    Andy was spectacular!! My family and I were without heat all day. Andy called and kept in constant contact with me from beginning to end! When he got to my home he got straight to work and within seconds I heard the heat come on! After 10 minutes or so he came back in my home and told me what the problem was and what would be a fix if this issue was to occur again! I am so thankful for Dyess Air! ANYTIME I need them, no matter what time or day they come to our rescue and we cannot thank them enough for always being here for our family! Great Job Andy!!

    Joseph was great! Knowledgeable and personable. He determined the problem and will provide a quote for services needed for two potential scenarios with a pipe replacement.These guys were fantastic! Austin and Xavier got started and encountered a few problems with trapped siding and pipes fed through concrete. Since this was a replacement of pipes for insurance, a simple job became complex. Paul arrived and he and Xavier capped off the original pipes and ran the pipes through the attic to make sure the job was done properly for insurance! These gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable; we were so grateful we made the decision to call Dyess Air and Plumbing and they have earned a loyal customer. Thank you so much for a job well done!

    Terrance has assessed the repair needs and is in route to secure the parts (new faucet) needed for completion of the job. Happy and satisfied so far!     My AC had a clog months ago which they came out and fixed and offered a system which routinely flushes the drain so that doesn’t happen again (which I bought) and said if it clogs up again with this system they would take care of it. That was confirmed today when I called again because the AC quit and they came to take a look. Sure enough it was a clog which was cleaned out my ac kicked back on, no charge to me. The tech, Hunter was polite and answered my questions, fixed everything and hopefully we’re good to go for a while.

    My experience with Dyess Air & Plumbing was great. I made a request for a service call in the morning and received a call back with a time window for a same day service call. Jase, the service technician, diagnosed the problems and went to work with the repairs. Our equipment is now back up and running as it should, thanks to Jase & Dyess Air.

    Dyess Air & Plumbing (a sub-contractor of Lowes) installed an A.O. Smith Signature 100 50-gallon (natural gas) water heater. It was installed very well and I am happy with the quality of workmanship. The materials used on connections were copper piping and that is a better option than what was originally on my previous water heater. D.R. Horton (home builder) back in 2015 used galvanized pipe fittings and were all corroded. I’m a craftsman myself and know of quality and planning. The work began at 9:00 AM and was finished by 12:30 PM. I’ll definitely be back for future plumbing work from Dyess. Many thanks to the on-site technicians, Paul Slifkin and Joseph Hunter.     My old leaking water heater was in the attic with only a very small access to the attic. Paul and Xavier (apprentice) removed the old heater, installed a new top of the line in a new location. They consulted me to let me know what would need to be done to place the new hot water heater in the best location before doing so because sheet rock would need to be cut and drilled into. They cleaned up and hauled off the old heater. Paul instructed me on how to use my Essency app on my iPhone to adjust if need be. Very friendly, on time. He saw I had 4 toddlers in the house and never turned off the water to the toilets! They worked nonstop until all was accomplished. 11:00-3:30. Excellent.

    Thank you so much, Dyess Air!I recently experienced a catastrophe with my A/C unit. I kept hearing a loud noise, and then my breaker tripped because something happened to the unit. I quickly contacted Dyess Air and explained the problem to the person who answered the phone. The outside temperature was about 99°F (very hot and humid) that day.To my surprise, I had just hung up the phone when, no more than 10 minutes later, I heard the doorbell ring. Guess who was there? Yes, the Dyess Air technician, but not just any technician—it was the service manager, Dustin Nail. He asked me what happened, and I explained what I had heard. He walked up to the outside condenser, shut off the main power to the unit, opened it, ran a quick test, went to his truck, got the part, replaced it, turned the power back on, and the unit started working.Amazing! In less than 20 minutes from the time it broke down to the time it was fixed. Thank you so much, Dyess Air, for the quick response, excellently trained professionals, and highly honest job performed.Sincerely,Ricky

    Very good.I was planning to air my dissatisfaction with the condenser drain arrangement which seems prone to mid-summer clogs requiring a service call. Before I had a chance to explain the situation, Jase informed me he was planning to improve the drain system. Improve it he did.This is the third drain modification since ghe installation of the new system, and I think this is definitely the best.Thank you for taking a proactive approach.

    Jeff is a highly qualified and trained service technician. The condensation drain in the HVAC unit had clogged and overflowed the units collection pan and was leaking out onto the garage floor. He explained also that in the future the system may need to have a condensation pump added to it.Jeff is another outstanding example of the Dyess companys representatives. I said if they had a cancelation Id prefer Monday. She put me on hold to ask her manager. She came back and said they could do that afternoon after 2 pm.The techs arrived ahead of time. Very friendly team of guys who got right to work and seemed to enjoy their work.Very professional (i.e., uniforms, cleaned up after themselves, no profanity, etc).All around good experience.     Since purchasing my system from Dyess Air several years ago I’ve had maintenance done twice a year. The experience has always been good and yesterday was no exception. I was scheduled between 2 and 5PM and I realized I was running a bit late in getting home. I called to make them aware as the technician had already left me a voicemail that he was on his way. Stephanie assured me that she would relay the message to the tech through dispatch. It turns out that me and Kyle B arrived at my house within minutes of each other. He was extremely pleasant and went right to work. Upon finishing he made me aware of a couple of items regarding the system. He had pictures of the items and fully explained any potential risks, that his repair quote and notes would be on file if and when I decided to repair since the item in need of repair wasn’t urgent. It was nice not to be pressured but yet know that everything would be documented when I was ready to move forward. Great people make great companies, that ‘s why I chose Dyess Air in the first place and am glad to see they are still that way after 5 years. Kudos to Kyle B, Stephanie and the team.
