    I called early on a Saturday because water was leaking through my second story ceiling into my living room. They called back quick, and Rusty even took the time and patience to explain to me how to shut off the water, until they could come out. I really appreciate this, as my husband was not home and I have a toddler at home and am currently 8 months pregnant. They were very professional, honest, explained everything step by step and exactly what I could expect. They worked hard and fixed the leak. Rusty & Mark, I really appreciate everything and for coming out so quickly on a Saturday morning.

    I had a crew from Ken Neyer at my 2 family home for a complete plumbing stack tear out and replacement with also on new water lines and drain lines installed. Phil and his crew did a great job , they were pleasant to work with and very professional . They knew what to do without any doubt and also give me suggestions on how I would handle the finish work . I also contacted Phil after job for a question I had and he was very helpful and courteous I will highly recommend these guys for and plumbing job .

    August and Noah did a phenomenal job…diagnosing a drainage problem, fixing the problem, addressing potential preventative measures to avoid a repeat. We had a different plumber out a month ago for the same problem…which they did not properly diagnose or fix. I recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing, August and Noah very highly.

    Just had a great experience with Rusty Goins and Autumn (didnt catch last name). One of my young ones flushed a toy, causing a clogged toilet. I left an email on the website in the evening, and received a prompt call in the morning. Rusty and Autumn arrived earlier than the estimated schedule, which was great. They went over the cost and potential issues they might run into. Thankfully, the problem was resolved within minutes. Rusty was even kind enough to answer my additional questions to educate me on plumbing.Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

    I called Ken Neyer on Monday due to a clear water backup from draining the washer. A neighbor recommended Ken Neyer and mentioned to request Rusty G. He came out the following day. Rusty did not disappoint, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Rusty diagnosed the issue swiftly as a broken sewer pipe with a scope and recommended several options to correct the issue.

    It is rare to find a service person who will take the time to explain things to you. Rusty was that rare person. Understanding what’s wrong is just as important as having somebody fix something you don’t understand. I will not use any Other plumbers in the future!

    We reached out to have clogged pipe looked at, Rusty and Noah were our technicians and they were amazing! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.     What a great company Ken Neyer Plumbing is! From the first phone call, to the jobs being completed everyone was very nice and helpful! Ron was my plumber, showed up on time, explained everything to me and the prices are very reasonable as well. Cleaned up everything and now I have a new faucet and hot water heater.     Had the most wonderful experience with Ken Neyer Plumbing. What started as just a clogged drain in the tub, turned into them finding out that our plumbing was installed completely wrong, and needed to be fixed to prevent back ups.Rusty was the plumber I worked with most often, but the whole team was incredible. Everyone communicated with me every step of the way, and everyone was nothing but honest and fair. I was informed with everything that was going on, and I was shown videos of the issues, and I often stood by the plumbers as they showed me in person what they had done and explained how everything worked to me. I was shown before and after videos of the work as well.They were completely transparent, polite, and helpful. I truly felt they cared about me as a person, and not just a paycheck. I will always recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing, especially Rusty.

He was well versed and very knowledgeable in all plumbing areas answering any questions we had and even helped us figure out the best way to go about the problem that we had.     Last year they helped me when my combo sewer line was blocked by tree roots and my basement was flooded. The same guy, Rusty Goins, came out recently to do an inspection of the same pipe to make sure I wasn’t at risk of getting backed up again.He showed me exactly what was going on. Plus, not only did he give me a recommendation on what product works best to deal with the roots and how they’re growing into my pipe, but he gave me a tutorial on how to use it.These folks are great and I highly recommend them!

