Mikel came out to do mold remediation under my kitchen sink. Not on did he call me to let me know he was approaching my home,he was right on time. Right off the bat he was very kind and very professional. I didnt doubt for 1 second his ability to do the job correctly. P.J sent me a picture of the chemical he would be using, which was 100% safe for my family. They took into consideration that my granddaughter and whole family have medical problems and did what needed to be done to accommodate us. The price compared to other companies are very reasonable. I cant say enough about this company. If you have a need for their services please give them a call, I promise you wont be disappointed. Thank you to all of the employees I worked with thank you for all your help. Cant wait to work with yall on some other projects.

We had PJ from Innovative Restorations out today to give us a quote on a crawlspace encapsulation. We were pleased with his explanation of what they are going to do and the cost. So we contracted them to do it. They have previously remodeled our two bathrooms and would definitely recommend them.

Mike, JD, and his team were wonderful when the fire sprinkler line burst in our townhouse in Cookeville. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were so kind and calm in our crisis. Throughout the week that they worked on accessing the damage and drying our townhouse, Mike went out of his way to help us document damage for our insurance correctly and explaining step by step what we should expect next. They also finished earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. I am so grateful they were the ones to step in and would recommend them to my family and friends!

We could not be more impressed with this company. They were recommended by Putnam Plumbing (another excellent company) because we needed a sewage leak cleaned up in the crawl space. Mikel started work right away and while he was here, he discovered a major water leak. He took care of the excess water and the plumber was able to get in and fix the broken pipe. We are so very grateful for both of these fine companies and highly recommend them.

When we had a pipe break in flood our first floor with 2 inches of water they were at the house cleaning up within an hour of the call! They got us cleaned up, dried out and put back together very quickly & and with minimal stress to us... They walk you through every step of the process and explain exactly what they are doing & why

Kennan keep me posted as the time approached with timely & through information.Mike & Dennis created a masterpiece with the provided canvas. Little details that I dreamed about was standard to them. I had an addition added onto my house in the basement of one bedroom, and one bathroom and a Staircase put in. Both of the gentlemen that showed up were professional, and very easy to work with. They accomplished everything that I asked And more they weren’t expecting to do, so definitely use these guys For any construction or emergency repair needs, Although I haven’t tested them for flooding or fires yet hopefully I never have to. But I’m sure they’d handle it with the same professionalism! 5/5 fully satisfied.
