    I have used their service. Kevin went above and beyond to get us heat . He figured out the problem when the other company couldnt. ARC is now our go to company for any heating and cooling needs. They are great people and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others. Again.... this is a review from an actual customer... its not hearsay.

    Fantastic company to do business with. Always a great price on oil (unlike my previous supplier), very friendly owners who always have gone out of their way to help us when ever we needed them.     ARC is a good company. Very friendly staff. They try their hardest to squeeze me into scheduling to accommodate me because I always forget to call. The prices are right, friendly and helpful...... Why go anywhere else?

    Always the best price on oil, nice and professional people there too. Furnace went out in the middle of the night (1/21/19) and within 5 minutes I got a return call. Kevin was there as fast as he could get there, which was 15 minutes, friendly as ever in below zero temperatures. He had the parts, because they stock their vans so well, and fixed it.     ARC is one of the best oil companies in our area. We had them come a few times when our furnance was broke and they fixed it so we had heat. One summer morning our furnace stopped all together and we called them to get a price on Gas furnace since we had a gas line running into our house and they were so quick to return to us about a price for gas that we didnt have to wait long at all. Every time i called to schedule an oil fuel they were always quick to come out. They did a FANTASTIC job putting in our gas furnace and we are very grateful for them. Very polite and fun to talk with. Thanks ARC for AWESOME service. If i could rate you over a 5 you deserve a 10!!!!!!!

    Had the misfortune of running out of oil over the weekend. Called the emergency number and Kevin told me to dump some diesel into the tank until Monday morning. Called back first thing Monday and was told they would work me into the schedule. By 10:00 their truck was out front filling me tank. Great people, great service.