    5 star from the first phone call. They answered there phone and was pleasant to book appointment with. She asked details to make sure they were sending fhe crew for our needs. And just a couple days later due to my schedule I had Rusty and Chris at my home for locating of plumbing in my slab.     I have had great experiences with Dale in the past at Ken Neyer Plumbing. This time, I got to work with Mark, Deymien, Rusty and Austin on a major plumbing issue. Every person, from the plumbers to apprentices to the office staff, goes above and beyond. It can be hard (and intimidating TBH, especially for a woman) to find a kind, professional, and trusted contractor. Rusty took his time explaining the issues, offering multiple options on repair in consideration of our immediate needs, long term needs, and financial situation. He and his team SHOWED us what was going on and what they were doing to repair and replace with state-of-the-art cameras and tools, and even let my curious kids watch and learn some things. Austin got right down to business on a major project - with professionalism and efficiency. The invoices, scheduling, and other front office stuff was always accurate and on-time. I also found out in talking to the guys, that Ken Neyer partners with a lot of apprenticeship programs and I think thats awesome - trades are becoming a lost art, and there arent enough in the industry as is. Its so cool they are doing their part to not only train up the next generation of plumbers as technical experts, but also with excellent customer care. I cant say enough good things. I am a little worried with all these good reviews, they will get so busy they will be hard to schedule with, haha, but I cant not share my great experience.

    With last weeks storms we had to have our garage drains snaked out, Roto Rooter responded quickly and reported drains clear but with more storms on the way we found our garage and basement flooded, Roto Rooter came out and again snaked and put a camera down our drain. They reported we emergently needed to tear up our basement and replace our lines. Luckily decided to get a second opinion from Ken Neyer Plumbing. Rusty Goins came from Ken Neyer and was very professional! Cleaned out the drain and asked me to come and visualize the drain with him explaining everything we saw along the away and sending me the recorded film. We did not need to have our pipes replaced ( at least not emergently, maybe in the future). Rusty showed me how to cap off our drain and gave me options for the future. Top Notch!     My toilet was leaking from the bottom, I called ken Meyer plumbing. Surprisingly they were able to come the next day. My service person was Jay Byrd. He was polite knowledgeable and good person. He explained everything step by step answering questions I had along the way. Great guy would recommend to anyone looking for an honest responsible person.

    Rusty came out very quickly and ran a camera through my main sewer drain. We had a huge tree in our yard previously and the roots had gotten into our system .It was pretty bad. We had just paid Roter Rooter over. $400 and they had to come back again the next day. And it still wasn’t cleaned out! Rusty came back the next day and did the hydro cleaning and was able to clear out massive roots all the way to the.main sewer line. He and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable. He told us what we need to do for maintenance. I felt Rusty was being honest with us and did not try to use scare pressure to get us to buy more serious services. I will definitely use Neyer again and be happy to refer them to my friends and family.

Rustys knowledge and experience helped us understand and prioritize what needed to be done to proactively maintain the lines and keep them viable for the future. Intrusive tree roots were skillfully removed and the next steps of descaling and resealing (if needed) were professionally and clearly explained. Ken Neyer Plumbing provides great service!

    Rusty Goins and Austin Deffinger. These are the names of my personal heroes. I had 2 other companies come out and spend 3-4 hours EACH on an active blockage that charged FAR more than Ken Neyer Plumbing did, and FAILED to clear the blockage. I had asked them to come out to get an estimate on what I thought would be a far bigger job a week or so out before I could use my own facilities. They cleared my pipes within a half hour, AND got the information needed for the quote for the bigger service. Absolutely amazing guys, I was almost crying tears of joy. These guys are the pinnacle of profession, the capstone of courteous, the premium plumbers, and the best of the best. If you need plumbing done, call Ken Neyer. If you want the best, ask for Rusty and Austin.

    I had a blockage in my sewer main, so at the recommendation of a friend, I called Ken Neyer Plumbing. The receptionist I spoke to was kind and courteous and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning. Jay and Rusty were here on time Monday morning and were ready to work. They ran a camera into the main and it was determined that hydro jetting was in order to clear the stoppage. They were very professional and informative and explained each step of the process. They cleared the main quickly and were diligent about leaving the area where they worked the way it was when they arrived. The price was very reasonable and it was an overall good experience. I hope I dont have to call a plumber again any time soon, but if I do, itll definitely be Ken Neyer Plumbing. Highly recommended.

