    We had new hot water heater installed .......everything was great. The installer, Scott stayed a short while just to make sure all was working well and there was hot water and no leaks. He even returned a day or two later to install the overflow drain hose since he was missing the correct pipe fitting. Great service, they take care of warranty registration and highly recommend

    We had an incredible experience with this heating and air company, thanks to their technician, Victor! Our heating system was not performing consistently, and Victor came to the rescue after hours. He communicated his arrival time perfectly, which we really appreciated.Victor quickly identified the issue—his efficiency and expertise were so impressive! Beyond his technical skills, he was kind and courteous to us and even showed extra kindness for our two dogs.We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend this company (and Victor!) to anyone in need of top-notch HVAC help.     I called three local companies for quotes after my heat pump died. The first two companies to come seemed like they were in a bit of a hurry to give me a quick estimate and leave. Seth arrived same day, he even told me up front that they would likely be a little more expensive than the others. However, after talking to him I felt like I wasn’t being sold more unit then I needed as well as a better quality product with a better warranty. Canella was also able to install my new system two days later instead of 10 days to two weeks like others told me. York heat pump is very quiet. Techs showed up exactly when they said they would, and Seth stopped in a couple times to check on the install. Installation was nicely done as well. An all around pleasant experience. Just wanted to say thank you and give you guys a great review!

    Great service work by the two engineers who came to do semiannual maintenance on our 2 systems. I was impressed with how thorough they were and the reports sent to me shortly after had a lot of detail. Its amazing how complicated these systems are.Yang and TJ were polite, had great manners and communicated everything they saw and did.Truly a great, 5 star experience!

    I have been dealing with these people probably since 2006 or so, and I absolutely love them. Most people, and I was one of them, that never paid any attention to my air or heating system, until suddenly it stopped working!!! Canella has me on a monthly withdrawal from my checking account, and they service my unit twice yearly, and I never have to give it another thought, and that service call is already paid for. Their office support team and their technicians are always well informed and super good to deal with. I am very happy with these people, and I think you will be, too. Call them!!!

After working on it, the other company couldnt offer any guarantee on if further work would fix the unit. Thomas came out next day and after asking what was previously done offered some suggestions for us. Completely up front and honest, he was able to fix our unit!     What a fantastic experience today! Friday afternoon, 2:30, and I notice house is warm. Thermostat 78 😩. I call Canella and report issue. They let me know a tech can be out by 6pm. Perfect! Technician Victor called me around 5 and said he was on his way. 5:30 he arrives and assesses the situation… outside fan motor broken. He was determined to get one from the office and get me up and running today. They coordinated a meet mid way(if was now after hours) but they made it happen and got the part here and fixed by 6:15! Incredible!Canella installed my unit a few years ago and this was the first issue. I had purchased the extended warranty and am a member of their service program.     Not a ding against the servicemen, because this is prevalent across quite a few services I have had to deal with lately, but information being relayed to those fellars out on the road doing the work is nonexistent any more. I informed the person on phone and they annotated that they would require a mask to enter the premises due to the lack of immune systems on both the ladies at my residence. They showed up and had no clue. That aside, they were very competent and nice guys, I have been dealing with Canella for a while for parts and filters, but this was first time I ventured to them for the maintenance portion. This, surprisingly for some, was due to the amount of ridiculousness dealt with when Sky HVAC took over climate control systems. They used to perform the maintenance, continuing after I bought the house from previous inherited destroyers of the house. Long story sorry... Canella fellas inspected and notified me about things that SKY never even checked, and WERE important. Incredibly thorough and well versed/informative. It almost seemed like they werent having to put forth much effort since it was for them, fairly easy, to do the work. I had to have somethings done that they and I deemed necessary and I will have some more done here soon. Overall though, very pleasant to deal with and Incredibly reasonable considering what I am getting and have got thus far. Check em out and to be quite frank, I think you wont find any other comparable especially since they offer so much.

    My HVAC switched off and refused to run. After some investigation I thought my condensate pump had gone bad. Instead of going to buy one off of a hunch I called Canella. They do my HVAC servicing in spring and fall and I trust them to do good work.It was after hours They sent a Tech out within I believe 1.5 hours and he quickly diagnosed the exterior hose that the condensate pump drained out of had frozen. He put together a plan and efficiently completed it.I havent had any issues with my system in the over a month since work was finished.Ive been a customer of this company for over 2 years and they do a great job every time.

Once he arrived, he was courteous and professional. As we were informed at the time we scheduled the appointment, it took him approximately 2.5 hrs to go through everything and ensure all units were performing optimally. He also took our feedback on how the systems were performing and whether we had noticed any changes since their last visit. I cannot recommend Cannella and Scott highly enough.
