Our experience having our roofing redone by Risher was excellent. Johnathan Kelley of Risher Roofing was our project coordinator, he was always polite, personable, on-time, communicative & responsive. We could see that Johnathan took a personal interest in our roof repair and replacement and personally monitored the work as it was performed by Rishers extensive team of roofers. The sagging gable overhangs (that were improperly constructed when the house was built in 2005) were reinforced properly by the team as part of the work).Johnathan suggested installing improved design never-leak piping boots for the through-the-roof plumbing vents, they not only look great but instill more confidence in our roofs integrity for a small increase in cost per vent. Our project was completed professionally, on time and within anticipated budget, we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Risher Roofing for your roofing needs.

Our roof was in serious need of replacement. After several quotes we were introduced to Johnathan Kelley of Risher Roofing, at all places Texas Roadhouse on a Friday afternoon. So he and one of his roofing supervisors came by and the supervisor hopped up on the roof (a12/12 pitch) for an inspection. Since my roof has multiple valleys and angles, Johnathan used photos just like the other companies to provide an estimate for the replacement. However the difference here is that he provided the quote several hours later, instead of days. Before we decided to do it he came by my house multiple times to show us samples, color choices and options that we might consider. I tried to spend extra money on some upgrades that were not necessary and Johnathan provided valuable guidance in helping the process for a superior job at the best possible price.During the shingle replacement Johnathan was on the scene making sure everything went smoothly. He and his crew did an excellent job. And I have some experience in this area since I have helped in our roof in Florida.Many thanks to all the folks at Risher Roofing, especially Johnathan and Tony.If you need roof replacement, you cannot go wrong with Risher.

We are renting out our home in Smithville and was made aware of some water intrusion in our upstairs bedroom, since the ceiling drywall had stains and water dripping through. I had scheduled a roofer to come out to take a look but they never showed up or followed through. Thats when I gave Risher Roofing a call. Ryan called me immediately and had an appointment scheduled to access the damage. I received photos with a detailed and affordable quote. After approval, I was scheduled no more than a week later. Ryan kept me up to date of when they would arrive. Him and his crew showed up on time, and he provided photos to me during and after the repair. Im very pleased and impressed with Ryans knowledge and communication, and the Risher Roofing Team for getting my roof repair done quickly and professionally. Jonathan Kelly was extremely responsive. He did a quality job and finished exactly when he said he would get it done. I had originally contacted a different roofing company who never returned my call after saying that they would come out and provide an estimate for me. Mr Kelly, not only returned my call immediately, he came out and looked at the house within a day and was able to provide me a very reasonable estimate. The job he did was clean, professional, and Jonathon himself was extremely respectful each time we talked. Ive asked him to provide another quote for my siding on my garage and Im convinced he will continue his professional service with me.

We recently purchased a home in Cookeville. After the inspection we had Grant come out to get a second opinion on the roof. He was spot on as while his crew was replacing the roof they found extensive rot on the roof decking. The crew replaced the wood, the deck protector, and the shingles. They added the starter strips which were not installed on the prior roof along with a leak barrier.Ramon, Perla and the crew were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They cleaned on a regular basis and the job site was left neat each night. The result of their work was beautiful. Grant was on the job often checking on progress and even collecting nails.I brought out a few extra chairs so the crew would have a place to eat. I loved how nicely they left them after they were done.I could not recommend this company more. I feel very confident this roof will keep our home safe and dry for years to come!! (Prayers for no tornadoes 🙏🏼)

One of the workers lost his balance and put his foot through the ceiling, but Nick had workers show that same day to fix it. 🔨 If you’re in the market for a new roof in the Cookeville / Upper Cumberland area, I definitely recommend Risher Roofing.After getting a few estimates, I found them to be affordable, personable, professional, efficient, and shared a wealth of knowledge in recommending best options for updating the Cookeville Cottage.🏡I had an old, non-functioning chimney in back of my house, near where a sunroom had been added. In inclement weather, the sunroom had a bit of a waterfall and ceiling damage. They removed the chimney to below the roofline, as well as an old skylight, repaired the roof, installed new ventilation, and installed all new shingles.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Grant Jared was my project manager.Ask for him for fast and attentive service.The booking, as well as the installation process was quickly, yet Grant also took the time to be available for any questions and to offer explanations and recommendations.