    Rusty Goins was all around the best guy for this job. He explained everything so well and was logical and up front. He used plumbing language as well as simple language so I could understand effectively. I was blown away by his speed and how thorough he was. Also I loved how he was teaching his apprentice without taking away time or thoroughness. I really wish there were more Rusty’s in the trades showing up and coming plumbers electricians carpenters brick layers how to do there job honestly and thorough without cutting corners or making excuses.     We had a big leak in an outdoor pipe and not only was Neyer able to come out the day after I received the estimate (which I found to be incredible!), but the team was super professional and friendly. They took care to clean up afterwards and did a really nice job of protecting my landscaping. They had to dig a hole about 6-7 feet deep, so that was not easy! I would recommend Neyer plumbing, especially Wayne and his co-workers, to anyone for great service and quality work.

    We had Ken Neyer out for a second opinion on a collapsed and broken sewer line. Hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a service company.Ive had 6 companies out to look at this issue and to provide quotations. Many of those companies send salesmen/women to your home, some of whom didnt even take the time to do an independent evaluation of the problem. On the other hand, Rusty and Renee took a personal interest. Rusty took it as a challenge to manipulate his camera past the collapsed section of sewer line to help us get a full picture of what was going on.Also, while we were already planning on pipe bursting, Rusty presented an alternate approach to excavation which saved us from excavating our front patio and sidewalk (which would have been a real mess).They were also friendly, clean, and talked/walked us through the entire scope, providing a narrated video uploaded directly to my phone to help deal with insurance.If you call Ken Neyer out to your home, you will definitely not be disappointed if Rusty and/or Renee show up to your door; I would even recommend asking for them specifically.

Rusty was the drain specialist who came out to inspect and I was so impressed with his level of professionalism and knowledge.     My water heater started leaking the day before Thanksgiving. I was able to get someone in on Friday morning when others wouldnt answer or would take until the following week. I cant remember who took the call (maybe Laura), she was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and worked to get someone there as soon as they could. Dale, who came to replace my heater, was FANTASTIC! He answered every question I had and was so super friendly. He informed me of every step he took and why he was taking it, talked to me about options, and made me feel comfortable with everything he did. Dale said they would take care of me and I couldnt have felt more at ease. There was another gentleman that came to help (cant remember his name, maybe Ron?) and he was just as nice. So professional! The price may be higher, but if you are looking for a reliable, friendly, knowledgeable crew, Ken Neyer is the way to go! If I have any other plumbing needs they will be the first company I call.

    After a sewer backup in my basement Ken Neyer Plumbing was recommended. Called and Rusty Goins showed up at my house within an hour. After a visual inspection of the drainage pipe he recommended a jettison cleaning which I agreed.     Rusty Goins at Neyer Plumbing is amazing! On Sunday night, we dropped a tin of lip balm down the toilet drain and on Monday morning Neyer helped us. Im so grateful they sent Rusty. He was friendly, warm, professional, and honest and he showed up wearing his mask! He clearly explained all the different approaches we could take and the variables and cost involved. We decided to go for removing the toilet to try to retrieve the tin, but Rusty was so skillful with the wet vac that we didnt have to move a thing! Within a couple of hours Rusty arrived with all the right tools and found roots and other debris in the line.     My plumber Jason was awesome. Yes he showed up on time and was very respectful of our house. I would expect those things from a plumber with the reputation that neyer has.What set Jason apart in my mind was that he was very patient and took his time and explained to me everything that was going on, step by step then gave me options. Its just what I needed to hear. We were stressed because of this issue but in the end having someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and just a good guy made a difficult situation more manageable.

