    Victor called to let me know he would arrive at our home in 15 minutes and showed up right on time. Upon entering, he respectfully covered his shoes with booties to keep our home clean. He worked diligently to clear the clog in our toilet and tub, successfully resolving the issue. After finishing, he thoroughly cleaned up the bathroom.     Keith has been an integral part of bringing a piece of mind to my house. We had been trying to figure out an efficient and cheaper option to fix our furnace.     I would definitely hire T.Webbers plumbers (Joseph and team) again after the work that they did for us. Our well pump completely stopped working and the plumbing team came in and got it all fixed as quickly as possible. Not only did they get the water running but also made sure the electrical system worked properly with the well pump. Joseph made sure to include some discounts on the final cost.

    Wonderful customer service. They were able to schedule my yearly boiler maintenance quickly and on short notice.     This was a 5-star service call on all levels. First, on Christmas day I requested and got an appointment the very next day. Second, the tech quickly assessed the trouble (the original so-so job of piping under our kitchen sink). Third, he did not try to sell me a potentially expensive complete re-do, but instead gave me 3 options for the repair, from least to most costly. (I opted for the middle one - my choice.) Finally, he had everything necessary to make the repairs/replacements in the truck and was finished within an hour. A very different experience from the expected we can slot you in two weeks from now call!

    Matt did a great job! He found the problem with my furnace. Matt is knowledgeable and courteous. I followed his recommendation and our problem was solved on Sunday.On Monday, Thomas from T.Webber completed my very old furnace repair. In addition to my furnace repair, Thomas installed a surge protector on my main electric panel. This made my old system very safe.I joined the service plan and saved even more money on my bill.Thomas was professional and courteous completing his work in a timely fashion.

    Our well pump died and nearly every plumber said they didnt do those or were too busy or something but Joe and Malike from T. Webber traveled to save us. It took 2 trips as they didnt have all the parts they needed the first time but they fixed our problem quickly and professionally and could not have been nicer or more understanding of our particular situation. The first thing they asked is if we wanted them to remove their boots. Im not sure any service person has ever asked us that. They are absolutely amazing and didnt try talking us into services or things we didnt need, as many others often do. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done quickly, correctly and no fuss. We will definitely call on them again, and I hope they both have a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season because they sure saved ours.

    We have used T Webber for our plumbing needs, but this was the first use of them as electriciansWe began with a full checkup on our house - built in 1963 - to identify the. workrequired to meet existing building codes. Theresa then gave us an estimate of the work required and an estimate of the cost. Theresa and her crew showed up on time and finished on schedule. Their work was very impressive. It looks professional and it is. This was no small job. It included a new connection to Central Hudson, a new fuse box that is a thing of beauty (that I would love to show off!) and multiple new outlets, both in the garage and outside the house. Their work was thorough and professional.. When they finished, they took us through everything they had done and answered our questions. We had one minor problem show up after they left, which they promptly came back and fixed. I was extremely pleased with their work and with thempersonally. I am pleased to recommend them for their electrical work as well as their plumbing jobs.

He performed tests on the flue gases that helped tune the air intake correctly and increase the burn efficiency that no-one on any boiler that I have had serviced has ever done.     Bill Schneider was very knowledgeable and courteous, he and his helper Malik changed my well pump when it stopped working (right in time for the holidays) he walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable as well as educated me on some things.     Michael is a seasoned plumber that came in as an emergency fix after a certain appliance delivery team left my pipes broken! He immediately understood the situation and jumped in with fixes, which included replacing the most of the pipes under my sink.     Overall summary: Great work but sticker shock. The plumber did a terrific job connecting my new natural gas stove and replacing an old shut off valve. The companys business model is to not quote a price over the phone. In my case, we were in a bind with the new stove to be delivered and the old one removed and disconnected within an hour. So I felt I had to agree to the high estimate to get the work done fast. No time to shop around. As other commenters have noted, I was happy with the finished product, but unhappy feeling I paid too much and that the T Weber price of the installation was more than the cost of the stove! The price is set by the company, not the plumber who did an excellent job.