We had a roof put on when we bought a new home in the fall of 2023 and the process was pretty painless. Just recently weve found a leak thats been going on a while and we figured to start from the top-down, though we have seen zero roof issues.We called yesterday and today Johnathan Kelly (sp?) came out and hopped up and saw immediately that our new gutters (put on about a month after the new roof) were put on poorly, creating a serious dip, which makes a pool of water along the entire roof on BOTH sides. The bowing is just particularly bad by the kitchen window, so we are having problems there. I saw first hand what the problem was all over once he pointed out the bowing, and how its so bad by the kitchen.So, now we are going to be out thousands because we found A Guy to do the gutters rather than use someone insured. Im VERY glad we used Risher, since of course theyre insured, but theyre also responsive and do amazing work. Jonathan also cleaned out my gutters while he was up there- as with the tropical depression, one of my downspouts was clogged and I wasnt planning on cleaning them for another couple of week.

When my mothers metal roof was damaged by a wind storm, I made several calls to local roofers to have it dried in and booked for a repair. I received one call back the same day, and that was from Ryan at Risher Roofing. We had a rough estimate within the hour and a dry-in the following day. They were heavily booked, dealt with inclement weather and still completed the entire roof within an impressive timeframe and they did it beautifully. Another company finally called back three weeks after Risher was finished with moms house...it was so satisfying to tell the project manager that Risher was mopping the competition. Appreciate you guys! And, my almost 80 year old mom says to drop by for snacks anytime.

I had Risher replace my roof. There are so many companies that do roofing we felt overwhelmed. After speaking the Will and Nathan we knew Risher was the choice for us! Everything flowed so smoothly (which is not something contractors are know for). The materials arrived the afternoon before the work. The workmen showed up exactly when they said they would. They completed the job in one day. The quality of the work was great. But maybe the most impressive of all, they cleaned everything up so well! No nails left in the lawn. I called on Monday and Nick was out to look at it within 30 minutes. We discussed the issues, and it was apparent I needed a new roof. This is Friday night, and my house now has a complete new roof. They tore off the old roof (two layers of shingles) and repaired some bad spots especially around my chimney. Clean up was second to none. Anyone needing a roof should definitely contact Risher. Ryan was very quick when I called needing a repair on my roof. My house is under contract and the inspection found issues with my roof that the buyers needed it repaired. They were cheaper than 5 other companies local to the upper Cumberland that came out and they were here on Tuesday and stripped off old shingles and replaced with new architectural shingles. The Lot number was off on a couple packs of shingles and they were slightly off color after they finished the roof. I told them and they came out the next day and replaced the off color shingles with the correct color. They did a great job and I’d recommend them to anyone that asks. 5 ⭐️

These guys check all my boxes, as far as quality and friendly service is concerned these guys are the ones you want.Out of the multiple quotes I got they were the only ones that came out talked to me in person shook my hand and shot me straight..Being 100% honest they werent the absolute cheapest route but they were right one par with the cost according to my claims adjuster.To me thats worth the business. The quality, speed with the level of professionalism only proves the choice with Risher Roofing was the right one.

We had a 100 tree fall on our house. They came out in the middle of a storm, with the tree service, and tarped it up as much as possible. As soon as we got approval from the insurance, they scheduled our roof repairs. We had a dormer that was completely smashed, a corner of the house that was damaged pretty heavily, and multiple holes punched through the roof from the limbs. They started early in the morning and by dark they were cleaning up. Their crew was cheerful and friendly. We were both home the day they came, and we could hear them shouting and singing. It made the whole experience feel less terrible. They did an amazing job. Next time we need roofing services, well be calling them, no question.