    I called at 9am because I had no hot water, and was told a service person would be out the next day between 8-9am. Due to a cancellation, I had a repairman out not even 45 minutes from my initial call.     Called Neyer to replace broken drain pipe in yard. The guys that did the work were awesome...quick, clean and professional. Sales had promised gravel backfill but excavators knew nothing about it...not a biggie but 4*/5* for miscommunication. Overall, very happy and would highly recommend.     I will definitely use this company again. I called at 7am they had me on the schedule for 12 to 2, but they got their previous job done early and asked if coming out sooner would be fine. By 9am they were here, they were able to diagnose the issue, explain everything well to me, and came back a little later with the water jet to clean out my line. Very cool tech, and I was able to see the pipes before and after on the camera! Price was reasonable, service was great, technician was great!

Yesterday, Rusty Goins, Drain Specialist came out to address drainage issues. He not only found and fixed the issue but fully explained the cause and provided a long term solution.     We had a root obstruction at our house that had to be taken care of pretty much immediately. After calling four places that were too busy, I finally (and luckily) got ahold of Neyer. They were able to come out right away.     Christmas week my wife hit our gas meter and air conditioner with her car. (foot slipped off the brake) trying to find a plumber was almost impossible as most were responding to broken and frozen pipes it was the week the temps. dropped to -2 degrees. I explained that I had to have the pipe between the gas meter and the house replaced.I explained that it was an emergency as I had NO heat and no hot water. To make a long story short they sent out Mark who fixed the problem and installed a new water heater.     We had been experiencing a loss of water pressure if we ever tried to do two things at once (such as flush a toilet and turn on a faucet). When we tested our pressure everything seemed normal. Other plumbing companies said that this was normal. Ken Neyer Plumbing was able to fit us in within 48 hours of me calling them.     I had the unfortunate experience of a backed-up sewer line that caused significant damage to my finished basement. I was determined to avoid a repeat of that ugly episode and explored several options to have the sewer line permanently cleared of tree roots. I couldnt bear the idea of digging a trench in my front yard, possibly losing a beautiful tree and waiting months or years for the dirt to settle and grass to grow as though it never happened!I was convinced that trench-less re-lining was the right solution and considered several potential plumbers before selecting Neyer. I had a good vibe during the exploration and made my choice with confidence.I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of the work. The attitude and professionalism of the crew was outstanding!     Rusty was very educational in his explaining that we had 2 issues going on with 2 different stops in the same line. In clearing one of the stops he ended getting completely covered in muck. Better Rusty than me. Together we ended up determining a path forward to remove the other blockage in the line which ultimately was going to have to replace a tee in the basement which I knew all along was a restriction to flow. The solution was to replace with a 90 and use a fernco. The blockage was at least 25 years of hair built up. Once the tee was removed access to clear the line was easy. Now the line has 2 ferncos couplers for if and when there is another blockage access to remove it will be easier and now drain flow is less restrictive. The cost was high as is normal plumbing costs. It still puzzles me a plumber per hr labor is more than an engineer, which I am. Spite the cost, the work was professional and Rusty was amazing. He did an excellent job and I learned so much that I may be able to clear a blockage myself next time. I almost had this one figured out but lacked the tools which Rusty had to do the job right. I will use Ken Neyer plumbing again as I have in the past. They have taken care of 2 to emergencies for me now. Their response time was great. I know Ken and he runs a good business. I will ask for Rusty if we have another emergency in the future. I suggest you do the same as he will make sure your job is done and to your satisfaction.

