    We just went through a terrible storm Helene and the power went out. A tree fell on my power line and ripped the main breaker box and meter off the house a few days later the power was back on before I could get it fixed. I couldn’t get it fixed until the power company disconnected the power. After a week of worrying till it was disconnected I couldn’t get an electrician to come out quickly until I called Rise Electric. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate and they came back 2 days later and fixed it . They took care of the permit and everything. I now have power after going 2 weeks without power. They got the job done quickly and I am happy with it.

    Chris was called last minute on a Friday at the end of a water heater install to replace a wire with the potential to start a fire if left unchecked. Instead if leaving me with no power (or hot water) he fixed the problem by replacing the wire allowing my first hot shower in a week. I would highly recommend him and Rise Electric Service they care about the customer.

He had my electrical panel upgrade completed in one afternoon and I enjoyed meeting him, (and also the other tech named Chris!) McKinsey, who works in the office, was both pleasant and efficient.     This could not have been a better experience. Lee came out to give me a quote for the many repairs and upgrades I needed. Not only was he completely transparent with pricing, he also broke the quote down for me so I would have options on fixing what I could afford upfront. Tommy and William came out only 2 days later to tackle the job. They arrived first thing in the morning, right when they said they’d be here, and got to work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. When I ran into some unexpected issues with my well and had to call a plumber, they even helped out with that issue just to make sure I had everything I needed before they left. They kept in communication with me about what they were doing, and any unexpected issues that came up, and made sure they weren’t doing anything without first making sure I was on board. At the end of the day, my house is up to code, all the outlets that were not working are fixed, my light fixtures and bathroom exhaust fans are all installed beautifully, and every other project I had for them has been completed. I will absolutely be using them again for any other future electrical needs and recommending them to everyone I know. Truly, from start to finish, this has been an amazing experience. They are all great guys, and did a tremendous job. 10 stars.

Although, David had to wait in line for the ditch digging equipment, he installed a power supply line from my home to my outside shop installing all of the electrical equipment with attention to detail and neatness. Rise is my go-to electricians.

    Tommy V and David from Rise Electric were completely on their game! It was not an easy diagnosis considering the wiring job that was not done by them but someone else in 2001 BUT we were able to get the power back to everything that was needing repair! HIGHLY Recommended!!!

    This company is great at communicating with their customers. They anwered my many questions before we even started the project.
