    Of course stuff like this only happens during the holidays! Friday after Christmas discovered that my sewage pump in my septic lift station wasnt working. Effluent was starting to puddle around the tank cover, and it smelled like...well...you know what! Called a few places but could only leave a voice mail. Recalled seeing an All-Flo truck in a neighbors driveway so I gave them a call. Very nice, polite lady answered right away. She asked a few questions and said well have a technician out in two hours. Hell call when hes in route. Less than two hours later, Micah called and said he was 15 minutes away. About 2 hours later Micah had a new sewage pump installed (an upgraded version since apparently the one that was in there wasnt a sewage pump!). I am amazed at this service! This just doesnt happen these days. MIcah was very attentive, and kept asking if I had questions or concerns about anything he was doing. From past experience, I had a rough idea how much it would cost, and the final bill was very reasonable. All-Flo has a new customer for all my future plumbing needs!! Micah and his company earned it.     After 3 days of trying to unclog my toilet I realized I needed professional help. The team from Al-Flo was there in less than 2 hours.While I was not anticipating a $$$ plumbing bill a week before Christmas they did find a larger issue. I have a septic system and the pipe from my house to the septic tank became misaligned, this could have led to a much bigger problem.This was a big project , it took about 6 hours, they were very professional and took as many precautions as they could not to make a bigger mess than was necessary. I feel more secure knowing I will not have to worry about this again.

    Oh! All Flo was wonderful! They scheduled quickly and fit me in even quicker (the same day!) when they had a cancelation. No one else could schedule me for at least 10 days. Adam was great. Friendly, polite, explained what he was doing and why the leak probably/may have happened. He was quick and totally cleaned up nicely when done. Billing was very fair, as Id checked going rates ahead of time. Without a doubt, Id call them again.

    I’ve used All-Flo Plumbing numerous times. And the knowledgeable professionals have taught me many things that help prevent issues.- Blowing pipes every 18 months has prevented flooding in the basement laundry room (it flooded 3x prior to go with this method).- Tree roots grow in winter-who knew, but makes sense.- Truthful about what is needed to resolve an issue, which saved me a lot of money that I used elsewhere.- Quotes for future work needed.- Nice people, respectful, possess integrity, and my dog adores all who have completed work on my house!- Stephanie, who works in the call center/scheduling is so kind and patient.I highly recommend All-Flo!Kathi

    I spent a long time working with Josh to purchase a heat pump water heater for our house. I wanted to created a complicated system and he worked with me for a long time to entertain and guide me. At the end of it I was convinced he was looking out for my cost vs value. He didnt want me to spend any extra money that wouldnt have been necessary.They also had a very good price compared to other companies that submitted exorbitant prices.Tim came out to install the device, spent most of the day in our basement. He had to work hard to bring the complicated design to life. He pulled it off and it looks great. Had good suggestions and convinced me that some of my ideas were bad hehe.I was very pleased with the experience. I would call them again immediately when needed.(They installed a Heat Pump water heater for us, it is also great, would definitely recommend it).

    Best plumber in town. We had a pretty complicated leak under our house. All Flo came quickly and got to work to fix it. They did some additional work for us in our bathroom. We could not be more pleased. A special shout out to Josh C. He oversaw every step and provided exceptional communication to us. Cost was very reasonable too.

The gentleman spent his time explaining everything he was doing as well as what he found with the camera. The cost of the 3 hr service was way lower than what I thought it would be.     We called All-Flo about 5 years ago to help us with a sewage backup and they totally fixed our problem! They were efficient and professional back then and even today. We had a backup at our new residence and they were the first people we called. They were able to send a tech out within an hour to fix it for us and solved our problem just as quickly as I remember it from before. Andrew was very cool and knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. He was up front with the cost and there were no hidden charges or extra things that caught us off guard. I really value the transparency and the professionalism that All-Flo provides. I highly recommend this great company when you have plumbing problems! They are awesome!

