    Thank you can never be enough when a company like Olympia treats its customers with professionalism and respect. The office girls actually answer the phone , none of this nonsense of PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE AT THE SOUND OF THE TONE. They address your concerns with grace , ease and immediate resolution. They know you by your name and go above and beyond the call of duty. If you have a Senior Moment and forget to pay your bill they dont CUT YOU OFF LIKE A BAD HABIT, like the other company in College Point you know who I mean, instead they extend understanding, patience and treat you with dignity.. Much like those culture who Revere their Seniors. What a true breath of fresh air. I feel honored and privledged in my dealing with Billy, Donna, and Joanna just to name a few ! Their entire code of conduct rests on the lost art and belief that the customer comes first. The Customer is our Priority and treat you accordingly.     Steven and his team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Upon receiving my request to service my Fujitsu AC units, he confirmed the appointment within 24 hours and was at my apartment fixing everything within 3 days. Not only did they show up exactly on time as scheduled, but the work they did was phenomenal!!Unlike some previous contractors I’ve dealt with, Steven was the consummate professional who not only had the skillset, but was affable throughout the whole process. He clearly told me the available options and thoroughly explained the nuances of Fujitsu AC units! Most pleasantly, he did not try to steer me into a higher priced solution and instead, gave me the no nonsense effective solution.I can’t recommend Olympia more and will tout their services to everyone in the building!!

    I recently had a split unit Fujitsu air conditioning system installed by Steven and am extremely pleased with my decision to use Olympia. Steve was very polite and detailed when he came out to look at the job and I was thrilled when he came in lower than two other contractors I had received estimates from.When it came time to install he showed up on time and worked in a very professional manner.To put the job over the top Steve used quality components (aside from the major parts of the system where Im sure other contractors skimp) and was very particular with smaller details of the install.In short, it was a very clean, quality install at a competitive price by an extremely friendly installer.

    I tried several oil companies in the past but none were as reliable and honest as Olympia Fuel and Gas. They always solved the problems, were reasonable, and never cheated with the pumping.I was so happy with their heating service that I just had three air conditioning units installed. Steven gave me the best price and his installation was flawless . Thumbs up!

    I contacted Olympia after hours on the coldest day of the year thus far when our boiler wasnt operating and a technician was there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem right away!     I recently called the office of Olympia Fuel for a boiler problem. They were there the same day. Andy fixed the boiler responsibly with wiring problems as a breeze. Andy answered my questions knowledgebly and without hesitation. Since, the boiler is working good. Prior to that I had two other boiler contractors who took the money and left me with a non-working boiler.These people are great. Courteous, responsible and very reliable.

I got in touch with Steven over the phone and he was super responsive and professional. He was able to assist and help me to solve the issue I had during one of the coldest day and in a difficult moment. Perry is very knowledgeable about all heating related issues and he makes himself available for all of my heating system questions. In short, Olympia Fuel provides fair prices and professional service, which is difficult to find in NYC!

    Olympia Fuel saved the day for us when they came to repair a burst drain pipe in my home. The plumber they sent (Perry) was knowledgeable, hardworking & gave us a lot calm during our major house crisis. His detective work revealed a small hole in an old riser pipe which was causing damaging waterflow to gush from 3rd floor apt. to behind 1st floor shower. Working solo, Perry was able to save 2 bathrooms from being re-tiled (also keeping sheetrock repair at a minimum) & very conscientiously removing all fallen debris & old piping before leaving. Thank you to Olympia Fuel for turning around our unpleasant experience, hiring & training smart plumbers & getting the job done!
