    We hired Handyman Roofing to replace our roof after Hurricane Milton tore it up. My first call was answered by Nick Hume, Estimator. He came right over to look at the damage. We love to hire local contractors because they are the ones who you can trust. They treat you like a neighbor because they are. He knew that they would be very busy since the storm and got the permit pulled right away. From there, Joe, who handles the schedule was in close contact with us and got us on the schedule for the following week. Julio was the supervisor and he was great with keeping us up to date as the project was progressing. He was hands on from start to finish. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would give them all ten stars if I could. We are beyond happy with our new roof and highly recommend Handyman Roofing!

    I had to replace the roof after Hurricane Milton. Handyman Roofing did a great job from the estimate/proposal with Brian to the final job from the crew supervised by Julio.     This is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. EVER!! They were reasonably priced, staggered payments as they progressed. Showed up exactly when they said they would, finished before they said they would, cleaned up every single day and the job is beautiful!!Thank You to all the staff from Michael in sales, Joe in the main office, Julio the foreman was amazing, to the whole crew who did the demo and beautiful installation.A great job.     Milton did a number on my roof. Handyman Roofing was extremely responsive from day 1 of scheduling the estimate to the completion of the job. Julio and his team were extremely efficient. I was immediately made aware of any underlying issues as they came up (my roof was well over 10 years old already). Their attention to detail and clean up was amazing. Great job!

    Derek Quin (sales), Robert (PM), Joe (owner) and Cesars crew are true professionals. From the quoting to the planning to the tear off and installation, this team made the experience as good as it could be. The pride they showed in their workmanship is something that transcends price. For 9 years Ive had to worry about and deal with my main and flat roofs. Now I dont have to think about it. That is everything.To add a little more, I am a very involved consumer and try to educate myself on any project or undertaking if it is something Ive not dealt with before. For sales people this can be frustrating. But Derek Quin was engaged and responsive throughout a spirited quote and negotiation process. It was his willingness to stick with it that made me choose Handyman. Another company I seriously considered was also great but Derek was just more involved and gave me confidence that the job would be done right to the specs I requested and were promised in the scope of work.The owner Joe personally contacted me about the job to discuss details and time frames. His expertise allowed him to get my job on the schedule quick and with the right crew for the type of work needed.The start day was something to see as a well coordinated team of roofers and trailer drivers to haul away the old materials ran like a well oiled machine. It was my pleasure to meet the project manager Robert. Derek also stopped by and said hello and checked in to see how the start was going and ask if I had any concerns. The end of the first day saw most of the underlay rolled out and the exposure of any rotted decking and fascia.Day two was the start of the shingling, flat roof tear off, wood replacement, installation of new ridge venting, installation of main/flat tie-in and tapering system. Robert personally went to the lumber yard to sort through bins of planks to find the best looking ones to use to replace the exposed deck boards of my flat roof. Cesar and crew hand trimmed all those planks with beveled edges to match the existing roof! What can you say about that kind of service? Just awesome! The end of the day the shingling was essentially done as was the new ridge venting system install.Day 3 was the finishing of the flat roof cap sheet, clean up and finishing touches on the flow shaping on the main to flat roof transition. Its some amazing work. The crew was finished and left by noon. The last trailer was hauled away the following morning and it looked like they had never even been here.In 2.5 days they tore off my tile roof, replaced all the rotted and damaged wood, installed the awesome Owens Corning Platinum roofing system (Duration Shingles, Estate Grey color) and ended my anxiety about roof leaks and my flat roof being the bane of my existence. All this comes with the best warranty of all the companies that I negotiated with and the peace of mind the job was done right.They did such a great job that my neighbor had them come back and redo one of his valleys and his flat roof. That tells you a lot about the quality of the work and how well coordinated the entire process was.If youre needing a repair or re-roof job done, dont hesitate to call Handyman Roofing. They are true pros from start to finish!

    I called three companies for a quote. Handyman roofing was the first to schedule an appointment. Derek showed up asked a couple questions and I had a quote within 10 minutes. It was the best price of the three, best quality shingles without an upcharge. The crew was there a week later, Julio was the supervisor on the job and kept me informed through the entire process!!!! when they were done it was like they were never there!!! The property was spotless!!! Very pleased with everyone and everything that was done!! This was our duplex property. Were going to be contacting them for our roof next year!!!!

    I would highly recommend Handyman Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs or a full roof replacement.     My fathers roof was damaged during the hurricane and we needed a roof replacement quickly. Handyman put the roof on 14 years again and since it was a superb job then, we reached back out to them. Brian came right out and gave my father a very reasonable quote. Brian was professional and ready to work with us. Two weeks later Robert and crew were on the roof and had it done in 2 days. Excellent job and cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend Handyman to anyone who wants a roof done right.

