    Willie and his team remodeled my entire apartment and I could not be happier with how it went! We did the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, ceilings, etc. Willie is always responsive and was willing to do whatever to make me comfortable along the way. I had no issues at all working with them and trusted him completely. He was great at striking the balance and including me in decisions that I needed to weigh in on but also making decisions without my input when it wasn’t needed. And the final product is outstanding! My home is gorgeous and the attention to detail shows through. I always felt like we were a team and that he had my best interest at heart. Can’t recommend Zack’s Home Improvement enough!

    Dealing with contractors can be a very difficult stress-full thing in life. Was referred to these guys by a friend. Came to my house for a full renovation estimate. Willie came spent quite some time with me, discussing every little thing room to room with ideas and designs. With me, having estimates from other contractors, I already knew this guy was something else. Was automatically happy with the ideas he gave me and price. After a few days and meetings with Willie. I gave them the green light to start with the work. They automatically applied for the permits and started right away. Work was done in 2 months with top notch designs and finishes. Me and Willie are now working on my office space. I highly recommend these guys and ready to vouch for them.

    We could not have been more pleased with Willie with Zack’s Homeimprovement with our master bathroom renovation. It all started with a large leak from the master shower into our office below , causing severe damage to the shower subfloor.Through a recommendation from a friend, I consulted Willie and his knowledge, design sense, and fair pricing won us over .Communication was always consistent and he always made sure he and his team were present when he said they would be . From demo to skilled workmanship , everything his team did was done with pride and it showed.The process was smooth and clean and his team always was respectful of our home . I will be hiring them again and absolutely recommend them.

    We have done two BIG projects in the past year with Zach’s Home Improvement. We have been extremely happy with the work done and have recommended Willy and his team to others. We’ve gotten two bathrooms, kitchen and various other projects done and they have exceeded our expectations. They came everyday, including Saturday and got the job done on time. We like perfection and it was easy working with his team. They always cleaned up every single day and that made life a little easier. Willy also helped us get materials at a lower cost, which helped us stay within our budget.

    Zacks Home Improvement is the best! They did a remodel of our basement. I cannot say enough about Willie and his team. From start to finish of our basement remodel, they did an awesome job. This was our first big renovation and we were a little nervous, but they made it so easy. Willie was so helpful and honest; happy to give his professional opinion, but encouraging us to do exactly what we wanted. I was also amazed at how efficiently they worked while paying close attention to detail in every aspect of this project. Willie made sure everything was absolutely perfect before closing the job. Everything was done professionally, on time and the basement looks stunning. The result is everything we hoped for. Thank you Will for making our basement so beautiful....I highly recommend them...call them for your next project...you will be so glad you did!

    We had Willie and his outstanding team replace our popcorn ceiling with a dropped ceiling + LED lights in our living room and 2 bedrooms. The job completed on time, within budget, and to our complete satisfaction. They moved furniture carefully and completed each room before moving on, and even moved the bed to and from the bedroom (their suggestion) so we didnt have to sleep on a futon.They arrived on time, never left before 5pm, and worked every day (didnt skip a day, except 4th of July). Another benefit was they worked clean and we had no cleanup when they left.We couldnt be happier with the job done. Our thanks to Willie, Martin, Juan Carlos, Henry, Damian, and Luis.

    Willie and his crew were fantastic. They were able to fix major issues in our bathroom, yet, paid close attention to every detail. They laid the marble tile in our shower flawlessly. Willie wanted to be very sure we were happy with everything, and when we didn’t love the first tile selection, he took it up and put down a different one at no additional cost to us. He is very friendly, reliable and does high quality work. I would definitely recommend him.

    Willie and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. They did a complete demolition and remodel of our kitchen, and we can not be happier with the end product. What we liked most about Willie was his opinions throughout the whole project. He helped me come up with the backsplash plan which we’re in love with. I had seen his other work, and that was why we had chosen him to do this project. They left the work area clean every night, and they came everyday. We would def recommend Zack’s home improvement to our friends going forward!

Their work is impeccable and they helped us every step of the way in making decisions on what would fit our budget as well as what would look best. Zack and Willy went above and beyond with answering all our questions and being on top of everything. In addition, they showed up on time daily and worked efficiently.     I recently hired Willie & his team to renovate my basement he did a spectacular job, he saved me a lot of money and was honest through the whole process. The Sheetrock/flooring/paint job looks absolutely amazing. Willie went out of his way with his craftminship and quality. This is my second job with this company, I highly reccomend hiring Zachs home improvement.

