    My family has gone to Hartz for decades… love ‘em… I especially appreciate that they always punch our copies with the numbers from the original… even when we forget to ask for it. They have also been good at identifying lock solutions for complex doors and scenarios. Great service.

    OK, Ive had the car for ten yrs so I probably should know better but when I came out to the car with groceries the trunk lock was half turned and would not open. I tried various ways to open it but to no avail. I dropped by Hartz and within a minute (seriously) the very polite man opened the trunk AT NO CHARGE. Ive done business with Hartz before and Ive always been pleased. HAPPY 100TH!

    I am from MN And had locked my keys in my truck. I called Hartz and he was there within four minutes, unlocked my truck and it didn’t cost me a penny! Thumbs up to this gentleman as I have never locked my keys in my truck before and he was wonderful and unlocked it for me and this was all done on a Sunday when Hartz was closed but I called the after hours number and he was right there! thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart you are a wonderful person!

    These guys know their stuff. Never get a bad key made unlike other places where making keys is a part of their added income. Super friendly owners and staff who make you feel like family.

    Place was efficient and staff friendly. Pretty easy to work with. Would not use a key I had already purchased. Would only use their keys. That way they can charge you more for the key they sell you.

They are the lock experts.I can remember they even had a bicycle Repair and sales. I bought a 10speed fugi road bike . Need a lock smith this is whereThe experts are. Awesome business.
