    We had an awesome experience with Eric from KAT Electrical Services. We were able to schedule service quickly. He explained everything to us, answered all our questions, and took care of all our concerns. Due to a power surge, we had to replace 3 circuit breakers and also added a surge protection device (SPD) which should protect our panel box from it happening again. Once again, thank you for being so professional Eric, we appreciate it.

    We needed service today, on a Sunday and could not have chosen a better team to help us! We had no power to almost half our house. Eric, the project manager coordinated the owner, Cody to quickly assist us. He had us back up with full power and peace of mind in no time. Rates were extremely fair. Considering it was definitely outside of regular business hours, we felt very blessed they were happy to service us on a Sunday. Eric and Cody both had some of the best customer service we’ve experienced. They will be our go to for all things electrical going forward!! We highly recommend them.

    We had an issue after an electrical surge with flickering lights and buzzing from some of our ceiling fans and over the over fan. Eric came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed us up! Great service and came out the same day! Highly recommended.

    I called KAT Electrical just a little before noon today, a real person answered the phone-which was refreshing!! Within 30 minutes Eric called me to get some info on what I needed and it’s now 1:55 pm and Eric has already left with my 2 issues fixed!! He took the time to go over my “wish list” for electricity to our storage shed and is going to have a quote for me tomorrow.Eric was very personable and extremely CS oriented.     I had several electrical needs to include a shop, work shed, run electric to a pool, change over power poles and rout circuits into my house panel. Made the call to KAT Ele and Eric call back within a hour and stoped by the following day and we covered all my needs. He provided great advice and light selections. The quote was very fair and all the work was completed in the timeline that was set. Highly recommend & will use again when needed. They will go out of there way to be sure you’re happy with the end results.

    Dont call anyone else! KAT Electric should be your first and only call! Had a disconnect installed on an outside wall for a new aerobic septic system and they did a great job. Eric even recommended going with a 30amp breaker swap over the 20amp the septic people told us in case we ever needed to utilize the circuit for additional things. Cannot recommend enough!

    I hired Cody to install a plug for my generator and all the necessary things along with it. I have to say pricewise I was impressed. Communication I was impressed.
