    This was my 2nd experience with this company and I must say how my expectations were exceeded! Anytime a household needs this kind of professional services we count the minutes till they come to fix that problem! Not only did I hear from the service man quickly, he was very experienced in the type of house and city area pipes we have!( Very old house) Problem was fixed promptly and with courtesy. I will call this company anytime a situation arises. Highly recommend!

    I called on a Thursday to arrange for our septic tank to be pumped, and was scheduled for the soonest avaliable, which would be Tuesday. The next morning, it was apparent our tank was not going to wait for that. I thought about calling elsewhere to see about an appointment that was sooner, but I called Roto-Rooter and explained the situation, and to ask to be notified if there was a cancelation sooner than our appointment. The nice woman who answered listened to my panicked description, and asked me to hold so she could talk to her boss. As luck would have it, they had a spare guy that day and he would be right out. The employee they sent was absolutely top notch. Kyle S. (name on the receipt) quickly located our tank (which wasnt exactly where I remembered it from before) and dug it up promptly. He was efficient and was done in no time. After, he took the time to offer some suggestions to extend the life of our septic system, and to make sure future appointments are for routine maintenance and not scary near-miss septic emergencies, which I really appreciated. Even my dog and goat thought Kyle was great. I wont even think about calling elsewhere next time.
