    Chris, Jackson, Connor, Morgan, Erin in the office, and the whole crew did a fantastic job bringing our 1950s breaker box into the modern age and bringing our house up to code. HR Phoenixs quote came in hundreds, if not thousands of dollars less than the nearest competitor, and the final price was exactly as quoted.The crew put in a very long day and were always on time, honest, courteous, polite, very conscientious around my small children, and even let the kids watch them work for a bit.I cannot rate this company high enough or recommend them enough for your job. I am very pleased with the level of service we received, and dont recall a time I was so pleased with a company as I am now. Please do not hesitate to hire this team.

    I found this company on Thumbtack. They were very prompt on getting back to me. I had Bryan come out to look at the job and give an estimate. He was knowledgeable and nice. We then set up an appointment time. Jackson came out to do the work and he was AMAZING! Very nice, personable, willing to go the ”extra mile” to ensure my satisfaction. If your needing some electrical work done I would recommend them.

    I recently hired HR Phoenix Electrical Services to install two new electrical outlets in my house. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided. The technician maintained good communication throughout the process and completed the job to a high standard.However, there were a couple of issues that could have been avoided with better assessment. For instance, during the installation process, the drywall was cut before realizing there was a joist behind, necessitating additional cuts and adjustments. Additionally, although I understand that the condition of the drywall may not have been the technician’s fault, there was an initial horizontal cut that had to be redone vertically because the drywall couldn’t support the outlet frame.While I appreciate the quality of the work done, I believe a more thorough assessment beforehand could have prevented these issues. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome, but there’s room for improvement in ensuring that such challenges are anticipated and addressed more effectively in the future.

    Your technician, Alex, notified me by txt msg when he was coming to my plsce and arrived in a timely manner. When I described the problem--doorbell not ringing-- he took his tools to diagnose the problem and went to work. He removed the worn-out connectors and replaced them with new replacements.     I had a light fixture that wouldnt turn on. After troubleshooting all that I could do to fix it I looked up companies and decided on Phoenix. It was after work hours that I got ahold of their answering service and within minutes I received a call back from Paul. He asked what my issue was and where I lived. He set an appointment for one of his electricians in my area to come by the next am. That am i received a message saying I needed to call back to reschedule for a little later as their tech had fallen sick which wasnt a big deal. I received a text from Chris saying he was on his way. When he arrived he asked about my issue and also if there was any other concerns around the house that needed to be looked at. I said there was nothing else I could think of. He said he could do a whole home assessment. And offered to go through the junction box and check and tighten all the circuit breaker connections. He did that in no time. Then he took a look at the light socket that I called for. I told him that when I checked the socket by screwing in a receptacle tester it showed an open ground. I didnt know what that meant but he said that light fixtures normally arent grounded that they only have the two wires Hot And Neutral which I could see being that the copper wire was capped on the end. He then screwed the bulb in to see what happens and took it out. He looked in the socket and discovered that the grounded part within the socket that the bulb makes contact with was pressed up into the socket which made it BB to make a connection. He took a small screwdriver and pried it back out so that the bulb could make contact. That was the culprit. I was relieved it wasnt an issue where there was a loose ground somewhere he would have to hunt for. I never really did my homework on finding out what the going or average rate was for electricians in my area so I was taken aback from the 298.00 bill. All said and done everything else Phoenix did to diagnose and fix my issue was too notch. Thanks.

    We needed a dedicated 20 amp outdoor outlet for a sump pump we need to put in and Tyler got that done in 2.5 to 3 hours. I wasnt there but husband said he picked up after himself also. The company was able to accommodate our request on short notice which Im grateful for.

    HR Phoenix Electrical team is the best. We live in an old house and our panel box went out. We had to have a new one. We were running a junction box that still uses fuses.These guys came out in record numbers to get us back with a new panel that they had to install on the outside of the house n run new wiring for us to have power in our house. They finished this job in half of day. The longest wait for Oncore to out to hook us back up.I would recommend them to everyone 100 percent. The men were supper nice n polite. Thanks again HR for we have lights.😁👋
