    We had a sudden and severe water leak that flooded the upstairs bathroom down to the garage below. When the water was turned back on, there was no leak! It was a mystery. Our plumbers couldnt figure it out. Our water remediation team couldnt find the source of the leak, either. Danny is like the Sherlock Holmes of leak detection. He came over, asked a lot of questions, looked at the damage, and figured out what the cause was. He recommended that we confirm it with a smoke test, which Roto-Rooter did. We are grateful because our insurance wouldnt have accepted our claim nor could move forward confidently with repairs without knowing the source of the leak.     Our neighbor shared Danny’s contact information with us after we told them we suspected a leak. Danny called me back within 5 minutes of my initial call and kept in contact with me throughout the day, informing and educating me on the possibilities of what could be going on at our home and ultimately walking us through how to confirm if there is a leak and where the leak may be coming from without paying us a visit to our home and charging us. His kindness was beyond appreciated and helped us understand that thankfully our problem is not as bad as we suspected.     Altitude Leak Detection, Myself being a homeowner having a inground pool. For the past few months I have been doing all homeowner basic pool leak detection due to losing approximately a inch of water daily. During that time, thinking that i isolated the leaking to the pool light. A while back I decided to call in a Windsor based pool service company for changing out the entire pool light unit. After the pool light unit was replaced, the pool continued to leak. After all my frustration for trying to figure out the complex pool leak, my search for a leak detection company began. There are not many leak detection companys that will address a complex pool leak problem that are in the area. I came across Altitude Leak Detection then came in contact with Daniel. As a homeowner, Daniel and I discussed everything over the phone in complete detail what I have done to isolated the leak, Daniel gave me some instructions and put me on his schedule. When he arrived, We discussed the complex leak again in the same exact detail, this took over thirty minutes for the exact explanation at being charged $500.00 for the first two hours, then he got to work. He checked the entire pool system, then he started in on the complete pool light unit. With all the necessary equipment for doing a thorough leak detection job using a diving regulator system as well. The leak was complex, he discovered it by using dye that was pulling between the new light ring and the pool wall leaking out into the underground. What he didnt discover, there was another leak beyond the leak he found, that later i had to hire another company to come in for the repair. Through all this and having a leak detection company that does not do the repair also, like other companies do. If i were to do this all over again, i would hire a company that did both, leak detection, repair and guaranteed the job. Daniel does not guarantee his work, he has Tailgate Guarantee.The one leak he found, we discussed my repair options inwhich was to find a company that would take on the repair.

    I was having what I thought to be a clogged line on my inground swimming pool. Since its hard this time of year to get a pool professional to schedule me in ASAP I contacted Daniel to see if he could help. My water was turning greener by the day so this was most urgent for me. Daniel returned my call on the same day that I left him a voicemail. He explained that pools werent his specialty but he knew I was in need to get the job done right away. He agreed to take a look at it and put me on his schedule two days later. Daniel arrived on time. He ran several tests on my pool lines and explained his findings in great detail to me. He then said he would try to get my water flowing again. He was able to get the water flowing and advised me of the two problems Im having. He also recommended a pool tech that I contacted and I now have a service call set up. I couldnt be happier with the service, professionalism and Daniels willingness to help me on short notice. You cant go wrong with Daniel at Altitude Leak Detection.

    I got a water leak on the water main. Daniel came here and successfully founded out the location of the leak. The location is beneath the concrete which is quite hard to detect but Daniel has been very professional. Daniel also told me another problem, which is the water pressure. With Daniels information, I finally get the problems fixed. I highly recommend Daniel and Altitude Leak Detection.

    Danny is the nicest man to work with and he found our leak quickly so their was no extra charges, just his minimum show up charge. As well even though we couldn’t see the leak he guaranteed his findings and when we dug it up he was spot on witch saved us lots of money because it was a easy fix and we were able to fix it ourselves.

    Altitude Leak Detection was absolutely awesome! I had been dealing with a main line water leak for 6 months, having a really difficult time finding a leak detection company. The competitor company told me that they would be coming from Redding and charge $100 per hour travel time both ways. That would be $600 just for them to get to me. AND they have an office an hour away but refused to serve me from there because of franchise territory protections 🤬 I was so happy to finally connect with Danny. He came out within 48 hours of me contacting him and found the leak quickly and for the same amount that the other company was going to charge just to get here. If you have a leak, please don’t waste time and money any other company!

    I had a pool leak and I called ald Danny came out and was out there for about a hour and a half dove down in my pool. He discovered a leak by my pool skimmer. And I got the issue resolved. He was on time super courteous. My dog loved him. So it made it a lot easier to have him around my house. He saved me money discovering the issue and it was a easy fix.

    First, I could rate this higher I definitely would!! I had a leak in my main water line. I was lucky enough to get ahold of Danny late on Friday afternoon, he was willing to make time for me that day but with driving time, daylight and distance of possible leak area we made an appointment for 10 am ON SATURDAY, I’ll say that again, on Saturday!! I couldn’t even get a call back from several companies and this gentleman got me in with a quickness and on a weekend!!! How lucky was that! He actually showed up early and after talking for just a few minutes he got right to work. He found found the leak fast, which was not an easy task as my driveway alone is roughly 300 feet long but, it turns out the leak was actually under my porch, there was a lot of crawling in a very small area, (photo attached) also with a main gas line close by, but he still found it in no time at all with his experience, knowledge and state of the art equipment! In talking to him just in general conversation after he had found it while he was writing up his invoice he also gave me some advice on additional areas of my home/property.. This guy knows his stuff! He is very punctual, professional and very kind I couldn’t be any happier with his service I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. I should also include extremely affordable, definitely money well spent! I was surprised but ever so grateful that his service was well within my budget!Thank you Danny for all that you did! Leak is fixed and I am a a lot less stressed today!
