We had Mister Sparky out to install a whole house surge protector. We live out in the country and have a lot of power fluctuations and outages. They were on time as promised and also did a whole home safety inspection. Ed was fantastic and really easy to talk to. I appreciate their caring approach and they didnt use any high pressure sales tactics.

Devin from Mister Sparky came out to help me with labeling my breaker box and fix a bad outlet. After the work was done, my oven was no longer working. After speaking with the business owner, Devin came back out to troubleshoot the issue and got it fixed exactly as it was before. He checked for any possible issues and I feel great about the quality of work that was done.

Our 39 year old home got a new 200A upgrade this last weekend. It took two 9 hour days and two 12 hour days to complete but its done and no more flickering lights in the home. They were here 9 hours on a Monday and then later in that week for 12 hours on Friday and Saturday and another 8-9 on Sunday. They offer a military discount as the owners are ex-military themselves. 15% is nice! My generator crapped out on Sat and one of the owners let me use his brand new generator still in the box. He saved NFL Football on Sunday! The new panel in hte basement is huge and no more than 1 line is assigned to any one breaker. 28 in all and room for more! Before the upgrade alot of circuits were doubled up and there were 5 tandem breakers (2 skinny ones in a normal slot=less heat diffusion). Today a tech came out to finish a couple of cosmetic details and install a GFCI in the garage (current code I was told). As an ex installer of CATV, I know a bear of a job when I see one and I knew this was a big Ol Grizzly of a line pull but they got er done and my wife and I are completely satisfied. The price was very nice with my military discount too! I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for all veterans and everyone else too. ( Mark is real name actually). So to Mark and Devin who spent more time at my home than their homes last weekend, thank you. You men did a bang up job.
