Javiar and his team were excellent from start to finish They took care of all permitting, setting generator, electric and gas lines and wiring. Critically, they put our yard back together the way they found it. Can’t wait for a blackout!

I cant say enough good things about Spectrum Electric. We recently had a whole home generator installed. The entire process went smooth and was extremely well ironed out. Billys communication from day 1 exceeded my expectations, and then Miguel, Nathan, Jesus, & Ryan knocked it out of the park with the install (even with 60mph gusts and dumping snow). Highly recommend these guys!

Spectrum completed our generator installation as part of our larger basement remodel. They were able to manage our complicated project flawlessly! They ran a gas line from our meter to the electric panel on the opposite side of our home, coordinated with the county for all applicable permitting/requirements, upgraded our electric panel (now MUCH safer), all the way through to completion where they were patient and thorough in teaching us about the new equipment. We now have so much peace of mind that our standby generator is apart of our home and we will never have a power outage again! Billy, Kristin, Ryan, Miguel, and the rest of the crew at Spectrum genuinely exemplify customer service, and have more than earned my trust for all things generator, solar, and battery. Billy has gone above and beyond in communicating quickly and responsively more times than I can remember at this point, and our install process has been super smooth. Everything has some hiccups here and there, but Spectrum has been incredibly on point in making sure everything is perfect.

They did what they said they would in a timely manner. If you have any questions, they will answer them. If your looking for a turn key installation with no problems I would recommend their services. We had an extremely positive experience with Spectrum Electric. They showed up on time and installed a Generac for us on a day with 90 mph winds and cold. No excuses, no problems. A total pleasure to work with, they were able to offer a next day appointment. Then the crew was early for the appointment.After finding out what the problem was, they were very efficient and determined the source of the problem quickly.They then isolated the circuit that was the problem and double checked it.Once they know were the problem was they explained what the problem was and showed me what they had done to correct the problem.I will be using this company again in the future.

These guys do great work and are great to deal with! I had my circuit breaker panel go out right before vacation. I was in a real bind. They came out and inspected it to make sure that it was safe. Then they installed a new panel while I was on vacation. They are trustworthy and really helped my out in a time of need. I highly recommend these guys.

Had a unit installed which turned out to be broken after Spectrum Electric troubleshot it for us. Purchased through Home Depot which wasnt any help, but Spectrum Electric and Generac replaced it through warranty. Huge hats thank you to both companies for great customer service.

UPDATED: I have updated my initial review as Spectrum did come to finish the work as agreed. They did an excellent job with my generator installation as well as another wiring project. We had a bit of a misunderstanding and there were many delays, some unavoidable. I would recommend them and work with them again in the future as they ultimately stood by their promise and did the right thing.