    Mike Schnittert and Ryoji Schwartz could not have been any more professional. They were early and got immediately to work. They gave me updates and explained why they were doing everything they did. Their Supervisor Jeff, (and any supervisor I didn’t speak with) were obviously right on top of everything. Jeff was great and it was obvious that the guys liked and respected him. They even located my water cut off for me even though it had nothing to do with the job.

    Mr Sullivan and his 2 sons deserve medals for what they went through to repair my well waterline.I have had many plumbers through the years since 1983.Most saw the crawlspace and turned away. Either /or they had claustrophobia or were physically incapable of maneuvering in there.God bless them.They are wonderful technicians. I would most heartily recommend them.I was told they used a chainsaw to trim my evergreen to have access to the work area. However the excavator was used to tear some lower limbs off. I hope the tree survives the shock.

    I experienced a cooling emergency at my home. I have an elderly parent receiving hospice care at home and the inside temp was almost 90 degrees! T. Webber to the rescue.     July 2020Thought that T Webber did a great job. Every part of the process I was very impressed with. I had 5 companies bid on the job (removal of old AC system and replace with HVAC Heat pump), and T Webber provided the most detail on the work to be needed, and gave my several options/suggestions and price points. I really liked that they were detailed in their estimates and all inclusive (they included permits, accessories needed), while two of the other companies did not. They also offered a free year of the Total Care Program as part of the installation. I chose an Amana system, I had originally wanted a Bosch which they were happy to install, but the terrific salesman also explained that Amana had higher rating (they did I checked consumer reports and several trade articles), and also lifetime warranty on the equipment (Bosch had 10 year). A few days before installation the service manger showed up to scope out the job pre-install. They called the night before install to give an ~arrival time, and did same on install day. They work very efficiently, with several teams on site(HVAC, electrical, plumbing) providing support, so there were no lags. Also very impressed by the detailed explanations provided by the installation men, of what they were doing, what they did, and how it all works. They work well, they put drop cloths everywhere to make clean up easy, and they were friendly, professionals who did a great job.July 2024I had a great technician (Mathew) come out and do service on my unit for maintenance. I really appreciate his thoroughness in going through a detailed inspection process, and looking at all the components as Ive noticed performance issues on hot days. I also like that they take pictures of what theyre examining and their findings on them so they have a good record of the maintenance performed. Mathew did a terrific job and really takes pride in his work.

    Honestly I am shocked and thrilled at how amazing this company is. First I was calling to find a licensed electrician after a horrendous summer storm that took my power line connection off my house. Last minute the electric company told us they wouldn’t fix that we needed an electrician. I called and they were able to find me somebody within a couple hours. The communication was awesome they called to give me the ETAs which was 100% accurate. Theresa and Louis came by and were soooooo nice and professional.     Prompt service. They were here within an hour and a half from my call. Repairmen were pleasant and showed respect for my home. Repairs were made within an hour. Company might be higher in price than others but every service appointment that i have had with them has been top notch

    We had a major problem finding someone experienced and willing to service our 1 year old Navien tankless water heater.The Navien works great, but we wanted to schedue the first annual service. We located T Webber from the Navien list of authorized providers, and made our appointment.Gary called ahead of the appointment time to let us know he was on the way and his estimated arrival time, and showed up on time. He was pleasant, efficient and explained what he was doing and why. Great experience - I would recommend T Webber to anyone needing service or maintenance of a tankless water heater .

    Latest Update: After finally finding the issue with my kids mini-splits my system seems to finally be working as intended. Big thanks to Jese who came out several times to keep troubleshooting and finally was able to fix the issue.Update: So I thought everything was fine, but one of my units is not blowing cold again after 2 hours from when the the tech was here. Getting super frustrated that my system still has issues after 2 techs have come to try and resolve the issue.After some hiccups with the initial install of my system where I was having some errors and the system would shut down on my new mini-split system everything is now working. The technicians that helped install and later fix the issues with the system were super nice and friendly. I really appreciate Wayne, Jese, Joshua and all the others that also worked on getting us all setup.

    Anthony Aviles and his helper Michael Mallory Jr. removed my leaking 11 year old hot water heater and installed a new Rheem 40 gallon hot water heater. I could tell by the quality of his work and careful pipe layout, that Anthony is an expert plumber. Thank you guys for a fantastic job!
