Derrick replaced our roof several years ago. We were very pleased with his professionalism and his crew. He came by today to check seals around a couple of roof vents, inspected the roof and gave me great instructions on what I can do to keep the roof maintained for many years to come. He is honest and fair ! I 100% recommend !

Over the last 15 years Derrick French has installed roofs on two different properties for me in the Surfside Beach / Garden City area. I have always found his crews and he to be professional. Mr. French and his crews have done quality work for me in the past. On several occasions I have asked French to inspect my roofs and he and his crews did the inspections without hesitation. When installing my new roofs, French and his crews were on time and did a first class clean up job. After doing research, I believe his pricing was fair with using quality materials.

I called Mr. French about a possible roof leak. He set a time and updated me on when he would arrive to look at my roof. He didnt try to pressure me into repairs he wasnt sure I needed. He gave me advice about what might be happening and how to prevent further problems without charging me for an expensive repair. He was honest and knowledgeable. I will give him a call again when I actually do need a repair.

They showed up fast, did a good job on the chimney which caused leaking. They have the expertise & experiences. They even did extrasFOC (free of charge) like painting my tainted ceilings. They are good decent guys, not easy to find nowadays.

This company is amazing! My house is only about 7 years old and last year the roof started leaking dripping water into our living room. Derrick and one of his crew members came out within days. His assistant was already on the roof and found the issue in like 2 minutes the time it took for Derrick, me and my husband to get to the back yard. It was a small crack in a shingle it required so little of whatever they put in it that we werent charged. Derrick also gave us very good advice. We have had no more leaking. I cant thank this company enough we were not prepared at all financially for a roof fix. He will be the first call I make when if there is ever anymore issues. This company genuinely cares!!!!!

Derrick French is serious about customer satisfaction. Derrick has been able to keep the same crew of craftsmen for years. That fact speaks volumes. They have a great synergy. There is only one way for a repair to be made; that is the right way. Derrick once told me that he has made a career of properly repairing previous poor workmanship. He is fair, very capable and expeditious. His company did extensive repairs and remodeling for us. Not only will we call on him again, but are pleased to recommend him to others.
