    We just finished a home with Carroll Construction and could not be happier! After a previously challenging build with another builder, we were a bit gun shy about starting the process again. It was also going to be a remote build which added to the anxiety since we wouldn’t be up there on a regular basis. All of those fears and anxiety were put to rest instantly. Robert’s attention to detail and clear communications kept us informed on everything, and he handled the few issues that came up without any worry on our part. Tracy was the most intuitive designer I’ve worked with in any capacity and finished our home perfectly, and Bethanie was the most meticulous forewoman who kept everyone in line and made sure we were always kept apprised of what was going on at the site with texts and pictures. She was also a fantastic animal wrangler! The team became much more than our builders; they became our friends. As I told them, we would do this all over again because the process was so easy, timely and stress free. That is saying it all for us. A client couldn’t ask for better!

    In 2023 we began the search for a custom home builder, to build our forever home. This process was overwhelming because, let’s be honest, you have to be careful when choosing the right contractor. We almost made the wrong choice, but so thankful God led us to Carroll Construction! Our initial conversation with the owner, Robert Carroll, gave us the clear direction that we needed when choosing the right company. I knew this was the home builder we could trust with our build. Trust is the most important attribute a contractor can hold. The open communication, organization, the willingness to truly listen to our wants and needs, is exactly what the entire team at Carroll Construction gave to our family. The team, as a whole, is detailed-oriented and willing to go above and beyond the “standard” expectations. The entire process is arranged to ensure the customer is “in the know” through the entire build, and to make certain there are no surprises along the way. From the initial consultation, through the interior home design process, to the final signing of the contract to begin construction, I felt at ease and assured our forever home would turn out exactly as planned. Carroll Construction not only met our expectations but surpassed what we imagined! Our beautifully new constructed home is complete and we are beyond thankful for the entire team, at Carroll Construction, for making this experience flawless and stress-free. Well, I never felt in stress whatsoever! They are top notch, professionally and personally. They literally walked us through every stage and always left us feeling confident that they had everything under control.     I am blessed to have the opportunity to write a review for Carroll Construction. This is the most outstanding, dedicated, professional, family friendly God loving, company (and team) I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Building a home can be a daunting experience and building it alone was not something I thought I would ever take on. The Carroll Construction team from day one limited the anxious feelings. Moving through the pre-building experience was worth its weight in gold. As I worked with the team through various iterations of my build, we got it just as I needed - plus some!! I knew exactly what I was building and just as importantly, what I was spending before they even broke ground! I was made to feel a part of their team as they listened, guided and provided exceptional expertise in a multitude of areas. As the build started I was provided a calendar and knew each day who was on site and what was being worked on. I could not have made a better decision than to work with this team.     Carroll Construction built our custom dream home! From start to finish, the process was amazing. The team was committed to building our home within our budget, while also maintaining the highest quality of work. My husband appreciated the fixed price as well as the transparency and the openness/availability of the construction team. I was pleased with the design services which included personal assistance with design ideas to make my home perfect for me. We were provided with guidance and options throughout every selection. This helped keep us in budget while also ensuring our design ideas were respected. The CoConstruct app was another perk of using Carrol Construction. The process details, financials, selections and schedules were updated continuously on the app and communication with the construction team was superb. They treated us like family before, during and after the home building process. Highly recommend!

    The Carroll family worked hard to make our dream home a reality. Building any home can be an overwhelming experience, but particularly when it is your Forever Home. The approach this family takes toward building homes truly simplifies the entire process. Weve been in our home for a few months now & absolutely love everything about it. Im not sure it would ever have happened without their process. From the beginning Robert held our hands through the early stages of planning & development by following up and guiding us through uncharted waters. He helped us put on paper what we had been dreaming and envisioning for 30 years. He helped lay out a budget based on what we dreamt about versus what was realistic. Then he walked us through the logistics from working with the architect to the permit offices. Mrs. Tracy was a true God send during the design phase. She knew our budget and worked closely with each vendor to pre-pick items based on our budget and our aesthetic. We never felt overwhelmed or stressed during this phase which we had been told would be the worst. Quite to the contrary, it was fun & easy. We didnt have to look at 1000 light fixtures because she & the vendor had already done the work to narrow it down to what we could afford in our decorating style. As with any undertaking of this size there were bumps in the road, but we can honestly say that Carroll Construction truly had our happiness and satisfaction at the heart of everything they did. We believe that this family and this company worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality and we will be forever grateful for their efforts.

    The Carrolls made building a house so simple. One of the easiest projects we have ever competed. They are excellent in communication. I loved having a website that confirmed our verbal choices. They shared great ideas and made our dream happen. A member was constantly at the site overseeing the contractors. Can’t say enough good things about them!

    Wonderful family owned residential home builder in Louisiana! Very easy process using the online project management tool. Phone calls between builder and client are reduced using this email/text based system.We have been in our home for more than two years now with NO complaints. Was so easy to us that we could build another one with Carroll Construction. Very pleased and would HIGHLY recommend Carroll Construction!

    Professional and treat you like family! No detail will be missed and they will make sure everything is done to your specifications. You will not be in the dark about anything during the process. Truly a great family and you will be in good hands. Carroll Construction remodeled my house after the flood of 2016. It was a very stressful time and my house getting back together correctly was the only thing I didnt have to worry about. I couldnt recommend them enough!!     I have to take a moment to express my appreciation and gratitude to Robert, Tracy and Edward Carroll for their fantastic work on our remodel. It is BEAUTIFUL! They worked in every room of our home (in addition to complete kitchen and master bath updates, they replaced all of our windows, all six sets of French doors and all of the interior doors; so they truly were in every single room of our house), and were able to blend old and new together perfectly. Robert kept us on budget, Tracy helped with all of the selections and Edward was on site making sure the job was on time and the work performed properly. Thanks again, guys. You are the best at what you do!!!

    It’s no small decision to build a custom home, let alone to choose the right builder to do so. When we chose Carroll Construction we knew we were going to receive integrity in communication and quality, but they exceeded that expectation. Despite all the ups and downs of the current construction market, high costs, product delays, etc. Carroll Construction was made to handle all these curveballs with ease. I feel if we were with any other builder, there would have been stress, chaos, confusion, etc. but they knew exactly how to navigate these misfortunes and end with a successful product and happy client. We are also extremely pleased with the quality of craftsmanship; they went above and beyond to build expertly in every way.Above all else, there was always an open and continuous conversation between us and the building team. We cannot thank Carroll Construction enough for building our family home that will hold so many of our wonderful memories to come!

    Carroll Construction rebuilt our home after the 2016 Louisiana flood. They were able to staff the work at once and were also able to procure the needed building materials (when other contractors couldnt). Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and professionally. The on-line updates and documentation is an excellent tool for those that have a busy schedule. Tracy, Edward, and Robert were great help in recommending remodeling design and their experience was an invaluable benefit to the decision making process.