    I called three contractors. Handyman roofing had the best pricing and best responsiveness. I had some trees that needed to be removed before the roof was replaced so they started the Monday following the tree removal. They finished the whole job including a fair bit of wood repair in two days. I couldn’t believe it was so fast! Julio was the supervisor and he was in constant communication about any repairs and sent many progress pictures which gave us a peace of mind about the job as it was in progress. We are currently awaiting final inspection, but this was definitely a 5 star job.

    A+++ customer service start to finish! Handyman roofing came out the very next day to provide our quote. Nick was prompt, professional and HONEST! I felt confident choosing this company because 2 other families I know personally are extremely satisfied. Nick explained that only a portion of the roof needed to be replaced and said we could probably get another 7 years out of the rest of the roof. The job was scheduled and the work was completed in a very timely fashion. The roofers were very thorough and did a great job cleaning up after themselves- they even used a power blower to clean the roof, gutters, driveway and porch. I highly recommend Handyman Roofing and will be using them when it’s time to replace the whole roof.

    If I could give them ten stars I would. Three days after Hurricane Milton we had a written quote from Bryce and less than a week later, we have a new roof. The roofers were here @ 7am taking off the old roof preparing for the new one. The foreman Michael was easy to reach if he had to leave the site and so pleasant to work with. When the work was complete (the same day), our yard and driveway was left spotlessly clean. If you need a new roof or even just a patch job, I highly recommend Handyman Roofing.

    We hired Handyman roofing after comparing bids from several companies.the process was easy, tile selection resulted in the right color. Workers let us know when they were comming and clean everything after like they were never there. Supervisor responded to phone calls in minutes and even painted flashing we requested that was not part of the roof. They called after completion to make sure we were happy. We were very happy and the new tile roof was beautiful.

    Handyman Roofing put a complete new roof on my home in 2018. They did a wonderful job, so when a tree branch punctures my roof during Milton they were the only one I called. The young man who came out to assess what was needed was very helpful and professional. Handyman, even with the amount of work they had from the storm, understood my concern to have the roof fixed before it rained again and managed to repair the entire section of the roof within the week.     I got estimates from several different companies - some higher, some lower but Handyman had great reviews and my roof was a little more difficult than the average roof. Very steep angles and a very steep turret. Handyman did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price and was in contact with me throughout the entire process.     We couldn’t be happier with Handyman Roofing. We needed a roofer for my mother-in-laws home in Florida. We were in Ohio at the time and doing everything long distance. Julio and his team were fantastic. The stucco chimney needed replaced and there was significant wood rot from a long term leak.     Best experience ever with home Improvements, Greg B. our estimator who came out first was great. He was totally up front with everything that was going to be needed. We had five estimates and Greg walked us through the decision process and we went with Handyman Roofing. The project Manager Josh was amazing he was always available to answer all questions. I have never had a project go this smooth and fast. The workers were awesome and cleaned up all the mess. I give them a 5 star only because a 10 star is not available.     Cannot say enough about this whole experience. Our flat roof of tar and pebble had started leaking. Called several companies to get quotes. Several came back recommending a TPO roof. Roger with handyman came out and explained why that wasn’t a good idea. He worked up a quote for the entire roof, adding a sloped, insulation to be added to our flat to A) get the water run off we needed, and B) add to the R value. Signed the papers and they immediately put us on the books. Mike was our project manager and kept in contact with us the entire time. We ended up having termite damage and they found some previous wood repairs that were not done correctly. Mike continued to keep us updated and added photos to show what they found and how they fixed it. When it was done, they were meticulous in their clean up. If I could give them more than five stars I would.Edit - Mike made sure to blend the roof into our lanai. For the first time since the lanai was installed, it doesn’t leak when it’s raining!!!

Clayton was a great help explaining the process of financing and walking us thru everything.     Handyman Roofing replaced a flat roof on my florida room in 2018 and I was happy with the job that was done. Now time to replace the roof on the main house. Handyman was one of 3 companies I was getting estimates from. My decision to choose Handyman was based on the education and information I received from Roger who did the proposal, my previous experience with them, and their customer reviews. I was not disappointed! Kudos to Roger for educating me and helping me to pick out the perfect color shingle. Kudos also to Julio, the supervisor who kept me updated with texts and pictures and who answered questions and addressed any concerns. But most of all, praise and appreciation to the hardworking crew that replaced the roof. The were respectful of the property and always kept the grounds clean. I am thrilled at how good my new roof looks and the job that was done by Handyman Roofing.

