Efficient, conscienscious and professional. Every crew worked great and kept the property clean and picked up. CD came by daily during the work. Jesse was there every day too. They worked with the insurance company to ensure they paid for what was needed. I wouldnt have anyone else work on my roof and its comforting to know that should we need roof work in the future theyll be there. -

Outstanding support when our home was hit by a huge storm. They completely helped every step of the way. They covered our 5 skylights that were broken and helped us with the insurance and inspection process. Our home has a beautiful new roof and new skylights. I highly recommend this amazing company. -

Charles Martin & Son Roofing took care of us after our roof started leaking. From quickly stopping the leak and assessing the damage, to coordinating with insurance to get the roof replaced, I was impressed with how quickly they completed the work and the professionalism of everyone involved.I was very happy with the steps the roofing crew took to protect the plants around my house and the multiple magnetic sweeps they performed throughout the day to collect roofing debris. This gave me confidence that there would not be any hazards for my dogs after the job was completed.CD and Jessie answered all of my questions and made the process painless. I know I made the right choice in calling them when it was raining in my house, and they will be my first call if I get unlucky with Texas hail again. -

Right before closing on our home, our first home, a pipe busted. Talk about stressful! Within days, Charles, Shelley and their awesome team started the work to get our home fixed up. When I say theyre awesome, please dont take that with a grain of salt. They were all amazing, super nice and so helpful with any questions during the process. They really put our minds at ease with how helpful they were with all of the questions/concerns that we had. They completed the entire 1690+ sq ft of flooring along with a newly remodeled kitchen and utility area in two weeks! They also encouraged to come by anytime to see the progress and everyday we got to see our house becoming whole again. We love our new home even more now and we cant wait to be moved in to fully enjoy it. Keeping their numbers saved because theyre absolutely the go-to people. Charles and Jessie were fantastic. They worked with my insurance and got it done beyond my expectations where other roofers failed. They redid my roof and worked with my contractor to finish out some additions. Quality was perfect. They came on the weekend to provide samples and consulted me on color. Very professional and honest. Charles did not try to sell me on anything extra. Its very reassuring when you can trust the people you are working with and they have your best interest at heart. -

In the process of getting our home ready to sell, questions around the roof being at end of life came up. Charles personally came out and quickly patched a leak caused by a bumbling buyers home inspector. Charles was extremely responsive, and when an insurance claim was filed he was present for the adjuster visit. His input and expertise helped our claim get covered in full. The roof work itself was done in one day and everything went smoothly.I would recommend Charles Martin & Son for any roofing need! -

We contacted Charles Martin & Son because they advertised they installed Decra roofs, which we have (20 years old). We just had a new air conditioning system installed and were having awful problems with our air vents sweating like crazy! Our air conditioner company said we needed ventilation in this attic ( one of three attics). I called the company and received a return call from Charles in 5 minutes. He came over that day to assess the problem. Having had many years’ experience with Decra, he knew exactly what was wrong and how our roofing company had done some things when installing the roof that actually caused little to no air circulation in this attic. Today his company installed solar fans to fix this ventilation problem. It’s been a great experience from the first call. I’d definitely recommend this company. They were experienced and interested in fixing our problem quickly and I couldn’t be happier. -

I had a friend who recommended Charles Martin Roofing Co and I’m soooo thankful he did. I had a serious leak that was showing up on my living room ceiling. I had it “repaired “ twice, but still leaked. They wouldn’t come out again, so I wound up calling a third company, Charles Martin.Jesse and his guy knew exactly where the leak really was, as they understood the lay of the roof, with respect to the adjacent levels, etc and how the rain would flow. As a result the repair was over a much smaller area than I had been told earlier. I’ve had a deluge of rain several times since then and no leaks! This company is honest, dependable and they know what they’re doing. They’re very professional and polite, and I highly recommend them! -

I don’t know where to begin so I’ll start with Dana Martin!! She was fantastic and went above and beyond to work with our insurance company, bank and myself. She was on top of everything, so patient and basically held my hand through all of the financial aspects of getting a new roof. Next, I can’t say enough great things about CD Martin. We had issues with our HOA and he backed me up during the entire process. He went with me to my appeal and reassured me that he would make sure we were taken care of. I’m sure I would be classified as a difficult customer but they never once made me feel that way. If you need a new roof from an honest local company, Charles Martin and Son is the best choice!! -