    We had two backed up kitchen sinks. All-Flow came the same day. The service man was professional and tried snaking and then water jetting the drains. When that didn’t work he was able to cut the pipe in the unfinished part of our basement unclog the eggs shells and reattach the pipe. He also cleaned everything up very nicely. Don’t put eggs shells down the garbage disposal.

    The plumbers replaced a shower valve. That included cutting a hole in the fiberglass, replacing the valve and handle, and covering the hole with an oval chrome plate. It looks and works great. The clean up was great too.

    October 2024. We had All-Flo Plumbing come and fix a toilet leak and install all new bathroom (4 bathrooms) faucets, sinks, and a touch/touchless kitchen faucet. Silas Gagnon was the technician (Very personable and easy to work with). Since all our shutoffs (17) were over 26 years old, the majority of them had corroded or leaked when Silas had to shut them off for the install, all had to be rebuilt which required a lot of extra unplanned work. Silas stayed until it was done (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). All-Flo also sent a couple of other technicians for a few hours to help Silas get it completed that same day. Overall great job, everything was completed and working well. This was my third time using All-Flo with great satisfaction and I will definitely use them again in the future.April 2024. Andy was the technician who came - on schedule as promised and I was called ahead to know exactly when he would arrive. Andy was very professional and knowledgable in assessing the problem and quickly fixed it. The current design of the drain system for our minisplit condensate line is marginal. Andy took photos and is taking that info back to the other plumbers at All-Flo to recommend a better long term design. Great service!

    Last night found sewage backed up in our basement - contacted All-Flo and they got a guy out here (Kevin) first thing the next morning. Extremely professional and polite - I chose the jet, even though it was more expensive, because it was the best option. I had All-Flo do the jet on our pipes 5 years ago (5/12/13) - my neighbors said that they have to rent a 200 lbs. auger from home depot every year. Im completely satisfied with the quality of the job because you actually SEE EVERYTHING and that gives me a peace of mind that the job is actually DONE RIGHT.     After two separate plumbers were either too busy/werent interested in the work, I was referred to All-Flo. The hourly rate was slightly higher than some others, but I appreciated how quickly they were able to come out and address the issue. I have a two story house and partially clogged bathroom vent pipe on the top floor and they were able to safely clear it out in under an hour and clean up. The guys were professional and honest.     Called at 3:30 pm one day for an appointment. The phone was answered immediately and an appointment was made for the next morning. They showed up 5 minutes early. Kong unplugged the kitchen drain and roto rooted it out to the main sewer line. He was done in about 35 minutes. Excellent service! I was expecting a $500 bill but the charge was $275. This place is my new go to plumber! And, 2 days later I’m still waiting for a return call from the first place I called! This place rocks!

    Taking on a DIY for our shower, and had some issues. Called All-Flo, and they were at our home within the hour, even though it was a weekend! The tech was amazing, answered all my husbands questions. Discovered the issue was the villages. Did what he could, and arranged for a follow up on Monday. The techs are so nice and quick working.     Super nice guys and did the work quickly with beautiful results. He was honest about the price and I wasnt sticker shocked at the end because I knew what to expect. My project went as far back as replacing some of the cast iron and galvanized piping. Only took them about 4 hours to do quite a bit of work.     My kitchen sink wouldnt drain and garbage disposal stopped working. I left a message on their emergency line. They arrived at my home within 30 minutes. My Plummer John was very professional.     We are a self-managed condominium association. We had not had All Flo do any plumbing work but the company name and number was given to us by another plumbing business that could not work us into their schedule. Their tech was here on time and quickly unplugged a kitchen sink drain then unclog the pipe leading to the basement. We called with an emergency one late Sunday evening with another clogged and backed up kitchen sink. Josh worked hard and efficiently to remedy that situation. The dispatcher even texted me to let me know when to expect him to arrive. About a week later, we noticed a slow leak from a sewer pipe in our basement that needed a new gasket and the co-owners two toilets needed new seals. The respose was rapid and taken care of quickly. Each time the techs has even thoroughly cleaned up the areas when they were working. I would recommend this company to individual or business owner/manager that needed their services. We are planning to do more preventive maintenance on a regular schedule starting very soon. Thank you so much, All Flo! We will definitely be calling to schedule the work with you when we need it.