    After a tree fell on my roof during Hurricane Ian, I did not hesitate to call Handyman Roofing. They had just replaced my roof in 2021 and their work was great!We had a long wait for insurance settlement to come thru but Handyman reached out to me every couple months and was able to find and order shingles in the same style and color I already had. The price was very fair and again the work was done on time, workers were courteous and did a fantastic job with clean up. They also gave me a Price to replace the gutters and soffit that were damaged ,again, at a great price. My job is complete and it looks wonderful! I am a happy happy customer!

    We contracted with Handyman Roofing to replace our roof. Mike made a thorough presentation, walking us through the construction process and providing samples of shingles in various colors (we chose rustic black). Work started within a week and was supervised by Julio who kept us apprised of the progress, providing pictures of various stages of the project and showing damaged plywood and other problems that needed replaced or fixed. Cleanup was excellent. Julio even went around the house with a magnet to make sure all shingle nails were picked up. We had three estimates done and, while Handyman’s was not the lowest it was not the highest and I believe offered the best value. In short, we are very satisfied with our new roof!

    Great roof repair with a 7-year guarantee. Yes, 7 years, not 90 days like so many others. Handymen stand behind all the repairs they do. Everyone at Handyman was professional and easy to deal with. The sales quote is what I paid. They had zero extra charges. They did the roofing repairs in one week from when I signed the contract. They do not use subcontractors. In addition, Handyman has workers comp insurance for its roofers. Finally, they cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess.

    After finding a rather large hole in our roof, we called Handyman Roofing to get an estimate of repair or if needed, replacement of the entire roof. Handyman came out the next day. We were quite pleased with the estimate and were thrilled that we didnt need to replace the entire thing. They were able to repair our roof in a matter of days.     We had an extensive roofing project done recently on our duplex. Brand new flat roof project over the garages/ den area of the duplex. We had brand new shingles done for the entire building of the duplex as well.Its difficult sometimes when youre living in your home while having a large project being done.     I called Handyman Rooking about a leak, the women that answered the phone was very nice and within a couple of days a representative came out, went in the attic found the leaks. He gave me a quote and two days later a crew came out and repaired the areas that were leaking.     I could not be more impressed with the work Handyman Roofing did replacing my chimney. I had a water leak around the chimney so Handyman came out to the house to give me an estimate. Joe recommended pulling the chimney apart and rebuilding it with thicker plywood and using hardie board. The guys showed up when they were suppose to and got to work. When I saw how rotten the plywood was, there was no doubt Joe had recommended the right type of repair. The guys that were here did a great job.     This company did a great job replacing my roof. They worked with me to select the style and color that fit my needs. This was a four step process and the details of each step as well as the expected timeline were given up front. 1) they measured and ordered. 2) the roofing was installed. 3) the tiles were delivered and stored on the roof. 4) the tiles were installed. The crews that came for the two installs were very professional and cleaned up the area daily. The most important information about Handyman is how they dealt with an issue. When the first rain came after the roofing was installed I had a leak in my garage. I contacted them and within two days someone came and fixed the leak. The following week they had a drywall person fix the ceiling in my garage. The drywall person did a great job also. There was no dust or any signs they had done a repair. Not all jobs go perfectly. You can count on Handyman Roofing to be there if yours doesn’t. Even with the roof leak I give them A+. You can count on this company to do the best job!

    These guys are awesome! Michael Walker’s crew showed up Friday morning at 7am. They were scraping off shingles by 7:15! They worked so hard ALL DAY and into the night. They completed our entire roof in one day! Once they finished they were out with magnets and blowers cleaning everything up, and finally left after 9pm! They were so nice. When we walked around the house in the morning, everything was put back exactly like it was. They even covered our pool to keep things from falling.     Hurricane Debby came and left me leaky on a Monday, the estimator review came out that Friday. The following Monday/Tuesday I had Jeffs crew AT MY HOUSE and they replaced the ROOF!! The only thing I wish I had thought of was taking my breakables off of the wall shelves as they all came crashing down and alot of things broke. After getting the quote, the job was scheduled very quickly and the roof guys let us know they were on the way and completed the job without any fuss or mess.     We hired Handyman Roofing to tear out an old chimney that we later found out had been leaking long enough to rot the supporting plywood. As a courtesy they offered to remove a satellite dish that was installed from the previous owner. What impressed me was that they did not just unscrew it from the roof and plug up the holes with caulk, (which probably would have been fine for me and anyone else) they went to trouble to replace a 4 foot metal bracket because it was the right thing to do. It was nice to have someone start and finish a job exactly as promised. Most important of all, we have complete peace of mind that our roof was properly repaired.
