    Very happy that we received. They came the same day I called to find the problem. They returned 2 days later to fix the problem and install a new hot water heater. They were very friendly and left the basement clean. I am very pleased with the work they did. I highly recommend them.

    Bommer Plumbings technician Trebor was the absolute the best plumber that has done work at my home. In the past year, I have dealt with 4 plumbers from different companies, but Bommer & Trebor outshined them all. Trebor installed a powerful flush new toilet upstairs, and did minor work on my downstairs toilet. He was quick and efficient. Ask for Trebor, you wont be disappointed!

    I cant say enough good things about this company and its staff. I called Bommer Plumbing after discovering a leak in some 100-year old cast iron pipes in my home. I expected the possibility that someone might be able to come out the next day, or if I was really lucky later in the same day. After speaking to the very polite and professional receptionist who answered my call, I discovered that it would be likely that someone would be out within a couple of hours. I was happy with that...but to my surprise, Keith was pulling up at my home less than 30 minutes after my call! Ive never experienced such quick response. Keith was well prepared with a mask (due to the current state of our world) and booties as well and was able to provide a (very fairly priced) estimate for repair within minutes. Once given the go-ahead to make the repair, I again expected that perhaps they would be able to get to my job sometime this week. Again, I was pleasantly surprised - they were able to schedule my work for the next day! The next morning, Keith and another gentlemen (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) were right on time and made quick work of replacing a large quantity of cast iron pipes with new PVC. The photos attached to this review dont really give the amount of work justice as theres a whole length of pipe that isnt photographed that was replaced. They finished well ahead of when I expected, and the work looks GREAT. My toilets and sinks have never drained this well in the 7+ years Ive owned this home. And, they cleaned up beyond what I would have expected. Not a scrap of old cast iron pipe or a shard of PVC was left lying anywhere, and youd have never known this significant work was done in the area if you didnt look at and see the brand new PVC pipes installed in position. In conclusion, I cant say enough good things about Bommer Plumbing in general, and Keith is most definitely awesome. Im happy to say that I will be using Bommer for all of my future plumbing needs.

    I cannot provide to you a higher level of recommendation for this company. Wayne and the rest of his team went the extra mile with my bathroom renovation project. If there was something encountered that needed to change the scope, Wayne was there and coming up with a new plan with the right level of supervision. I found Bommer on Angies List, and selected them based on their A reviews... so happy I did!

    I found Bommer Plumbing on Yelp!. Four companies came up and Bommer responded immediately. I spoke to Alexis who was very helpful. The plumber, Zack arrived right on time and diagnosed the trouble immediately. The fix required another trip, which when I set up was completed in a timely fashion. I was pleased with the service and will use Bommer for all my plumbing needs.

    I happened to have relocated newly to South jersey from another state. When I had this plumbing issue this plumbing issue, I called a number of companies. I was not satisfied with some of their timings and cost . I waited a whole day for one company who came in after 8pm and charged me over 1000 dollars to unclog toilet . I thought it waz impossible to get the job done until I called Bommer . With this company , I received prompt attention at a very low price compared to the other companys estimate.

    When I set up the appointment, I knew I called the right place. They kept me updated on the plumbers arrival, and to my pleasant surprise, sent a text introducing me to the person coming to my house. Jim was amazing.     On a pouring rainy day,. Christine went absolutely above and beyond to provide superior customer service. She was so kind and professional answering every question I had, and we typically get 3 quotes before deciding on professional services. However after our conversation there was no need to look any further. In an emergency they were able to send Tom ahead of the estimated time and he did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! the man was very good at listening to my concerns and handled the issue in no time while outside in the middle of a downpour and gave zero runaround.     I called Bommer plumbing office early Monday morning after there weekend technician failed to call back on the Saturday before. The problem was urgent because a sewer pipe was leaking in a crawl space.On Monday their technician arrived within 30 minutes of the 2nd call It took him less than 3 hours including time to pick up a 10’ section of 3” iron pipe, and replace it using two rubber clamps. Considering his transit time there were less than 4 hours total time involved.Allowing $150/hr for technical and $100 to $200 for parts, the charge should have been less than $800. But it wasn’t.Bommer’s Plumbing charge was $2,161.54.Draw your own conclusions.

