    The most professional company Ive used for my Air Conditioning. They follow up with calls, respond promptly and efficiently. If they informed they had to come back at a certain time, they did it. They even went up and beyond and keeping us cool and saving our life and when it was a Friday evening at the end of the day when we were desperate for service they were their for us and even Saturday early morning, on the weekend. That is true Southern Hospitality. They made us a priority and showed us what it means to have integrity and put us ahead of their own personal lives and plans. Price is reasonable and the team was very accommodating and professional. They are experts from the beginningto the end. The office staff was so amazing in follow up and the way to the team in the field was so professional. Thank you.

    So far the most professional company Ive used for my AC. They follow up with calls, respond promptly and efficiently. If they informed they had to come back at a certain time, they did it. Price is reasonable and the team was very accommodating and respectful of my time and house rules and Client. Sylvia in the office and James in the field were superb. I wish all service companies would have this level of commitment.

    We had them replace our system in our house about 2 yrs ago. They scheduled the installation as soon as they got the system in. The guys were very nice, made a little mess when bringing down the handler from the attic and offered to clean it (I told them I’ll get it just a little water). They let me know that it would take some time for the coolant to fill and they were going to go eat. Came back and informed me it was ready, took the old unit with them, and cleaned up the mess outside from the old unit (couldn’t tell they were there). They have also done the annual maintenance and those two guys were also very polite and let me know everything was good to go. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I wish that I could give more than 5 stars because they deserver it. James quoted a price for a new AC and the rate was the lowest one, they had it installed with in a week after he came out. ALL of his employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend TAYLOR ELECTRIC for all of your electrical needs. They are prompt and James only hires the best electricians, he will not hire someone just to hire them. So recommend them to everyone!!!!!

    Very honest and fast service. I was expecting to get nailed and for the price of just the service call they fixed my central A/C I was totally blown away by the good news when I was expecting the worst. Once again honest people I will never call any body else again.
