    For a while I have been searching different companies to replace my old 21-year shingle roof. Milanese Remodeling was the best in price, quality of materials, warranty and commitment to satisfy my expectations. They are a family company and made me feel part of their family looking out for the best of my interest. They made recommendations to make changes of the skylights windows which I was not expecting. They knew this was needed and I am so happy they made the recommendation. Although I have a big roof, the work took only three days. Thank you, Milanese Remodeling Team.     Excellent ! We moved into a new home in January with a beautiful deck. Due to its orientation it was unusable 75% of the day . Milanese installed a retractable awning and voila we extended our living space and able to use the area from sun rise to sunset.Professional, responsive, respectful, delivering a high quality product. We believe in shopping local to better our community and the supporting the business owners. 💕our space .Thank you !!!

    I am very satisfied with the workmanship of the installers. The awning was a top quality product. The only beef I have is that it took almost 3 months to get when I was told 4 to 5 weeks. They told me it was because of the manufacturer. Not my problem. They would no offer me any kind of discount.

    Had a long piece of facia fall off and was bent. Called Milanese, they were very courteous and friendly on the phone. They were able to get a new piece in quickly, and it fits/looks seamless. Great Job and will definitely utilize their services again.

    Weve had Milanese Remodeling do several projects for us over the years, and have been extremely pleased each time. Theyve installed an awning, replaced windows and sliders, and most recently did substantial remodeling on our exterior including stonework, roofing, walkways, landscaping, lighting and more.Mark has been creative in design, proactive in suggesting ideas to us, and he has been great about listening to us to ensure he and his team understand and best meet our needs. Throughout, hes worked to help us understand tradeoffs and keep costs down. And while a project like ours can be stressful, Mark made it more enjoyable through his positive and personable style.The variety of craftsmen that Milanese has had working on our house have been skilled and professional, and theyve consistently delivered very high quality work. Theyve also been responsive in addressing occasional changes or requests as weve raised them.All of this has led to outstanding results and our extremely high satisfaction with Milanese Remodeling.     Will only use them for my remodeling needs. Had my windows done a couple years ago, they were quick to respond, come give me a very reasonable quote and book the job. The workers were transparent, professional and friendly. Just had my siding done, once again amazing experience all the way through.

    We were so happy and pleased we chose Milanese Remodeling for our new awning. We received personal and professional experience. Also, the work staff who installed the awning were very efficient and made sure the job was complete and the job site was clean before they left. I would recommend this company and we are ready to have more remodeling from Milanese in the near future for our home.

    When having work done on my home in the past, I’ve always said things to my friend like: “You know, if contractors and home improvement companies had better customer service skills and reliability, they would have my business for life…”Little did I know, this company exists… and is a mere two miles from my home! After years of scouring the internet, I am so thrilled to have found the gem that is the Milanese Family & Milanese Remodeling, in my very own back yard.I had the great pleasure of working with Trish and Jackie in the office, to set up an estimate. In a day or two, Mark came out to our home and quickly surveyed our needs, and drew up a quote on the spot. It was more than fair in price, and EXACTLY what we needed. I had a million questions, some technical, some aesthetic/creative, some hypothetical, and some even were admittedly a little crazy (because I love to over-think all the “what if’s”!). Mark patiently listened to our inquiries and offered professional and personalized answers, which gave us comfort and confidence in our purchase decision.Do you know what makes a good salesperson? One who gets to know his or her customer, their needs, and then showcases the product they truly believe will satisfy their customer for years to come. There were so many window options, some less expensive and some more expensive than what Mark recommended for OUR needs. Running ahead of schedule? …WOW!I would be remised if I didn’t speak to the talented installation crew that began and finished the whole project in fewer than two days! Our home was treated with respect and care. The crew was courteous and professional. When I requested to keep my old windows for craft projects, the workers even stacked them neatly in my back yard.As if this wasn’t good enough? Our new windows have a lifetime warranty. AND, as our new windows were installed in the middle of August, we immediately noticed that our house was MUCH cooler. I expected to notice a slight difference, but the efficiency we’re experiencing is off the charts.I would recommend Milanese to my family and friends a million times over, because I have the utmost faith in their honesty, commitment to quality, and their customer care excellence.     I first dealt with Milanese over 17 years ago when we purchased a retractable awning. The awning has held up extremely well.We have been in our house for 25 years and this awning has been the best home improvement investment to date.Milanese was very professional and service oriented back then and based on a call today, I am looking to get the awning fabric turned or replaced. There service has not changed and would recommend them in a heart beat for any remodeling needs
