very comfortable leaving them in my apartment when I was not around for days at a time. They are extremely neat and thoughtful. The work is of high quality and I believe reasonably priced. I recommend them without hesitation and will use them again. They have good experience, an eye for detail and also a design sense. -

The team at A-Plus was amazing to work with. They fully renovated our bathroom and did a number of cosmetic jobs throughout our apartment (staining floors, painting, light fixtures). Their woodworking skills are also amazing as they build custom built-in units in our living room and our bathroom vanities.Theyre extremely efficient - we had a few challenges with our building but they took them in stride and were excellent communicators. They always let us know immediately if there was an issue or extra cost and went above and beyond across the board. HIGHLY recommend working with them if youre in or around Manhattan. -

I worked with A Plus for a renovation on my pre-war one-bedroom apartment. Being a first time homeowner, the renovation process was very intimidating for me, especially having to deal with all of the co-op rules, approvals, etc. From the beginning, David was extremely responsive, communicative, and thorough. He talked through the estimate with me in detail and made adjustments based on my feedback. He also worked with me to address my co-op boards and architects questions and concerns, trying to come up with creative solutions to ensure we received approval for the project. Throughout the entire process, the team was patient and took the time to educate and help me make decisions where their experience superseded my ability to understand all of the implications of a particular decision. Additionally, everything was done professionally, neatly, and on-time. All of the workers were very friendly and respectful of my space as I was also working from home throughout the process. Anytime I raised a concern, it was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire A Plus again! -

I hired C&G A-Plus Interior Remodeling to remove an old linoleum floor, down to the concrete, in a laundry room and replace it with a new tile floor (purchased from Home Depot), install new baseboards, and paint the room. They also had to repair a 2’ long gouge (1” deep) in the floor. They said it would take three days and it did. Considering the work to be done, they gave me a fair price to do the job. They did a beautiful job and were friendly and accommodating to deal with. My wife and I were very satisfied with the job. -

Carlos and David were a pleasure to work with and their team did a beautiful job remodeling my apartment. They installed new floors, mounted tvs, did a wonderful job in my bathroom replacing tiles, installing shower glass and putting in a new vanity and med cabinet. I also used them to knock down two closets in my bedroom and replace with one walk in. All in they did a wonderful job in just 4 weeks and I would highly recommend them! -

The work also entailed the installation of new flooring, custom built radiator covers and closet millwork.Their level of quality/service exceeded our expectations and they added value to our project with their attention to detail as they executed the design and made suggestions for improvement in areas where they thought such additions might be beneficial to the vision of our design.They managed several issues we had in our project with tenacity and executed the project beautifully while staying within the time frame laid out for completion. It started with re-doing a tile floor; it was such a pleasure dealing with the full team that we decided to redo the majority of our kitchen.