    Willie and his crew were professional, always on time and left everything neat and clean. They started with the remodel of our bathroom then they completed the spackling and painting of the rest of our second floor. Everything looks beautiful and we are extremely pleased. Very impressed that he returned after the job was completed when we had some questions. Recommend him highly.

    I hired Willy and his crew to remodel the bathroom and kitchen in my home. Bathrooms had to be gutted completely and re-done, it was a big project that I needed done on budget and on time. They were happy to work with me, answering all of my concerns and requests with utmost professionalism. The workers walked me through every step of the process as it was being done, delivering exactly what we discussed and what they promised me. I appreciate how neat they were about the entire job also, careful not to disrupt the rest of my home or leave me with a huge mess to clean up. My bathroom and kitchen look outstanding, I have all the best appliances and their tile and counter work are on point. My cabinets are customized and are probably my favorite feature in my home now. They did an exceptional job and I highly reccomend then 100%

    We hired Zacks Home Improvement company to renovate our basement that was damaged due to flooding. Willie and his crew did an outstanding job in planning the renovation and then proceeded to execute the plans . The work that Willie and his men did included electrical, plumbing, sheetrocking and they finished the work in a timely manner. He also did a magnificent job in leveling and tiling the floor. He came each and every day as promised even in inclement weather. He is a neat and clean worker and is a very polite and responsible man and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for any work that you need to be done.

    The guys at Zacks Home Improvement are great! I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that caused extensive damage and they quickly came to my rescue, finding and fixing the leak and beautify repairing all of the water damage. They worked quickly and the work done was top notch- I highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs.

    I would recommend Willie and crew for Kitchen renovation, they are definitely better than the rest of the lot! After a lot of the reservation and shopping around we went with Zacks, a few reasons - he is well versed with his skillset and knows how to get things done and has solutions to any road blocks you might face. They promised me a completion date and delivered! Budgeting - we went over then what was quoted but I guess that is normal with any construction company, as we are no experts pointing out every details. I would highly recommend taking a written contract of everything you are getting done with breakdown of price, overall satisfied with the work.

    Absolute professionals. They come to my home a fixed a broken window frame, holes in various walls, my trash can which was connected to my island and had a complicated pull-out mechanism, installed door stoppers where needed and just really did an amazing job. Their pricing was fair, the completed the job ahead of schedule and couldnt have been nicer.

    We asked Zacks to paint our whole 2BR condo - walls and ceilings, trim and molding, and sand and stain our windowsills. We chose Zacks because they do so much work in our building. (A couple of years ago they needed access to the plumbing in our bathroom ceiling for a reno upstairs. They left our ceiling in better shape than we started at no cost to us.) Finally, we wanted a few smart light switches as an afterthought. Perfect job on all counts. Were happy we chose Willie and his team. They did a beautiful, clean, accurate job. Well use them again for a bathroom reno in a couple of years, without question.

    This is the second time we had Willie and his team renovate for us. We wouldnt have used him twice if he werent really good! The guys are honest, they work hard, do a fantastic job and really aim to please. They do their best to keep costs low and offer competitive pricing. They are super professional, and they leave you with a clean tidy place every night! Willie has now renovated four bathrooms total for us, we couldnt be happier.     Overall pleased with Willy and his crew. I had them do a significant amount of work for me over the past 18 months. The work included the complete demolition and rebuild of 2 bathrooms, removal of kitchen floor - new ceramic flooring and backsplash in kitchen and removal and installation of new hardwood flooring throughout my apartment. They were courteous, clean and very easy to work with.

    Extremely happy with their work! I am sure that everyone has experienced one bad contractor in the past. in my experience i was a bit skeptical at first. However, I gave them a chance to renovate an entire floor and bathroom in march 2016.1. the work was a little faster than i am used to2. the detail in the work was incredible3. they completed in the time frame listed on the contract4. What took it over the top was the service. Willy picked up the phone every time i called. I had a small issue not related to the scope of work and he came to my house early in the morning to fix it.Needless to say i love to showcase my house and especially my new bathroom.I have contracted (Zacks) willy and his workers to renovate another floor this month. I will keep you posted on how it goes.Highly recommend them!
