    Another good job by Smokey Mountain Plumbing! Had an old water heater in our basement that suddenly started leaking yesterday. Called Mike, he returned my call within minutes and scheduled a visit to install a new water heater the very next day. He had us back up and running with a new water heater in less than 24 hrs. Mike is very prompt, very efficient and just a nice guy to work with. He also helped us several years go with a clogged drain in our basement. There was water standing about an inch deep in part of our basement when we suddenly discovered we had a problem. Mike came the same day we called and had the drain cleared within minutes. Mikes promptness literally saved us from having what could have been significant damage in our basement. Mike also gave me some good tips about keeping our water filter from leaking while installing our new water heater today. I highly recommend Smokey Mountain Plumbing for your plumbing needs.✅

    I have used Smokey Mountain Plumbing several times and have and will always recommend Mike.I am a Widow who lives alone.     Smokey Mountain Plumbing is the best!! He is very knowledgeable and great at his job. He takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done right. I have always been very happy with his work. He has even had to fix things that got messed up by other plumbers. He has always managed to get me scheduled right away. He is not just trying to make a profit and price gouge like some of the others, he actually cares about his customers and thats why I will always recommend him. He is my plumber for life!!!

    I called EVERY place in the area and Mike got back to me really quick with a day and time he would be able to come to do a rush job we needed to be done within the week before family got here.I sent him some images and video of what needed to be done and he was great to text back and forth with.Our piping for our shower and new handles were our first job and wow he made the piping look beautiful plus no more leaks! Was ready for when our family came!!Amazing pricing, a professional job, and a very happy household.NEXT, I was trying to do annual maintenance on my TRPV on my water heater a few weeks later and the seal was bad so the hot water wouldnt stop spraying. I texted him in a panic with a video of what was going on. He wrote back quickly, told me what to do, and was here by 10 am the next morning (he was out of town with family) to replace it and even put a hot water shut off on our distribution line as there was none..we had to shut off all of our water as there was no shut-off valve on out hot water line.Again, amazzzzing pricing, kind, funny, and honest..just the kind of local company I want to give my money to and be able to sleep well at night knowing the job was done RIGHT.

    Mike was great! He called back a few minutes after I left a message (unlike 2 other plumbers I called who didnt call back at all). He was timely, honest, helpful, did a professional job and had fair pricing. We would definitely call him again!

    We called Smokey Mountain Plumbing and left a message at 9:00am when we detected a leaky pipe fitting below our water heater. We received a call back within 30 and Mike showed up to the house within two hours! Mike was professional, efficient and pleasant, and explained all options clearly.     Found our hot water heater leaking on a Friday night. Looked at a few places on the net. I decided to call them. The owner, Mike called us back very quickly. Gave us an appt for the next morning. Sadly, our 20 year old unit was past its time. He went and got a new one and had us done and in hot water again in a few hours. He is a super nice guy and had very reasonable prices.     I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Mike responded to an early morning call and was at my home within 2 hours. He had a busy week scheduled but not only assessed the problem, returned to town for parts, installed, explained and fixed the problem that morning.Cost for parts and labor exceptionally reasonable.
