JHI delivers on 100% on everything they said they would do. I have a steep roof with dormers. They arrived on time and completed the roof in a single day as promised. When the job was finished the cleanup was so complete if you didn’t know they put a roof on you would have never known anything happened. They took great caution to protect all of our landscaping and communicated timely throughout the entire process. They also did the gutters a few days later also a super job and only took a half day with a 2 man crew. I would recommend JHI to anyone in need of there services.

I worked with Jeff Home Improvement last month; they are a great company to work with. If you reach out for information, they will keep on top of it and check in with your frequently, it can be a bit overwhelming, but more communication is always better than less.What is preventing the review from being a 5* was my initial contact who was supposed to come out to the house never showed and stopped responding to messages. It was very frustrating. I was put in contact with a new person, Jesse Ortiz, and he is the reason they received my business. Jesse apologized and assured me that is not up to the standards of how they do business. He worked with me from there and was very communicative, him and Chris M who handled the repairs, were efficient and wonderful to work with.

We needed our roof replaced and contacted Jeff Home Improvements for a Quote. Not only did they end up being the lowest cost option with the best warranty as well but they had amazing customer service and were extremely professional and seemed to offer a superior product selection as well. Once we signed them on for the project, they scheduled us within a few days and got the entire roof removed and reshingled in a single day! They even got the roof of our backyard shed which wasn’t something we had even discussed or included in the scope of work but we were so pleasantly surprised by. The employees made sure to move anything near the house that might have gotten broken in the process and they even took the time to put it all back exactly where it was. The following day, we did have someone come back out just to walk through the yard and collect any remaining nails for us. All around, we are completely satisfied with our roof and the services provided to us by Jeff Home Improvement! We are now looking into using them for our patio and fence upgrades as well!

Gotta a new roof installed and everything went as well as expected. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Installers did a great job and cleaned up pretty good after. I did find a few stray nails which makes me worried when I open up the pool this summer and the kiddos are running around in the backyard. I think everyone of their installation crews should have a walk behind strong magnet on wheels to ensure no nails are left behind. Love the roof!!!

I originally inquired about some work I needed done for some gable siding to be fixed/replaced due to storm damage last year. Due to insurance issues, I had to postpone the job until this year. Anthony came out on both occasions, and I was glad to have the job done for only a slight increase in cost. The job was completed one week after signing the contract by some very capable guys. I truly appreciate the rapid response both on the estimate and the job itself. I will definitely call Jeff Home Improvement for any work in the future!

I had roof damage from a storm on a Friday night. With more weather coming in I wanted to get my roof checked I googled and went down the list. Jeff Home Improvements was 3rd on the list and the 1st one to answer on a Saturday. I am so happy they did! I made an appointment and Anthony came and checked things out. I needed a new roof. He put together the estimate this was an insurance claim and I thought it would be a nightmare but it was super easy and he took care of everything. They ordered the needed materials and the were delivered the day before. The crew came out and had my new roof done in a day! They cleaned everything up at the end of the day and I was left with a beautiful new roof. It was nice to have quality work done and be done quickly.

The Jeff Crew did a great job on installing my new roof. They were very respectful of my landscaping, which I was concerned about because I have a lot of flowers and shrubs around the perimeter of my home. They were very careful to protect the landscaping and I had minimal damage to the plants. They cleaned up the area really well, since I have a big dog that likes to roll around in the yard, but they came through with their magnet machine and I havent found any nails or sharp objects in the yard. Jesse came by the next day to walk the yard and inspect the roof to ensure the job was done right. I cannot thank this crew enough for taking away my worries, their time spent and caring about my concerns. Highly recommend Michael, Chris, Jesse and their roofing crew.

Everything from start to finish could not go any smoother. The salesman showed up on time and was very friendly. Estimate of cost was reasonable. Schedule the work to be done. I was called a few days in advance do to an opening they had come up. They showed up several days early and completed the work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. From start to finish the process of getting my roof replaced was great.Michael was punctual, friendly, and very fair with the pricing. He examined my roof and said that there was storm damage. He met with the appraiser and ensured they saw the same damage that he did.The contractors themselves were great. They were on time and took care to cover plants and landscaping when removing the roof. Install was very smooth and they ended up staying until after it was dark cleaning up debris. The gutters were replaced a separate day and that process was quick and made a huge difference in the final look of the house. I ended up using the financing option for the balance and that was a breeze of a process as well. Overall was a very great experience and couldnt recommend more.