Showed up a little after 5pm no problem, Tim called me to repeatedly apologize; told him no worries at all it’s a Friday. Let’s go with the flow!From the lady who answered the phone to Tim (on call guy), down to Ken who did the physical work; AMAZING! I would suggest them to anyone as a first call for any plumbing needs. They were up front, professional, and extremely clean. Ken ran through everything from possible issues, fixes, and timelines for future preventative maintenance. I, as well, optioned for the pricier “water jet” system; what’s an extra bit of money for peace of mind. After all if you are not willing to spend the little extra on your house for safety/security; where are you willing to spend your money? Invoice came 2 minutes after the work was done and payment was super easy (credit card)Again, nothing but good about these guys. They are definitely a new go to; and first reference to anyone!

    My garbage disposal was clogged on a Saturday so I called All-Flo on Monday. They were able to have a plumber at my home that afternoon, giving a two-hour window for arrival. Their office called when the service tech was 5 or 10 minutes away and he arrived right on time.Derek was very courteous and professional.  He let me know what he planned to do to solve the problem and gave me suggestions regarding what not to put in the disposal in the future.  He also suggested I not use liquid drain cleaner which is very acidic and hard on pipes and told me about a product called Bio-Clean that uses natural enzymes to attack and eliminate the clog.What a great experience!  Call All-Flo Plumbing for your drain cleaning and plumbing needs.  You will be very happy you did!!

    I was in a jam because another plumber never showed up to install our shower in our bathroom. We use All-Flo Plumbing at my work place so I called them. The receptionist got right on it and got a technician out to my house in an hour. The guys who came were very understanding. They worked with me and my situation and were even nice to my pets.     I called All Flo with trepidation because of the reviews I read on line. The negative reviews were not my expierence at att. The tech was here within an hour of my call about a plugged sink, he listened to me, told me what he could do for me and how much it would cost depending on findings. He was finished within an hour and very reasonably priced based on past plumber costs. I am very pleased with my experience.

    We had a clogged waste pipe from our kitchen sink. The technician was fantastic. He cleared the blockage and then proceeded to fix a couple other issues we had with the kitchen sink plumbing while he was there. These issues weren’t part of the original service call and he didn’t ask to fix them. I identified the issues and he was quick to offer a solution and estimate for materials and his time. He wasn’t pushy or trying to offer unnecessary services. Besides clearing the clogged waste pipe, he replaced a shut-off valve, repaired some of the plumbing for the sink that wasn’t fitting well and problem solved and fixed an issue we were having with low water pressure with the hot water to the kitchen sink. All this was completed in under 2 hours and we didn’t loose our shirt when we paid him. We will definitely use All-Flo in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

    We’ve had issues with our kitchen sink not draining about every other year for 6 or so years. We’ve had other plumbers “fix” the issue but the problem persisted.     I wish I would of called these guys at All Flo Plumbing first.Unfortunately I called Roto-Rooter which was a big mistake. I paid to have my drain unclogged and they never ground out the roots in the sewer line just cleared the clog, telling me i had a cracked pipe near the road and pressured me to dig up my yard and replace a foot of pipe for $6000, when Roto-Rooter left I asked my wife if she recalled the roots being cleaned out in the system. we called them back and talked to the manager that said he would of used a machine that was never brought in to the house. Roto-Rooter was rude and unprofessional and would not let my wife take pictures of the camera feed when they returned to do the job correctly. I guess they didnt want evidence that their technician lied. I found information online about a internal pipe repair offered by All Flo Plumbing. I had All Flo come out and check out the problem and still discovered a near clogged pipe that was still not cleaned out, I was told that my problem was a candidate for the internal pipe repair. Total cost about $2200. All Flo Plumbing was very friendly and professional during the whole process and offered to let us watch and take pictures. They also offered any video and pictures of sewer pipe before and after on a thumb drive. Do not make my mistake by calling Roto-Rooter. Make sure your first call is to All Flo Plumbing for all your plumbing needs
