I called them at 6:20, after hours because we found out there was an issue because the electricity went out in a couple of ODD places. Like, it wasnt just one rooms worth... it was ALL ceiling lights, and MOST electrical sockets, but not all. So it was NOT just a fuse blown .(I bought new fuses to make sure!)After he came, we found an EXPLODED wire in the basement. He tested it, and it was indeed the issue. IT started smoking, sparking, crackling, and all sorts of TERRIFYING THINGS WERE HAPPENING.He turned the power to the house off, and fixed it within an hour or so, he even gave us some information about some other electrical things going on in the house, as well as offered to turn our fuse box into a circuit box sometime in the future!He was super nice, prompt, on time, and actually CARED unlike the other Coldwater electrical companies I called who wouldnt even come out to look, for any price.Who knows what would have happened if no one would have came? I could be sitting in a pile of ashes right now.FM is amazing, bar none, and I highly recommend to anyone for good prices, friendly, fast, and genuinely caring service!Thank you FM!!!

Very good experience with this company, highly recommend them; found our issue and fixed it after normal hours without an expensive bill. Really good service & nice guy!!