    After 34 years of living at my present location I developed a settlement crack in my sewer line. I called Bommer Plumbing because of the excellent work they have done in my home in the past. An appointment was made and a technician came out to assess my situation. They gave me an estimate which I then submitted to my insurance company due to the cost to correct the problem. The claim was approved and today three gentlemen came out. They were on time and started right away on the task at hand. This was hard, laborious work, digging down by hand 5 feet to the crack. The work was professional completed. The technicians were extremely polite and professional. After the work was completed, the area looked like nothing had been disturbed. Great job guys. I couldnt be more happy with the work you did.

    Bommer was extremely responsive and did a great job despite the fact that there was standing water.. Had a pipe leak in the crawlspace and had someone here within a couple of hours, identified the problem, and said they could come in the next morning with a partner and fix it even though there was standing water. They came in the next morning and got it all done. Keith was excellent.

Your plumber Keith was straight forward on pricing and detected the problem when he came the first time to let me know what was the issue and gave me 2 different options for prices. Purchased my first home back in December and after a few trial and error runs with other plumbing companies I can confidently say that Bommer plumbing will be who I continue to use for all my plumbing needs for the remainder of the time I own my home.     I did a basic Google search and called Bommer to see if they worked with gas line pipes. They did. I got the next available appointment.     I called Bommer for a estimate for my mother’s house. The lady that took my call was very professional and polite. We agreed on a day and time, and a tech came out. He was very professional and polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained what he would have to do. He could not give me a written estimate, I had to wait to get a email from the company. He was only able to give me a price for the job. He took his time exclaiming things. He seemed to know his trade well the only issue we had was the price seemed to be a little high. He said it would take four or five hours work. We are presently comparing prices for this job. Other wise good fast service and very professional business. Estimate could have been a little more descriptive on the job being done too.

    Last night water started leaking out of my washer drain pipe. There was a backup on our main line somewhere. I called Bommer and Christine answered at 10pm. She was kind and courteous and gave me several options so I could make the most informed decision regarding whether to contact the city first (for a potentially free repair) or to go ahead and have Bommer come out. I decided I didnt want to waste anymore time as I live in a duplex and both my basement and my tenants basements were flooding, so I had Bommer come out. They sent Jim and he was great. Its not fun having to go out and do a job in the middle of the night but Jim was kind and explained everything and he got the job done. The pricing was more than fair especially for middle-of-the-night service. I will definitely call them again if I need future plumbing services - hopefully not anytime soon though LOL.

    I needed to disconnect water and gas lines in my kitchen for a floor installation and the plumber I hired blew me off the first night he was supposed to come but said hed be over early the next morning before installation and called and blew me off again!     We needed an emergency plumber at 9:30 at night due to a sewer blockage . While other company said they were 24/7 , Bonner’s was the only company who responded by sending a plumber out at 10:45 pm !!!     I did a dumb thing by flushing a large amount of toilet paper down the toilet at one time. I clogged the drain and was not able to clear it myself. Early the next morning I called Bommer Plumbing as a result of looking on Home Advisor. Their technician, Sean, was at my house within an hour of my calling. Sean was very polite and soft spoken and cleared the drain very quickly. I was quoted $350 for a service call on the phone, but because he did not need to use the big machine he immediately reduced the fee, plus reduced the fee again with a senior discount that I didnt even need to ask for.     All of the staff I spoke to by phone and the plumber, Keith, were very kind and friendly. Keith took the time to talk through the options to drop the drain pipe for my sink in my kitchen. The work was completed efficiently.I will say I feel the price I paid was too high. The quote was based on the assumption that the drain pipe ran horizontally several feet across the wall and would require accessing the wall in two places and a longer section of new pipe. Being inexperienced with plumbing, I didn’t know how long that would take. It turned out that the pipe was accessible directly behind the original drain. The work was completed in under 2 hours and I was charged the originally quoted price, which worked out to over $600/hour.Bommer was recommended by several folks in my area and they’re located right down the street from my house. I understand inflation has hit everyone, and I like using a family business, but I think there should be more transparency in the quoted prices, specifying labor costs vs parts and anticipated hours of labor. I think I got quality work, but if I knew I would be charged $600/hr for labor, I would have looked elsewhere.

    My service technician was Cameron. He was personable, pleasant, happy & professional, cleaned up after his work, & put things back when he was done. He explained things so I understood in layman’s terms & showed me the worn out, broken, corroded parts that needed to be replaced.
