I highly recommend Professional Home Improvement for your roofing needs! I had a problem roof with leaks around skylights (skylights themselves were fine but prior roof installation was faulty). I had several roofers look at my job. PHI was by far the most thorough and qualified. I definitely made the right choice in using them. Scott did a great job understanding my issues and answering my questions. His quote was very complete and the price was reasonable. Johnny and John were excellent to work with during the project. The entire crew (and there was a lot of them!) busted their butts and worked very hard for 12 hours! What a relief to know the job was done right!! Thanks PHI!

Hired PHI to repair leak around a skylight in my mobile home. Paid half the cost down being told all the old repair(caulking,patching,etc) would be removed and replaced. The worker called and wanted to look at the job before actually starting. He advised me before getting on the roof that to fix it right that normally skylight would need to be replaced. While on the roof he did caulk some spots he he noticed. ( was on the roof aprox 10 min). He stated he would have Dave the salesperson call me with a new quote on replacing the skylight. When Dave called the cost was much more than i wanted to pay and that i felt I should get part of the money i paid down back. At that time Dave stated i cant renegotiate a price and I could not get any money returned. I had no problem with part of the money being kept for the small repair that was made but $350.00 for 10 minutes of work is not fair. I would never do business with this company again and will be sure to let others know as well. UPDATE!!!! Ron the owner called and agreed i was entitled to a refund. He stated he doesnt do business the way this situation was handled. Thank you Ron and you can be sure I will tell people you do business the RIGHT way.