    I have learned to really trust Neyer Plumbing. I couldnt be happier with their work. If they say something is needed, it is needed. They have recently completed a difficult plumbing job in my older house (on 8/20) and I would recommend them to everyone.That said, I have been reading the reviews on this page and saw one in particular about how someone had a sewer line issue and how the big companies prey on customers who lack the knowledge of things like this. I already made an appointment with Neyer to take care of a sewer line issue I am having. They will be here Friday 8/23/19.     Honest and reasonable! A true rarity these days. We had major plumbing/sewer issues. Most of the big companies prey on home owners fears and lack of knowledge in these situations.     Rusty Goins is a master of his trade. Although he is a drain expert, he coordinated every aspect of the service and installation Neyer Plumbing performed at an increasingly problematic new-purchase (older) home for me. It started with a clogged drain and quickly spiraled into hydro-scrubbing and de-scaling of a poorly kept and even worse constructed maze of cast iron plumbing, multiple shower valve replacements, flooring tear-out, and pipe bursting of the main drain. His excavators and liner installers , Kevin and Dan, did an excellent job of leaving the yard just the way it was before the install. Wayne did a nice job of patching the concrete once the interior plumbing was complete in the basement floor, and Jay was a tremendous help with the Hydro-scrubbing and de-scaling process of the cast iron once the main drain was replaced. Although I wasnt happy to discover what the former owners left me with in the sale, Im very pleased with the work Neyer Plumbing performed and happy to know the repairs and replacements will last for a long time to come...

My wife first called Home Depot to get a water heat and thought she had a fair quote and was going to get fast service but that turned out false. They delayed the install and tried to jack up the price $200. So I called Ken Neyer Plumbing and with in 2 hours had a service tech out to my house and 3 hours later my water heater was fully installed. They stuck to their quote (which was better then fair) and got the job done fast. The service tech Ron was very professional and did a great job.     Rusty Goins and Jay came in and unclogged my sewer line from my basement to the street. I sat there with them as they showed me the video of where my drain line was obstructed -what was obstructing it. They showed me all the different types of sewer line from concrete to clay to iron so it was an informational day I learned a lot and I was given some good options. My cost was not as high as it was expected because of what they didn’t have to do which was a relief.     The bad news, sewage line broken. This is going to be expensive! Five plumbing contractors visited and bid the job. One tried to freak me out telling me I had a sink hole forming under my porch. I send Doug Campbell a video of the pipe, and a few photos of the basement and yard. He proposed the pipe bursting technique to save me from tearing out my porch and sidewalk, and provided the lowest bid. Austin, Chris and Kevin came out and knocked out the work in a couple of hours. These guys saved me thousands and did great work.

    I had a sub pump fail and when the tech came out. He gave me a couple of options. One option was they would sell me the pump and install it for $500 or if I would provide my own pump they would do the install for $200. I opted to buy my own pump from a local hardware store for $150 they did the install for $200 which of course saved me $150. So their honesty and giving me different options has cemented a very positive reputation for me. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. As a side note the reason for the cost difference for the pump for buying it from them vs myself is if I bought it from them it comes with additional guarantees and if you want that piece of mind it might be worth it to you to buy it directly from them.

    I wanted to replace a 20-year-old propane water heater with a new electric unit. I had researched water heaters extensively and knew exactly what I wanted, and Neyer was more than happy to install that heater at a fair price. (Another reputable plumber had tried to push me toward a different water heater by telling me inaccurate specifications about the unit I wanted.) Everyone I interacted with at Neyer was genuinely courteous and professional.The installation went perfectly even though their workspace was cramped and dark. They had to do some extra work rerouting the supply line for the bigger electric tank, but didnt charge extra for it. They even spray-tested the propane line for leaks after capping it off. The new heater looks great, all the connections are clean, and everything is dry. The installer (Ron) walked me through what he did and answered my questions, and now I have evenly heated water when I want it.Ill note that Im a pretty serious DIYer: Ive rebuilt cars from the ground up, refurbished homes from the roof down, done a lot of plumbing, and in fact ran the wiring and breaker for the new electric tank — the point is that even though I didnt install the water heater myself, I recognize quality workmanship and appreciate people and companies who take pride in their work. Ill also note that this was the first time I hired Neyer Plumbing, and Im in no way connected to their business other than as a new customer — it was a great experience from start to finish.