I hired Jeff Home Improvements to remedy a leak that was damaging an interior wall. The salesman I contacted correctly assumed that the leak was due to the lack of a cricket on the chimney.The repair consisted of the construction of a 3 foot section of roof from my existing roof to the chimney and about 20 square feet of decking and shingles.The cost for this repair was $800.There has not been a leak since.All in all, I would say the experience was a no frills, no nonsense transaction where a service was rendered adequately but without any above and beyond factor, which some may consider minimalist in terms of customer service.No particular complaints about this company from a customer standpoint.

The gutters on our house never performed properly and the facia behind them had deteriorated in many places. When we decided to repair, we had three estimates done. Although not the cheapest Jeff Home got the job.Their sales rep was extremely thorough in his initial inspection of our house and actually put together a comprehensive plan to remedy the current problems and prevent new ones in the future.The job took a total of three days and the quality of the materials and workmanship was absolutely first rate.The care and consideration by all for our 140 year old house impressed us(they even had paint custom matched for the soffit repairs) and the overall professionalism of this company has earned them any home repair business we may have in the future.

After replacing the roof and gutters in December, there is a leak from our bathroom fan. Someone came out to check the leak, got on the roof and left without providing any information. After connecting with Chris, him and a team member were out the very next day. They went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. Providing before and after pictures, and education on what the issue was- which was actually a piping/plumber issue. Greatly appreciate if Chris and his team for following up and providing great service.

These folks aren’t the least expensive option - in the short term. They are incredibly professional, hard working, prompt, reliable, and capable. In the long term I believe they are the best value, because they are an Owens Corning certified installer. With OC shingles you get a prorated lifetime warranty on the shingles but you have to pay to have them replaced. By using an OC certified installer to you get a lifetime warranty period. If you get a leak they fix it.We hired a cheaper roofer to put on our first roof, then paid two other roofers within ten years to fix leaks. The most recent job looked great from the ground but the roofers didn’t install things in the correct order. They put the expensive snow and ice shield on top of the tar paper so water just ran under the paper and the shield was worthless. Plus they didn’t flash things correctly. With Jeff Home Improvements there was an expert supervisor checking the work of expert installers and as a result the roof is now buttoned up tight as a drum. We had a serious downpour, four inches of rain and strong winds not long after the roof was done and it’s all bone-dry up there.The peace of mind that comes with knowing that a reliable company, one that’s been in business a long time and is likely to be around in the future, stands ready to take care of any future problems is worth a lot to me. It’s one less thing for me to worry about. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and Steve and the rest of the crew. You won’t regret choosing them for your roofing project.

Never knew who was in charge of the job, but from what I can tell from the ground, the roof looks great and havent seen any leaks with the past rain. (Language barrier) It took 2 days from start to finish. All the debris was picked up and a magnetic broom was used, even in the grass. None of my shrubs or plants were damaged and were covered with tarps before work was started. I wish I had known before the roof over the veranda was installed though and I would have asked about putting plywood over the decking before the actual shingles. The nails stick through because the decking is exposed, but I know a nail needs to go all the way through for proper installation to keep the shingles on. Still, there has to be a way to keep the nails from showing, plywood or something else. It needs to be repainted, nail tips and all to hopefully disguise it. (Something for the company to consider in the future.) Kudos too to Able Smith, their salesman. He went over and above to help me....and completely unrelated...job was already sold...I got to hold his puppy.

The roofing people they used were great. Cheerful, diligent and cleaned up their mess. The gutter person they used was not so great. When he left, he left EVERYTHING for me to clean up. The old gutters I had asked to keep, not the cut scraps or the metal splinters that could easily cut my children. All of this was left in my yard. The down spouts had the flexible hoses attached to them. These were not attached. I had to do this. The man literal left everything (including his batteries and charger for his drills,) hopped in his truck and left.TL;DR roofing is great, gutters not so much.

They also made sure that the gutters and downspouts were upgraded so we didnt have a water retention problem on the flat part of the roof. During the installation, a window was broken accidentally and they replaced the entire window at no charge with a higher quality window than what was there previously to ensure customer satisfaction.
