    I hired Tim to replace my soffit and he did excellent work! He is also very knowledgeable about the building code and very detailed in his work. I hired him to paint my house as well and I love it! Ill highly recommend him to friends and family!

    Went to France for an extended period (6 months), got a call from our kind neighbor who told me that the roof leaked through the gulley where the angle of the roof changed. I have a concrete tile roof, 50 years old! Being 3500 miles away I contacted my good friend Mr. Google who gave me a list of roofers in the Orlando area. Called several, they were either too busy, not interested or too expensive.Then I called Timothy, explained my problem, he came to the house, my neighbor let him in, we agreed on the price for the MAJOR repair. When I came back home, the roof was repaired. Perfect! Timothy came by later to assure my satisfaction, had a nice talk and left. Good work and a very pleasant contact.

    Highly recommend. Timothy worked me in his schedule to assess my roof the same day I called him, shortly after hurricane Ian. He is knowledgeable and honest. Could have told me I needed repairs but instead, his assessment was one-off damage due to the excessive rain hitting a vent on the roof. Hopefully, I will not need his services at this time, but I will absolutely contact him in the future.Roof issues can leave homeowners exposed and with troublesome homeowner insurance these days it is a pleasant surprise to encounter such a trustworthy person.

    I Need it a reputable company to do my roof.After doing some research i Made a call to Timothy Parks construction Inc. Tim was here in no time. Within few days started putting the new roof in.     If I could give 6 stars I would. Following a report of a roof leak in one of our rental homes, I needed to find a roofer and quickly. My usual contractors were either unavailable or not answering the phone. One phone call to Tim and within an hour Guy was at the house. The problem was not immediately apparent but Guy stuck with it, managed to find the issue and fixed it. Awesome service!! These will be my go to guys from now on. Thank you so much.

    I contacted Tim when 4 other roofers could not fix the issue. When he spoke to me about it he was confident that he could take care of it. Jennifer the office manager was great too. She assured me if I found any issue with the job they would remedy it to my satisfaction and it is warrantied too. I did a test with a water hose and no leaks noticed. Tim told me to be sure to check after a big rain just in case but I doubt that it will leak now. I highly recommend this company.
