It is hard to find words strong enough to represent the gratitude I feel for the way they showed up and always did everything in their power to make things right. They battled with me when the insurance company was being difficult and showed up to take care of issues that were beyond their contracted responsibility, just because they truly cared about my needs and wellbeing. If you ever have any issues with your roof, this roofing company you want by your side!! To start, the builder of our new home was GARBAGE and didn’t install the roof correctly. We reached out to multiple roofing companies and Matter-Of-Fact Roofing was hands down the best company for the job. They personally dealt with the adjusters, insurance claim, all while keeping us updated at all times. The roof looks gorgeous and the entire crew was extremely professional/prompt. Sadly we had to sell the house after the new roof was put on, but I know that the new homeowners can ensure a safe and great looking roof is over their head for many years to come!

Silas and Scott are the best. Happy not only with the new roof , but the entire process. Honest, perfect follow through, and they cleaned up after themselves, barely leaving a trace that they were even there. This company is willing to work along side you and offers excellent guidance when there is a need to deal with insurance. 100% recommend.

I first met Silas and Scott over a year ago. In my line if business, I work with many vendors in all areas. Their professionalism and knowledge of their field impressed me and my coworker tremendously. They answered all of our questions and took the time to help explain all aspects of what they could offer to our business. Unfortunately, our owners did not choose to work with them, despite our urging, and we paid dearly. Even though we did not end up working together, they continously reached out after every storm to make sure we were okay and offered help in any way. In todays world, it is a rare find to meet business men with such integrity, honestly, compassion, and talent. Professionally I have been unable to work with them, but personally I get to work with them now and I am thrilled they are my contractors. If you need a roof, CALL THEM! I promise you will not regret it.
