    We had a roof leak from our satellite dish. In an effort to support a local business we called Cope, the whole process start to finish was easy. Drew even took pictures as he was going for us to see what he was finding. I highly recommend using Cope for your home projects and repairs besides being skilled and knowledgeable they are nice people.

They kept us up to date when things would be happening and showed up on time. Everyone was very professional and they took all proper measures to protect the surrounding areas where the work was taking place. It was nice to have the work done by a team who takes pride in their work and the finished results show that!

    Cope Construction did an outstanding job from the initial design consultation to the little details at project end. Complete bathroom remodel removing large jetted tub and small shower and replacing with tile shower, shower window replacement, new vanity, new flooring, linen closet and many other little details. Very impressed with Drew and his team’s attention to detail and insistence on quality. Communication was great throughout the whole process.     We cannot say enough about how happy we are with our new primary bathroom remodel. From the very beginning, Drew was helpful and informative and willing to work with us on how to cut costs by letting us do demo work and painting. Norm was so incredibly meticulous in his work. His attention to detail really made it feel like he cared about our job as if it were his own home. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional through the entire process! Diane in the office is lovely and also helped every step of the way. We will only be using Cope going forward for any contracting needs in the future!

    We cant say enough great things about Norm and Drew and the whole team at Cope Construction. We had a major project on our home last year that involved a lot of problem solving due to moisture issues and they did an awesome job. Norm and Kevin came out recently to do a bunch of repairs, including new stair risers on an open stair case. They were super respectful of our home, our babys schedule and wonderful to work with!

    We needed an honest and cost effective contractor to do a small roofing repair. We spoke with a few different contractors and COPE was who we felt the most comfortable with. The turn around time from when we placed the initial phone call to the work being completed was less than two weeks. I will always call on Cope before any other contractors moving forward. Also, as a fellow tradesman I think this organization and why it exists is so extremely important. The mission is a main selling point hands down. Thank You COPE.

    I hired Cope Construction to give my home a facelift and its been one of the best decision I have ever made as a homeowner. Not only is the workmanship excellent but the planning, scheduling and communication throughout the process has been nothing short of exceptional.A special shout out to Diane who works in the office as the liaison between Drew Cope and the customer. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process, always had my needs and concerns a priority and was available and willing to discuss the process no matter how long it took.Another stand out employee is Norm, a skilled carpenter that installed custom shelving in two pantries as well as 7 1/4 base molding throughout my entire home. He is precise and exact and his workspace is meticulous.If you are looking to have work done on your home and you want to sleep at night knowing its going to be a total success, I highly recommend hiring Cope Construction. No job is too big or small for them.My forever home is now everything I envisioned and I have Drew Cope and his organization to thank.

    Cope was the only company (and we tried several popular ones) that was able to solve a leak in our kitchen ceiling resulting from a roofing problem. They diagnosed the project like it was their own home. They found that the roof ridge vent had been improperly installed, allowing water to seep in during storms. They went as far as to come during a storm to observe and confirm the issue. Cope corrected it, not an easy feat, but they made sure it was done properly. We are very pleased with their commitment and highly recommend this company.

    Some crazy wind broke off a piece of our siding/flashing way up on the front of our house. I messaged Cope and although they weren’t technically open yet, someone responded and had a team out for repairs in under 2 hours (this alone is mind blowing, at a time when people in this industry hardly ever even respond!). The team took their time completing the job to ensure it won’t happen again. This was the second time I’ve used them for repairs and I’m equally impressed as the first. Highly recommend!!!

    Cope did a fantastic job for us that included a little framing, hanging/finishing sheet rock, prime, paint and trim. It all came out great and the guys were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, well prepared and ensured that they kept the work area clean. As a person who prefers to do work myself (though not quickly) I couldnt have been more pleased. I expect to bring more work to them very soon and highly recommend them to others.

    One of the best things about dealing with Cope Construction is their excellent customer services, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. I was able to initiate having gutter guards installed for our new townhouse and 4 of 5 neighbors who share various roof lines. We were able to get a discount for doing the work together. Cope made it easy for all of us to contract separately, while they did the coordination of ordering and installing the gutter guards. I will definitely work with them again.

    We had water damage to our dinning room ceiling and closet which needed to be fixed. Cope Home Repair to the rescue! Mike and Norm did an amazing job! Removing dry wall is very messy, but the guys were ready for the challenge. They basically created a sealed environment in an open area - no dust at all by the time they were done.Very cool!Anyway, the ceilings look perfect now. Thanks again for your help!

    Got a message into Cope a few days ago due to a gutter clog, and I got a response via Facebook within a few minutes. A quick chat later and I was all scheduled. Leveraging technology like FB messenger was great as I was juggling multiple work calls, and sometimes breaking away for 5 or 10 minutes to make a phone call isnt possible.Drew and Norm made their way out today, got the problem gutter cleaned out, re-pitched it so the water would drain properly, and gave the rest of the gutters a thorough check. All of this was done for a very reasonable price, and Drew and Norm were knowledgeable, polite, and just generally nice people to have at the house.They also helped diagnose a leak we knew we had but couldnt pinpoint. Im looking forward to having them fix up a few more things around the house!

    I hired Cope to recess a pair of medicine cabinets in or master bathroom on a load bearing wall and perform electrical work in our basement.Norm, German and Kevin worked quickly and efficiently on the master bathroom portion of the work. They had to re-work some of the framing to fit the cabinets into the wall. The attention to detail that the team displayed gave me every confidence that that the job would be done safely and right the first time.Jacob worked through the electrical portion of our project in the basement. He made sure to double check that the teams plan aligned with our expectations and kept an open line of communications if there were any additional issues.I would and have recommended Cope to neighbors due to the teams performance and quality of the work.

Tracey and Diane where great to work with as well with all questions answered with timely responses.
