    “HELPS” had provided service to our home several times in past years for an ongoing issue which culminated in the discovery of damaged city water pipes and ultimately resulted in excavation and repair to the exterior water service system. They were always very responsive and thorough addressing the back up of water into our basement and offering strategies ( use liquid not powder soap, use cheap toilet paper not plush and pricey TP) which we still adhere to! We recently needed service at my aunt’s house and the service man came right away, he thoroughly investigated the issue and offered his professional assessment. It is also a bigger issue as we had suspected, and will likely require more extensive work but we absolutely appreciated his quick response, the time he took to explain the issue and a VERY reasonable service call charge! “HELPS” is true to their name!

    Rod is absolutely phenomenal, and a pleasure to work with. Personal, concise, and willing to go the extra mile, Rod is FANTASTIC in your time of need. We needed a look at a possible sewer backup, and Rod went above and beyond to diagnose our problem in a precise, clear way. When we needed to consult a plumber *after* our initial issue, Rod told us the plumber could contact him directly (after our service call!), to help identify and fix the issue. Truly a gentleman, and so helpful in what could have been an awful circumstance. On behalf of the younger generation, Rod deserves all the praise. Thank you for being awesome! :)

    I had an issue with my main line. I called on Monday and they were able to get there the very next day. The service was very efficient and fixed the problem with no issue. The young man who did the work was professional. Honestly, this business has been my go to for years and they just keep getting better! Hands down 5+++ stars!

    They are amazing! Very responsive and fit me in right away! Super friendly n got the job done!! I can now do my laundry without having to walk around a pond on my floor!     The guys at Helps we’re very helpful. We have an issue of standing water in a floor drain in our basement and issues with our stack leaking. They had to come back several times to help us because of our issue. Each time they were on time, courteous and answered all of our questions. I spoke with the owner Rod several times on the phone and worked with Joe at the house both times. While they are unfortunately not able to fix our issue (indoor plumbing is the cause of our issue not the outside drains) they took the time to pinpoint the issue to make our time with a plumber go a lot faster. Joe stayed with the drain camera and checked all of our lines out. He even drew a diagram for me to give to the plumber to help answer any of their questions. I would highly recommend working with the Helps team if you have any drain or septic issues!

    The service techs showed up in a timely manner. They explained the various procedures that were being made available for me to choose from. Then they went to work and got my drains cleaned out, a camera was absolutely the best way to go so I have a lot of confidence that they took care of my problems. The guys did not spill a drop and left the area as good as it was before they got here.I would recommend Helps to anyone who is having issues with their drains! You will not be disappointed!
